Incredible prices, EXTREME difficulty if buying out of state. Refused to work with the DMV in my state or offer any assistance whatsoever for registering the motorcycle, and will not receive the title from them for an unknown length of time so I cant even ride it. Very, very unhelpful and uncommunicative. They also do not service their bikes until after youve paid, so when you buy it it may be a week or more before theyre even ready for it to be picked up by your shipping company. Ive never been to any dealership of any kind that doesnt service their vehicles before theyre sold.. That said, if youre patient enough to deal with all that and ok with not being able to ride your bike for a month or more after beginning the purchase process, the savings may be worth it to you.

Too long of a story to write. They have great bikes at great prices. They are so high volume (I’m guessing) that they have totally forgot the art of customer service. They don’t call back or respond or communicate whatsoever. It will take you forever to get your bike even after you purchased it. I’ve wasted so much time at this place it’s ridiculous. Pulled out of the deal even after I was financed. They don’t care about their customers.

Just called and offered 13500 cash on a bike listed at 13800. I was told to go to Harley if I cant afford sales tax. Ill be going to lifestyle cycles

I really thought Chopper Gallery was such a great place to buy your first motorcycle. I bought a 2014 Street Glide from here and all was good. While I was there I got Great customer service, no pressure to buy and I didn’t know much about motorcycles so they were very patient with me. A month later I got the bike delivered since it was a gift and my boyfriend was ecstatic. The following day he went for a ride on the freeway and the shifter peg ended up falling off which is pretty dangerous for a first time rider. I immediately called Chopper Gallery and reported it to them but they seemed to brush it off like it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t make a big deal out of it since they sent another peg out to replace the one that had fallen off. Once again, my boyfriend took the bike out for another spin and the other shifter peg fell off. I immediately call Chopper Gallery to report the other peg falling off and again they brushed it off saying “things rattle on Harleys all the time and things are going to fall off”. At this point I am furious because I purchased a 17,000 dollar bike NOTHING SHOULD BE FALLING OFF THE FIRST RIDE smh. My point of this review is the customer service is great when you’re a customer in their face but as soon as they get the sale and you leave all of that “niceness” goes out the window. Temecula is 2 hours away from us so having to travel back out there for a FULL INSPECTION of the bike is ridiculous. An accurate inspection of the bike should have taken place before the bike was delivered end of story. And you don’t brush your customers off when things start falling apart on the bike THE FIRST WEEK! I wish I could take the bike back but what’s done is done. We will have to take it to an actual Harley store to get it fully inspected which will cost us more money!!

Just bought a used 2020 Low Rider S in beautiful shape. Less than 6K miles. I paid over 20K for it. When I first saw the bike the tag was 18k. They came and pulled the tag off as I was looking at it and said it was miss marked. Supposed to be 18,900. I said I’ll give you 18 today. Well you know what happened. I offered full price, but asked them for a second key fob, was told by Mike ya I will find you one, didn’t happen. Asked if maybe they could deliver because of me being mister mom and doing stay at home schooling. They gave me a guys number named Paul and said it’s a separate fee that they don’t cover. I said I spent over 20 grand and you guys can’t do anything I asked? NOPE. They did offer me a free (under 20 bucks) t-shirt and a picture which I declined. My wife took them up on it. I did not lmao. They didn’t even fill the tank before I left. Had to stop at the big flag station for fuel. I won’t recommend to anyone. Tell you whatever to make a sale. Bad experience.

Absolutely amazing experience here. I live two hours away from the chopper gallery, so I would make phone calls quiet often before and during the buying process. Not once were they rude to me even when I felt I was being annoying. From the service to the sales and financing people, absolute stellar group. They had the best price in the nation for the clean condition my bike was in, and that goes for their whole floor. From my experience Im recommending everyone thats in the market to these guys. No gimmicks or pushy sales men. Just beautiful bikes with even better looking prices. Best experience purchasing anything on wheels. Thank you very much guys!

We came with a check in hand. The sales person was not perfect, I expected more. maybe he felt he didnt have to work to hard because he knew we were there to buy the bike. I believe the description of the bike and what we got was a little different but, we didnt go out of our way to try to prove it . I finally felt we just wanted to get the bike fixed which they did make good on but none the less we had a frustrating experience. I probably would say yes take a look at theyre stuff but be very very careful and look everything over before you finalize.

