Took my Granddaughter shopping there for a concert she was going to. Pretty cool place for the younger people. First time there and I had a fun time.

One of my most favorite stores! Super nice and helpful employees! Awesome selection of merch you cant find pretty much anywhere else! I wish the store was BIGGER and carried their plus size line of clothes.

I love this store! Ive been shopping here for years and I havent had any problems up until the last time I was there. There was a really cute flannel dress hanging high up on a rack so I asked a middle aged women that was working there if she could get the front one down for me (It looked like it would fit) When she got it down, she looked at the size (Small) and put it back on the rack. I said I wanted to try that on and asked why she put it back. She said it was a size small and that from the looks of me I needed a XL. She then walked back to the register and continued to ring a costumer up. I was in shock but I kept shopping. And I still go there

Well organized Hot Topic. My kids have made me visit my share of these stores and this one is cramped just like the rest BUT they keep it neat and tidy! Buy two get one tee is a money saver for my anime loving kids.

My friend and I went in and literally didn’t touch a single thing. We were walking towards the door and we were about 5 feet from the door and another family walking into the store set off the alarm and we stopped and looked at the employees so they knew it wasn’t us. There was a girl who looked no older than 16 working there and she made eye contact with us and said “that only goes off if you are taking something you didn’t pay for” in a very rude voice then she turned around and kept doing what she was doing. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here with the employees. Would not recommend.

Good deals, friendly staff. Unfortunately its usually a gamble to get clothing LG and XL. They will order other sizes and ship them though which is nice.

The 15 off 30 brought me in, but the rude employee took me right out. Wow. Retrain your staff on customer service. No running in the store. I promise you whoever is waiting in the dressing room isnt going to die if you dont get them that size STAT.And if youre busy helping somebody else simply say so in a polite manner. Dont get rude yelling Im actually helping someone else! As you streak past.Not impressed at all.

Went in expecting to receive one hot cash after my purchase and when I recieved my reciept I noticed there wasnt one stapled to it. I asked the girl Alexis and she said I didnt hit the total. My total was $29.90! She shouldve informed me before processing the transaction I needed 10 cents more for the hot cash! Instead she not once mentioned any promotions, hot cash and was zero percent helpful. Missed opportunity for hot cash, thanks for nothing!

Weve been eating at the Cheesecake Factory for about 20 years. This location is still rather new and they still havent hit that sweet spot on certain meals we normally order. The meals are good and the service is always great but their missing that oh my gosh! first bite moment were accustomed to... Were hoping they can bring in chefs from other Cheesecake Factory (Sam Diego or Rancho Cucamonga) to get them over the hump. Still this is our families fav and well continue to support them.

They have just about any kind of thing you can think of in this store with good music always playing, friendly staff and always willing to help as i mainly go in for my earings cause they have every style of body jewelry there.

One of the staff helped my eleven year old find exactly the right pins she wanted for ten minutes. Great service.

Every time I go to the mall I ALWAYS go to Hot Topic and see what new stuff they have because they always seem to be getting new things. I spend at least an hour in there every time. Its by far my favorite store to go to.

Watched the employee walk into the store after the posted opening time with coffee and food while we waited outside. Had to call the store to pick up my mobile order because he wasnt opening the store twenty minutes after the posted opening time. Even mall maintenance was waiting for the store to open.

Apparently, holding up one of the two working registers while one person spends literally 20 minutes making up their mind on another t-shirt, so they can make use of the current sale, is justification to hold up a line of 10 other people.
