Can not find the words to thank Casey aka the Harley Magician for performing his magic on my Dyna. The level of commitment to his craft and attention to detail are unrivaled and it shows in the end result. I came to him at the beginning of the year wanting to do some motor work but was still on the fence on pulling the trigger. Needless to say I decided to just toss him the keys and let him do his thing. My bike now runs smoother, quieter, faster, and more reliable than ever after he got his hands on it. It is well worth the 30 mile trip to his shop for me knowing that he truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave his shop with a smile EVERY time no matter what. This is my first ever review that I had to do for this spot. Been on the hunt for over a year for a mechanic who cares about my bike as much as I do and is OCD when it comes to the details. Casey is the man and so stoked I found this shop. I brought in my 01 Dyna T-Sport because I felt I was loosing power in the clutch as well as several other things I wanted to address with the hike to give it more power. Casey diagnosed the bike and like a doctor gave it the prescription it needed. The bike runs better than it ever has in the 3 years I have owned it. Ill be going back here for some additional things I want to add to the bike because I know Casey is no BS and is super transparent and fair in terms of price.

I cannot say enough good things about Casey. I was referred by the folks over at THD for service on my Buell and decided to pay a visit. From the moment I met Casey, I knew that he truly cared about his craft. He has since performed work on both my 1125R and my Road Glide and I cannot be happier with the results. He treats the bikes as his own, takes pride in his work, and his craftsmanship is excellent. Casey will be working on these and all future bikes for years to come.

Ok, so, I wanted to wait a bit and put some miles on the bike before I wrote a review, and heres the verdict.....I have put 1000 worry free, headache free miles on the bike so far, with many many more to come. I brought my bike in and it hadnt seen any actual riding for......well, lets call it too long, EVERYTHING needed a little attention, some things needed more, but by the time my bike was ready to be picked up it was like a whole new bike, and Casey really put in the extra attention to detail, every drop of fluid is new, new tires, new air cleaner, killer new internally wired bars, upgraded clutch, and the list just keeps going. Now, everybody says their guy is the best, well, this is the first time he worked on my bike and I will never go to anyone else, this bike next bike whatever, he is my guy. Most mechanics do it for a paycheck, this is his PASSION, and he puts that into every job he does, bottom line, he is the man, go to him and there is no possible way you will be disappointed with ANYTHING he does to your bike. Did a fantastic job, totally recommend him above anyone.I came in with some ideas and he save me some money changing out different parts they were actually better,Recommended heating grips that I really didn’t want and kept persisting that I would really like them, so I thought about it when ahead best thing I did was listen to him first cold day crank those things on and wow.He redid the handlebars and a plate and brought them back and up, now when I ride my back don’t hurt from leaning over on on long rides, just remember if you want to raise your handlebars don’t go above level, the blood won’t flow and hands go numb.I also rebuilt the front springs or replace them and the oil, to go with the back shocks, ride so freaking tight now I can go faster around turnsand Road differences and not be afraid I’m going to wash over like it was.He also install a still pipe and took off the stock pipes made my bike so much lighter maze in the stronger with two up can’t hardly tell much of a difference now before used to bog took a little away from top in speed from 90 to 100 doesn’t gain as fast but the freaking strength now on the bottom in feels double,He’s very reasonable and he will do extra for instance he changed out my lock replacing different location and some things even got my Bike back clean and washed he’s amazing

To start off I haven’t even been to the shop yet and I can tell this will be the shop that I go to from here on out. I had a phone call this morning with Casey I believe was his name. Let me tell you this guy is awesome, not once did I feel like he was trying to take my money or just have me do things to the bike that don’t need to be done. He took the time out of his day to explain to me things that I should know and things that I could get done. Every other shop I called told me to just come in and they will check it out and then tell me what’s wrong. I explain to Casey my issues and he continued to give me the best explanation of what might need to be done without even seeing the bike and then also told me to just cruise whenever and he’ll take care of me. I brought my bike the 70mi from San Diego to Cafe to work his magic. 100% was worth the trip. Fixed an oil pressure issue, dyno tune, shocks, clutch, and a couple small things that I probably would have missed if I didn’t have him give things a good once over.The bike rips, the tune transformed the bike, shocks ride on rails, clutch feels connected to rear wheel instead of slush. Put 200mi on in last 2 days just after work, definitely renewed my love for the bike.

Took my 16 dyna here for a 5k service. nothing but positive feedback especially for the price. Attention to detail was definitely a huge factor. Casey went above and beyond what I asked him to do. My bike felt new again and One of the coolest things was to see how much pride this man takes in his shop and customers. I’ll definitely return for all my bike needs.

There are few people I trust with my motorcycle. Cafe is hands down, the best around. I take my bikes and my daughters bike to him. Not only is he excellent at finding that thing you just cant chase down, be it a wobble or noise or something you just cant quite put your finger on; but, he always and consistently goes above and beyond in service. He does just a little bit extra, and, in my experience, its right the first time, every time. Ive seen him stand behind his work even when the issue was a customers fault. Beyond being an excellent mechanic, hes just a solid person, the type of business owner you want to support.