I went into the chopper gallery about a year ago to sell my used Ultra Glide. The sales guy gave me sound advice and was upfront and honest w me about the price I would get for my bike selling it there... or selling it myself. His advice was straight on and I sold it myself for more than I could there. You dont find honesty like that to much anymore. When Im ready to buy again, Ill be going here. I highly recommend these boys. Plus, they have some sick bikes!

I bought my 2002 softails deuce here a few months back. They went through the entire bike and fixed a few things before I picked it up. Outstanding service...my new ride runs like a top and was in pristine shape when I received it. They even helped with insurance and registration...all on one ticket. stay up Chopper Gallery...you are highly esteemed and recommended byFast Eddie DeVille in the SFV.

Great selection of American V twins. Some new baggers, old softails, springers, sportys, dynas.....of course a couple of decent choppers. There is room to barter on price, they have their own shop to work on the inventory. This is an economical way to own a V twin. Buying new is always an option at a dealership, or used. But you can get almost new or something hard to find here. They also sell parts, can get parts, and equipment to ride with. If youre considering getting a bike I would recommend this place for getting on a decent bike without being gouged.

Great inventory and great people. I live in San Diego and saw they had a 2016 Sportster XL1200C. I took a ride up and fell for the bike; it was just under 8k miles and pristine. I worked with Karson and he was so knowledgeable. I had them add a sissy bar and luggage rack and they discounted it because I purchased the bike from them. This is my fifth Harley and by far the sales experience with The Chopper Gallery was the best. If youre looking for a used almost new Harley check out the Chopper Gallery. Im sure you will be well satisfied as I was.

My husband and I walked in to see of they nay carry a part we need for the bike. The parts guy who worked with us actually gave us some great advice on how we should realign the bike first before ordering the triple clamps. He was very helpful and knowledgable and I appreciate his sughestion before we buy something that we may not need. The girl on the register was super friendly and nice. Overall the atmosphere there is great and I really liked the employees working there. Thank you!!

Choppers Gallery was recommended to me from a brother of my fellowship. I started checking bikes online & was amazed by the prices & warranties. Besides APR’s & monthly prices on newer bikes. One day, I jumped in my truck & drove down there to see in person a bike I had my eye on. Being a first time buyer, I’m happy to say I wasn’t harassed from any salesmen, but was welcomed to shop around. Sit on bikes, inspect the bike, etc; Had the first time jitters... So, 3 weeks later checked back online & the bike I wanted was sold. But seen amazing 2016 Road Glide with a lot of extras. I could not let this one get away. I quickly filled out the online financial app. Carson called me back & we got the ball rolling. Carson wasn’t working the next day but assured me that Michael, Andy & Danielle would be of serve. So came in the next day on Mother’s Day with my wife. We had the most excellent experience. We signed paperwork & are proud owner’s now. The whole experience that day was no longer then two hours. I want to thank Carson for his awesome customer service & helping us out with the best deal for My wife & I. Danielle for being pleasant & straight forward. Also Michael & Andy for helping us out. I went in on Saturday and gave Mark my info to get qualified and informed him on what bike I wanted. He pulled up my application and told me that he would submit all info to bank on Monday and call me. He never called me. I had to call him and he stated that I did not pick a bike. Which was obsurd because I gave him the Stock number that day. I drove over 1hr and 45 minutes to get lousy service. I find out this evening that he never submitted my application and he expressed that I should look to go somewhere else to purchase a bike because Chopper Gallery is not hurting but other dealships are. What the hell type of customer service is t.being provided. Never again. I know many people who have bought bikes from here and said good things well Mark proved them wrong.

The most awesome selection and worth a drive away from the dealers, no pushy warranty up sells and beyond reasonable pricing so no need to dicker . The machines are super clean and must be handpicked. I hope to have a reason to shop here again. Thanks Karson and team for your assistance getting it home to me.

So buying this bike was a very trying experience and Not only was I treated indifferently at Huntington Beach Harley Davidson but I went out to Riverside Harley-Davidson and spoke with my old sales person who sold me my first Breakout and honestly they could not seal the deal either even though I walked in there with $10,000 cash. It took an outfit like The Chopper Gallery to put me on the bike that I know is mine. They were not only friendly but helpful and honestly they have a lot of really nice bikes. They have a ton of really nice bikes and some of them are very cheap. I was astounded because I have been dealing with the bigger outfits but this place actually has really nice machines and...a lot of them. So, if I was going to give anybody a thumbs-up it would be the Chopper Gallery in Temecula. Thank you guys for everything youve done for me. Got a bike from them and it took two weeks to ship due to them inspecting it. I put about 600 miles on it and now I am sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck and hoping my insurance covers whatever just fell apart. You could say that I am less than pleased.Update: someone had taken the back wheel off and didnt tighten the bolts back. They were coming out and were hitting the frame.

