I was new to the area and took my car into a different place. They told me that 14 different things needed to be done with my vehicle. I had them change the controller arms, but was defeated by how much more had to be done. I then took it to Old Town Tire, and for $25 they diagnosed only two problems. The rest of the things are still fine. All the people there have been very helpful and I will only be going there from now on.

Big Mahalos to Keith and team for keeping up the maintenence on my 2009 Hyundai Sonata with 275,000 plus miles. They recently replaced the front struts and oil pan assembly with gasket. I had a problem with my car over heating and they kept her overnight and discovered the underlying issue which I appreciate very much!!! I will definitely use them again especially since my other mechanic could not find the problem.

I had to have my brakes done today just a couple days before Xmas and it was way more than I thought and they totally worked with me on price and gave me different options within my budget! My tire pressure system went off and I went to these guys fully prepared to pay for a tire check. Everyone was really nice and concerned for my safety as they identified which tire was the lowest. They checked it for any damage and refilled my tires for any lost air. I really appreciated the help, everyone! I made it home safely and hope to do service with you guys in the future! I was told from another shop that I needed to replace my rotors and spend 350 dollars and if I didnt my brakes would fail and I might get into a wreck. I told my car to old town tire and service and was told the vehicle was fine . I was amazed with the owners honesty he rather have a lifetime client ( which now I am and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else but here) than take someone money dishonestly. Awesome place 👍👍

Fair and honest.

Keith was friendly and helpful. They quickly fixed my door sensor on my Ford Flex for a reasonable price- had me in and out in under 90 minutes. I’ve been looking to switch my service from the Ford dealership for awhile now, because the dealership is too expensive, they take too long, it’s too difficult to get an appointment quickly when you have an issue. I was referred to Old Town Tire by a friend who’s used them for many many years. I think I have found my new service people!

I have been working with old town tire for 10+ years, I have brought all my vehicles to these guys. A plus work, 10/10 recommend.

After having my vehicle in for a safety check, (recent purchase and I didnt want any surprises) my car started acting strange. To be safe, I had the vehicle towed to the shop to avoid causing damage to the engine. The problem was quickly diagnosed, resolved and I was on my way in less time than it took to call the tow and get to the shop!

I would highly recommend this place! The customer service was probably the best that I have seen in a while. Andrew was knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like they were trying to get over on me. Monica was also knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. A lot of this is lacking in many businesses these days.

Above & beyond service! Another repair shop (chain) refused to work on my car because the hood was off hinge and tied down with rope temporarily. Admit it. Honest, fair, reputable, reliable arent really the first words that come to mind when you think of a mechanic, right? Think again!!I discovered Old Town Tire & Service while looking for someone to replace the engine in my sons car. Keith was the first person I met. Amazing!!Moments after shaking hands I felt Id known these people forever. I havent experienced this level of customer service, not to mention human kindness, in a long time!I explained the dilemma with my 16 year old sons Mustang GT recently seizing up. Keith cracked this smile as to say (professionally mind you) hes 16 and its a Mustang GT, of course he seized the engine.I dont take lightly the value of your money. I wont spend it frivolously. Keith replied in a text communication about the investment to replace my sons engine. I was hooked!A long story short, I ended up bringing my wifes Toyota Sequoia in to have an oil change and their signature 40-point inspection. Andrew, one of the service writers, informed me the rear brakes severely needed changed and the bushings in the rack-and-pinion needed replaced.After giving the green light for the repairs I stopped by to pick up the car. What I discovered next was amazing!! Keith informed me that after further inspection the bushings actually were not the problem. A bolt that held the rack together was actually the problem which SAVED ME OVER $300!!!!What?An Honest, fair, reputable, reliable mechanic? In this day and age? Youve got to be kidding me!!!Overall THE BEST EXPERIENCE, EVER!!!!Ive been going to a mechanic, who has been a close personal friend, for over 12 years, and today I switch to Old Town Tire & Service!!I dont know who you use as your mechanic, but I IMPLORE you to consider Old Town Tire & Service for your new lifetime auto service provider!!Btw - Monica is the bomb!!And Andrew, the service writer that served me - second to none!!Thank you Old Town Tire & Service for making me feel valued, and protected, as a customer!!! First time ever posting anything, went here to check out a slow leak that I couldn’t find the cause of, they checked the inside of the tire and all around but couldn’t find the cause. Then they sprayed the seal and replaced the valve, but didn’t charge me a dime because they didn’t know if it fixed anything. These guys are extremely friendly and run an amazing shop, much respect from a military family.