I found Cafes Customs after asking for recommendations on Facebook. I met Casey the afternoon I dropped off my bike for service. He took the time to have a conversation and we got to know each other a bit. Brought my Dyna into Cafes Customs on recommendations from a friend. I’m really glad I did. Casey did everything I asked and more. All to the highest level and with detail and professionalism. He even cleaned the bike! I feel bad for bringing him such a dirty mess! The work he did was amazing, the bike feels like it’s been given a new life. On top of the great quality work, it was super fast (he had it for one day), and he communicated with me the entire time, which is super important to me.Found some stuff that will need done at a later date, but he didn’t try to upsell me or force me I to paying for a repair I couldn’t afford right now. Didn’t make me feel guilty about it either. Totally understanding. When we talked about those future repairs he actually talked me out of the more expensive route that I thought I’d be taking and into something that makes more sense for my riding style and budget.Overall, a great experience. Casey is a down to earth and it’s nice to have someone in the motorcycle community that takes his time and makes sure when you get your bike back your not bringing it back down to the shop the next day cause you have another issue. Cafe is the man. I brought my bike into him for a primary leak. I told him to change my engine and trans oil while he’s at it since I was at about 3k since the last oil change. Long story short, because of Cafe’s attention to detail we found some stuff in the engine oil filter that wasn’t supposed to be there. Because of the inherent problems my particular bike faces, we both knew it was time to address this issue.I told him my budget and he met my needs as a customer. Cafe is my only mechanic now and I couldn’t reccomend him enough. Cafe is not a mechanic. He is a V-Twin Wizard. My motor runs so smooth, it feels better than when it came off the dealership lot and I can guarantee that. 6/5 stars.The time he spent cleaning the internal parts of my motor that I would have never know about until he sent me pictures. This is why I will never go to anyone else. So many corners are cut in this industry and to find someone who doesn’t take any shortcuts is refreshing. If you’re curious about using Cafe’s Customs, rear the other reviews. We all say the same stuff because it’s true. His favorite tool is his parts washer. That speaks volumes right there.Thanks Casey. My bike has been totaled a year now. But never did I do anything to it without consulting Cafe before hand. I wanted to put on cams and a chain drive and this man sat there and in like 45 seconds had a set up ready to go that was more effective and cheaper than the harley cam packages this man isnt out here looking for your money. He has a drive and passion for bikes you cant find anywhere else. I currently live in Washington D.C. and Ive already told him Im getting him to dial in the new new and riding it out here. If cleanliness is godliness then Cafes Customs must be heaven! I can’t think of another shop that even comes close to the absolute surgically sterile work environment for your bike to be worked on. In one word “QUALITY” If you like knowing that there is Moto GP quality work coming out of this small local independent shop owned and operated by a true Harley-Davidson Master Tech than this is the shop for you!

Just got home from Cafes Customs after picking up my bike. Man, it runs great now. Super healthy again. Great group of guys, very professional, clean shop, and very honest. I’ll definitely refer this shop to the homies and look forward to future service from a shop a can trust.

I’ve been following Cafe Customs for sometime now on social media, I see the hard work CC puts in daily and how they go above and beyond to insure each bike that rolls through those doors gets the proper attention it needs. It’s hard to find a shop like this especially in my area. Unfortunately CC is not local to me but if you’re a follower like me you see the amount of knowledge CC has in the motorcycle industry. I never hesitate to shoot them a DM and I always get an educated answer back even though I’m on the other side of the country. I’ve learned a ton about my motorcycle and the products available for it just by having a conversation with Cafe Customs. My go to before adding any upgrades to my motorcycle!

When I first met Casey, the passion he has about Harleys is what made me feel comfortable with him working on my Baby. As a auto mechanic I do most of my work, and have never met anyone worthy enough to touch my Baby, untill now. The quality and attention to detail in his work was as if it was his own bike. I bought a 2004 Harley Davidson and asked a friend of mine where to take it to get it checked out. He referred me to Cafes Customs and I am so glad he did. They went through the entire bike and literally made it ride out of the shop like a new bike. Riding the bike out of the shop I seriously felt like they just switched the bike out and that it couldnt be the same bike. I took my FXDLS to Cafe Customs to have a major service done. I ride my bike pretty hard so I knew we would need to go into the engine and do some changes to stand the abuse. Casey’s attention to details is one of his best skills; he took the bike and put his time and effort like if the bike was for him.NO SHORTCUTS were taken, from a welded Darkhorse crank and timken conversion to a complete Feuling treatment and much more. 3 years ago I test rode this bike new with only 1 mile on it and after the motor work done by Casey the bike feels 10x stronger than what it did then.100% satisfied and recommended.