I reached out on the internet about a bike for sale, I never received a call back. I then called and everyone was busy. I finally got a call back from a guy named conner. I told him the bike I was looking at and comparing it to the exact model in SD from a dealer with less miles. I told him I wanted to keep my business local. I asked him if he would come close to the other guys price. He immediately cut me off and told me it doesnt work like that and good luck with the bike in SD and hung up. I was never asked the price difference or any other information. So I bought the bike in SD. Bummed out I couldnt keep my money local.

I will start this by saying I had heard good things from friends who live in Temecula about Chopper Gallery. They had a killer deal on a Road King Special, so I snagged it up. The process was as painless as it possibly could be. The bike had a few issues. This is where I thought I was getting hosed. I was dead wrong. Luke and his staff at Chopper Gallery went above and beyond to get my bike straightened out. Best customer service Ive ever had. Good honest people.

Didnt walk out with a bike the one I was looking for was sold. I will be back though. Large selection of fair price bikes. Very helpful staff and also a large parts/accessories/apparel section. The store is actually spread over 3 different units in a strip mall that arent directly connected. Make sure you check it all out.

Very helpful in choosing a bike and then purchasing a bike. Good dealsSo forward 2 months later. I take my bike to my local HD dealership for handle bar changes. Come to find out I have a recall on my master cylinder as a safety recall. Thay wont let me ride the bike till corrected. Also my forks seals are leaking. I also never received my tags so I had to buy a 2020 sticker from dmv. In my opinion these are a few things that should have been taken care of by chopper gallery since they said they keep it for two weeks to do a full top to bottom inspection. no bike on labor day weekend. And Im out another 500$ for fork rebuilds. The service is great when your buying but how they service and prep their bikes for delivery is suspect. If you buy a bike there get it inspected by HD or buy one from the HD dealership. I was gonna buy my wifes bike there but looking else where now.

These guys helped me out reprogramming my Harley when the local Harley dealership wanted to charge me over 400.00 for a new system. The Chopper Galllery reprogrammed my new key fob for a very reasonable price; nowhere near the $400, not even close to $100. These guys are very knowledgeable plus USMC Veterans. I’ll be going back for additional service.

This rating is based on two different visits over all.First time there was a specific bike I was looking at. Had the right price enjoyed the bike. Sat down did the paperwork liked the numbers. Guys said it was going to take a while since it was a sunday and finance company was hard to get a hold of on weekends. Didnt make sense but I dont sell bikes so what do I know about finance company hours. So we waited, and waited. Told to go out for lunch and should have an answer when we get back. Took old lady out to eat and came back. Still no word. Was told that I could go home and they would call me so I didnt have to wait there. Sounds good and I started leaving. On my way out another customer was being shown the bike I had paperwork on, seems odd but technically it wasnt sold to me yet. I waited at home for a call and finally a week later I got tired of waiting and I called them. Was told someone would call me back since they didnt know what was going on. Another week goes by and no call. So I say forget that place. Never going back.Never say never, fast forward a few years later and I see a bike I like at a good deal. So I decided to give it another shot and head on down. As soon as we walk in we are greeted by a nice man, who advised us that price is firm and not negotiable odd but thats their policy so be it. Bike looked better in photos then in person but I did see another one that caught my eye. Sat down did some paperwork and my credit was good so got a nice APR. Signed and now have to wait about to weeks since they only go through the bike and fix things after purchasing not before. Makes no sense to me but if thats their policy then so be it. A week and a half later I call to check and bike is ready. Went to pick it up and was on my way.Now my opinion, motor still has no issues which was my biggest concern. But have noticed rust in certain places I didnt notice at the show room. My fault for not inspecting with a fine tooth comb. I did some research and believe my bike may have been a rental. Place was not pushy.Would I recommend? Yes, but with advisement of inspecting the bike fully and asking questions as to origins or history of the bike, which I feel should be on file. Also to let people know that they wont get to ride it home that day. Which still makes no sense to only fix issues after purchasing it. Also understand these are used bikes so you have to be ok with any cosmetic issues it may have. Anytime you go used you run a risk just be prepared for it, maybe get extended insurance if you cant fix a bike on your own.I know its a long review but I have been as honest as possible. I wouldnt exclude this place. They have a wide selection some good and some not so good. Next time I am looking for a used bike this place will be on my list of places to check alongside many others. Thanks.Also dont know if its on purpose or they just dont update but my bike showed available for about two weeks after I bought it.

