Just want to thank Rebecca and Deb for helping me out with the pinch I was in. I needed a gift fast and called to see if they had it at the store, they did not, but Rebecca ordered it for me and got it to me in the time frame promised. Deb was involved cuz I called worried that I would not get it, she called to find out what was going on and she to assured me that it was for next day delivery. Welp I indeed did get it the next day thanks to Rebecca and Deb. But moreover it was their lovely attitudes that really shined through. Thank you ladies and thank you Brighton for always seeming to have the perfect gift.

The worst experience Ive had. Later learned its not a corporate store. I took my fiances bracelet in to have a piece fixed and not only did they loose it, they wouldnt replace it, and then offered me the current store value (its discontinued so it was close to nothing but obviously sentimental to us). I had to call a REAL store to get information on the bracelet to have the real store say sorry I ever went to this store. Worst service, worst people, and dont ever give them anything to work on. Chances are you wont see it again.