Very bad experience....poor work...not very understanding...so it goes.My son brought my pick-up in to have my right rear tire repaired. He brought it home and within 2 days was flat. I dont drive the pickup it just sits in the driveway. I aired it up and my daughter in law brought it back down(I found the air leak 2 inches from where they repaired it the first time) and yes there was a nail in it buried in the tread. My guess is that they missed it the first time found the first hole and called at job done. Poor quality control. I paid $15.00 the first time and they charged me $15.00 again for their mistake. For a family owned business that wants to make a name for itself this is not the way to do it. I will not be back to waste me time and be double charged. I suggest you find a reputable tire company to have your work done. God for bid they rebuild an engine for me

Back in the day I used to take my cars here and they were great. But in my experience if you have a modern/newer car theres a real chance they cant or wont do the repairs. They may be ok for light repairs (oil change, rotate tires, replace wiper blades...that sort of thing). Anything more and youre likely better off at the dealer as much as it pains me to say that - why waste your time.

There open From 7am to 5:48pm not 6pm because i showed up to get a new tire put on which i just blew on the freeway from work and they said they were closing. Not closed. So if anyone needs a tire on there way home from work dont stop by here if its 15 mintues untill 6. Pepboys is open till 7pm if you need a tire

Theyre your neighborhood mechanic that I found on Google maps for a tire repair. They knew customers by name and people genuinely trust them. Highly recommend!

I had an Uber inspection done at a shop and they told me I needed to replace my rear brakes (shoes and drums), new shocks in the back and struts in the front, new serpentine/alternator belt and a few other things. I would never ever pay them to do any work just because of past experience with them. But they quoted me over $3000 for the work. After searching on TT for reviews, I found Old Town Tire and I’m so glad I did! Keith did an inspection completely free of charge and found that there was nothing wrong with my shocks/struts and my brakes still have a good 10,000 miles on them. The only thing needing to be replaced is the belt, which I can do myself. Keith also gave me a quote for the brakes which is still way lower than anywhere I’ve called. I will definitely be using this shop for any and all of my vehicle repairs in the future. I felt bad that I walked out of there without having to pay a single dollar so I wanted to at least give him and his shop recommendation. Thanks again Keith!

I had a great experience with Old Town Tire. I brought in a 14 ft box truck I had bought that had been sitting around for 3 years. I asked if they could put new tires on it, change the oil and anti-freeze. When I picked up the truck they did all of the above and at no cost to me, checked the differential oil and serviced it and the battery light kept coming on so they metered it and told me what the problem might be. These guys went above and beyond what I asked them to do not for the money (b/c they didn’t charge me any extra) but, in my opinion, they actually care for their customers well being. These guys are great! I will go out of my way to use their services if I need any repairs or service on any of my cars. Oh, and their price was better than the others I got quotes on.

I have bad experience at this shop. I bought 4 brand new tires from this shop and one of the tires has a nail on it and I bring the car back for fixing and they charged $20 for it. A month later the tire flat again. I went back and have them change a new tire and I will pay for it, but they said they were busy. As of today, I went to Wal-Mart and they changed it for $182.56. Thanks Walzwart for the great service.

They did a good job, very friendly, the price wasnt too bad. They fixed what we needed and we were on our way. We were not in a rush and didnt need the vehicle back quickly. We dropped it off and picked it up a week later.

I have went to Old Town Tire on three different occasions and every time Keith and his team went above and beyond to help without charging an arm and a leg. They were very fair with pricing and on the amount of time it took to fix the problems I had. Ill definitely be back soon.

I called to get information, and the gentlemen that answered the phone gave me a quick answer and hung up on me. That type of service over the phone would most definitely deter people away from this place. i had other questions and he didnt even give me a chance to ask. That was absolutely rude

This was the worst experience Ive had to date. Kieth is very unprofessional and rude. I retuned when our tires were done being put on and proceeded to pay him with my card. I was informed at that time that it was a cash only and I could not except my credit card. This was on Friday evening so there were no banks open. He even told me he was going to hold my car until I bring him cash. His father tried to correct the problem but was stopped from doing so by his son Kieth. I dont recommend this place at all.

Some years or so ago, I brought my car in to get repaired. My timing belt slipped off and the entire top half of my engine had to get replaced. You were gracious enough to knock 300 bucks off the price, with me being in the military and, being a broke e4 at the time, 2000 bucks was more than I could afford. You swore this car was good for another 75000 miles. But Ive now put in nearly 1500 dollars more into fixing the mistakes you made. Thanks for the half-assed job. If your son or daughter were on my squad in a war, and I half-assed my job, theyd die.

Had a nail stuck in my tire and thought I could come in and patch it. However it was on the sidewall of the tire so it needed to be replaced. Mechanic Mike fiddled with it and found it was just a small piece of nail before switching to a new tire. He could have just charged me. Very honest business!!!
