I’ve been here a few times and here is my experiences. I came here to buy gold and silver. With crazy premiums at the time they do reasonable prices compared to online prices. Plus there is nothing like buying bullion and taking it home rather than ordering and waiting two weeks like is the situation we had the past few months.They don’t nickel and dime you which I appreciate. A few dollars or cents off they round toward the customer. Thank you for that.In my experiences they don’t rush you out and they do take the time to help you out regardless how many people are in line.I want to thank the lady who gave my kids geodes. My kids were thrilled and we had a ton of fun cracking then and looking at the crystals.

Just did an easy transaction and received a fair price. Wife is happy, so I am happy.

This coin shop has very good customer service. Ive been coming here for a couple years now and I get treated like a regular. A couple guys know me by my first name and we share on going jokes. The owner is also a nice guy. Ive delt with him directly a few times. 👍🏾

Awesome finds here! Wide variety of inventory, knowledgeable folks, and they’re helpful and honest. I went once, and now I found myself going there at least once a week. So far I’ve met Ana, Morris, & Arman (spelling), great customer service and overall experience. But feel free to find and shop at another coin store that leaves plenty for me.... ;-)

Went in on Saturday morning looking for some advice great customer service honest will be coming back very professional

I was told 4 days ago that they would pay .25 cents an ounce over spot for clean silver rounds. They took the time to call the owner. He confirmed the conversation. I am pleased they paid what they said. If you do business with them keep in mind prices do change based on supply and demand. I was lucky waiting for 4 days. If you call and get a price go on that day.

Please look the part when you come to this place. They lied about pricing directly over the phone, said that I spoke to somebody who they couldn’t get a hold of and/or didn’t want to get a hold of. Offered me quite a bit less than what I was offered over the phone. I took it because I drove all the way out here. And I was given an attitude for looking at jewelry too close to an employee who had certain health conditions. Again, please look the part or you will be served how you appear to be. I won’t be coming back. They lost a potential customer who buys lots of jewelry.

They are so great and helpful. They are down to earth super personable and just real people I trust them with my business 100%. They arent like the other places in this town that try to take whatever they can from you. They work with you if needed and basically just awesome. I was looking for a $20 gold liberty coin. It just so happens this place has one.... actually two. These came out in 1849... only one exists and were minted to the early 1900s. I purchased this 1851 in very good condition. Although the coin isnt certified and has been cleaned it was sold to me at a very fair price. Im happy to own this piece of history and would recommend checking this business for coin collectors before going to a broker. You could get a great deal.

They are friendly, easygoing, informative, professional and VERY FAIR concerning their pricing.I happen to know more than the average person about the precious metals markets, and i can on good faith say if you have to buy or sell gold, silver,etc,, this is THE best place to go, whether youre a novice or expert. Ive done business with them about 10 times, and always felt at ease and left a satisfied customer. Im not a jewelry kind of guy, but would definitely buy something unique there for someone I cared about. Ive been going to All Valley since their beginnings in 2004/05. At that time the shop was small but I always got great service and very fair prices on the deals that I made. Their is another coin dealer with 3 shops that are closer to my house but I travel the extra miles to go to All Valley because they are fair and honest. The shop has grown over the years and I believe that growth is because of their service & honesty. I will continue to go to All Valley for all my numismatic needs. Recently I went to All Valley in old town with some scrap silver I had. I made sure to weigh it on a jewelry scale before I left home and it weighed 11 ounces total. When I got there 2 guys starting going through the silver using a magnet and acid testing all the pieces. When they were done they weighed it and it was only 9 ounces. I asked them how could that be and they told me that my scale at home may be off from theirs. I have been perplexed how this could happen because there is no way the scales could be so far off. I am not sure what happened but I am really not comfortable taking anything else to them.

Honest, professional, and prices over spot are reasonable. Good guys and a local business in a great city.

Not sure why this store or the employees have ANY bad reviews. Every time I come in theyre awesome! I get great service. Theyre honest. [I know--Ive had training in ferreting out deception. No, really I have...]. Theyre helpful [always ask if I need anything], friendly [and I know friendly--Im Italian], loyal [especially to repeat customers], and clean [they have anti-bacterial wipes on hand for shoppers]. In fact, throw in brave and thrifty, and theyre Boy Scouts!I browse. I shop. I gab. [Did I mention Im Italian?] I usually buy, but when I sell, I ALWAYS get more than expected, and more than others offer.
