My phones camera lens needed a repair, so I brought it in to this shop. I was helped by Eden and they were so kind! It did take some time for the part to come in, but the price was too good that I didnt mind waiting. Hopefully, I dont break my phone again, but I would definitely come here if I did! Ordered & paid for 2 Duracell Ultra 12v, for system backup. Invoice confirmed. Sent someone driving an hour to pick them up. Received Power Sonic instead, with claims that it was the same, just relabeled. If Id wanted Power Sonic, I would have bought Power Sonic for half the price.

Last year we needed a battery and we went to Batteries plus bulbs, met an extremely nice sales associate whom sold us a 12v marine battery for our pontoon, sadly we started experiencing issues with our battery about a month ago, but we unable to make it to the store, with all the current commotion and craziness we figured wed wait for a better time. We took the battery to Auto Zone whom ran a test and offered to hold it overnight for a test charge, being we had bought it a year ago I opted to take it back to the store we purchased it from. We then had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what appeared to be a disgruntled female employee who took a tester out said the battery was bad and that there was nothing she would do for us, she said I was 20 days past the warranty period and that nothing could be done, I explained that with everything going on we just couldnt have made it any sooner and her response was covid has nothing to do with the battery thus she couldnt do anything . I called their corporate office immediately spoke with a friendlier individual whom actually informed me that the store was franchised and that the associate should have offered to recondition the battery or at least been a bit more helpful, but in the end it was up to the individual store manager and since it was a franchise, they had to stand by policy. I felt compelled to write this review to inform shoppers that this company may seem helpful when your going to make a purchase but will not be of any assistance in if something goes wrong. I would recommend making purchases with companies you know will help you in the future. The funny thing about this was that I was also looking to purchase 4 new batteries for our golfcarts, but they fortunately showed their true colors before I made the mistake of purchasing anything else from them. ( update: the batteries plus phone number was removed conveniently covering a 2016 date)

Wow found good bulbs and lights

Eden was very helpful. I had a critically weak battery that stranded me in the gas line at Costco, but managed to get it started. It was 45 minutes before closing and Eden said that they couldnt install until the following day. I was less than 1 mile from the store and Eden agreed to do the replacement as I pleaded my case if I could be there in the next 5 minutes... Mission accomplished! Thank you Eden.

I needed to recycle 4 foot FLO tubes. I had ten to bring in. So, that was several trips to my car. Eden, a store associate, helped me bring them in. She didnt have to. She was kind and helpful, which I appreciate.

He sales person (mmeredyth ) went above and beyond!! I brought a battery back that didnt work. I bought new cabkes, a new starter and it would start once then fail. She tested it and found no faults. After discussing it, she called the owner and the owner okd a replacement. After installing the bike has continued to start with no further problems. Confirmed over phone and via email with Dave (Manager) that parts WILL be available day prior to service, day of service parts were still not ordered. Got confirmation from service tech that discount was agreed upon AND noted in service request, Finally customer rep. noticed discount in service request at sales terminal. However, neither coupon I received via email confirming my service scheduled at any time was honored when sale was finalized. Very happy with service performed, but overall dissatisfied with lack of proactive customer service, specifically zero communication with customer when scheduled service could not be performed when scheduled. It was funny I walk-in became in love with this store. they had batteries and batteries. being unsure with a new store I look it over and over I needed my cell phone batter chang out. in one hour I walk out with a newly repaired phone.

Saw their add online and that they had a local store. I called the store and their were friendly and helpful.Their price wasnt the best but it was close enough for me and the battery I needed was a brand name I recognize a Duracell.Got home and installed the battery into my alarm system. The alarm system said it was a little low but it charged overnight So far so good and no more bad battery chirps from the alarm system.

Ordered a black Duracell motorcycle battery online. Upon receiving the battery the store replaced the black battery with a gray one without notifying me because they were out of stock even though the site said they were in stock. Also the battery which is supposed to fit my motorcycle is actually to big to use with my motorcycles battery cover, although I would think that this is the manufacturer fault and not the merchant.