Receptionist has the worst customer service in history, jesus christ before I could get out a word and describe my situation for to help me she was interrupting me and then was incoherently being rude. Danielle have you ever heard THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Need better communication skills this shop had just lost my business forever...

Visited them today to see a bike a coworker had said he was interested in. Sales floor was immaculate. Salesman Mike Imes introduced himself right away and asked if I needed anything. Showed me the bike I came to see and then all around the whole sales floor. Staff was courteous and professional. Bikes for sale are in good shape, clean and priced well. It was a really good experience, Im glad I went in and Ill be back.

I walked in looking for 2019 FXDR advertised on there website was greeted by nice young lady taking photos of bikes . I walked around looking for the FXDR not one person greeted me beside the young lady taking photos.The young lady disappeared, I walked looking for the bike not one person asked if i needed help.i decided it time to leave shop go elsewhere. they have great selection new to older bikes . Customer service none existent .

Bought bike back in March. Had chopper gallery put handle bars on when bought. Had check engine light on immediately. Bike went into limp mode. Harley Davidson dealer where I live couldn’t find anything wrong at. Limp mode kept happening. So took bike to a custom shop who found wire cut from when handle bars were installed. Now I’m out of pocket for repairs that the chopper gallery did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM STAY AWAY.

Prices are good. Quite lower than the dealerships. If you dont like what you see give them your contact and they will give you a call when something comes in. But after dealing with them I left them with my bike for a trade in to check it out and they tore it apart and found something wrong with my bike and never put it back together and then I can never get nothing out of them and it was like pulling nails to get anything done that turned out to be backstabbers Ill never go back there again👎

Not sure what happened today. Spoke with Carson in finance for a few days, but today I stopped by with everything I needed, the down payment etc, but after meeting with another finance person today (Carson was off) I was given a little higher down payment today. Only about $150 more than I was told. I didnt have the extra $150, and she wasnt willing to make it work at all today. I told her I didnt have the extra $150, and Id have to wait. She replied, okay. Im 52 years old, Ive purchased bikes before, but this was the first time Ive ever felt unwelcome. Not in the store, Not with the salesman, staff is amazing, including Carson in Finance, but this one Financial lady made me feel like I wasnt welcome.

After visting the Harley dealers in Temecula, San Marcos and Riverside, Indian dealer in San Marcos, American V Twin and Temecula Motorsports I chose The Chopper Gallery for several reasons. First and foremost Karson had THE best product knowledge and it showed with every question I tossed at him(I had a lot). He stayed after hours with me for a little bit to make sure I was 100% satified. I still had to get my motorcycle endorsement and take a safety course so he was patient. A week later after those were done I was also helped by Mike who was just as awesome as Karson! Every single person I interacted with always made me feel welcome, was very informative, and most important to was patient with my indecisive nature which can bug some salespeople(was there for 3 hours).its my first bike so I wanted to make sure I made the right decision. The selection is amazing and the prices are very competetive and I like how they didnt try to put up the price like every dealer tried to do to me. The inventory was in GREAT condition and I decided to move forward with a 2011 Dyna Street Bob in Demin Black. For a 8 year old bike it was flawless.After I chose my bike Sara and Carla took over from there and guided me every step of the way. It took me several days to work out all of the paperwork(that was on me) but they kept me updated along the way with everything that was being processed. The only thing I have left to do is wait for my loan to be funded and wait for the Bike to be ready.I am STOKED to get my bike and will recommend Chopper Gallery to anyone. In a world of shady dealership this is one I can fully trust.******UPDATE*******I have had this bike for almost a year now and have double the milage of when I bought it. I had a few small issues that needed to be fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about the guys in the service department. They have taken great care of me over the past year and continue to provide great customer service. That goes along way to me and I still recommend this place to everyone who is willing to listen.

Anyone interested in buying a harley should come here first. It was necessary to retrieve my MC earlier than planned. Got bike minus the air pump and service manual. Both were lost. Since I failed to get inventory of accessories I came up empty handed. Get inventory of accessories when dropping off for consignment.
