I came in toward closing and handsome homeboy with the ginger beard told me I could look around for what I was looking for even though they were technically closed but that I would have to listen to the metal they were playing on the loudspeakers and it was actually a vibe—I shazammed it.

When active first opened, it was cool, except for a few sales associates, rude and snobby...so I stopped going there, recently Ive been looking for a g-shock mudmaster watch, unfortunately they dont carry watches anymore, but I must admit the sales crew were delightful!!! Sweet kind, and very knowledgeable about the inventory and what I needed for my board, wish I could remember their names, she w had bluish purple? Hair and the dude was asian?...Thanks for all your help, especially when I mentioned my daughters missing 🐈 kitten 🐾, many blessings coming to you guys

Love active period! Went yesterday, haven’t been since the closure. Bought my girlfriend and i skateboards. We ‘re pretty much regulars... thank you Monica and Ethan at the rancho location. There customer service is what we love about the store. The vibes are always very welcoming.

We had a great experience here today building a skateboard for my son for his birthday. The people who work there are all very friendly and welcoming and our skateboard builder was really helpful and gave us good information and advice as we picked the various parts for the board. Prices were reasonable and we added a hat and shoes because of thisOverall a great selection and shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Active has been my number 1 skate store since way back. The little shop in Chino Town square. There clothes are quality and staff is always helpful.

All the other board shops were quoting me 3-7 days to get my board waxed, Active quoted 1 and completed it in 15 hours. The 3 staff members I had contact with were all polite, intelligent, and generally happy. I will be back, thanks.

This place used to be my go to shopping spot when I lived in town. While skateboarding clothing has gotten a bit boutique, Activess own brand has always been quality and cheaper price wise.
