Staff is ALWAYS so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I just moved to this county and SO HAPPY I found a mechanic thats trust worthy because its truly.hard to come by those these days. I took my classic beautiful 69 Firebird because it was leaking oil. Most places won’t even touch it or they will tell you you need a new engine when in reality you may need something else. I spoke with Wayne and Chris. They were very helpful and fixed the issues at a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place that still practice helping the customer rather than helping their pockets.

This place of business is by far the most honest and trustworthy around. All hard working people are looking for is integrity from a business. Well, this business has it. In summary I had my truck at the dealership for a recall and in their inspection list (after completing the recall) they noted I needed to complete an expensive fix, and it looked as if there was a small dripping leak where they showed me the fix was needed. I told them I would think about it and looked at possibly doing it myself and/or getting other quotes. After calling around, I scheduled an appointment to get the work completed with these true professionals. After dropping off my vehicle, they called me a few hours later saying they tested everything within my system and that there are zero repairs needed. I told them since they had the truck up to go through and do a checklist inspection- which they did and found absolutely nothing wrong. I was taken back by their honesty and pride in treating customers right and with simply being honest in their explanations. Chris was the gentleman whom I had dealt with the most, and what a true professional on every level and aspect. I found an honest business, and I will gladly return and recommend them with the utmost enthusiasm to all. What a great experience. This shop just happened to be around the corner from our hotel while on vacation. Had a rental car that said low tire pressure...ugh...they got me in first thing in the AM, confirmed only needed air in all 4 tires...relief...and out the door in 15 minutes. Very personable, such a pleasure when you come upon a well run and customer friendly service center. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Wheel Alignment Silverado 1500They got me in and out in a few hours, Great Price and Frank their Master Mechanic went above and beyond to not touch the new paint on my truck, After he did the alignment he test drove it and didnt like the way my steering wheel was off just a little bit and put it back on the rack and adjusted to be perfect because I am so particular about it! I highly recommend this place.

Just got done at the dmv to renew my vehicle registration to find out I needed to get a smog certification to finalize my registration. Called Temecula Tire and Auto, and they said they could fit me in. 30-45 minutes later I had the documentation in my hand. If you’re looking for genuine professional, this is the place. Friendly and fast. B/c of this experience my company is now in the process of signing a contract for my whole fleet of vehicles for regular maintenance and service.

I found Temecula Tire after taking my Nissan Pathfinder to 3 other shops to fix an acceleration issue. The team was thorough, professional and informative when it came to diagnosing the problem.A previous shop just added silicone to the O2 sensor and charged me $300. The car still didnt feel right thereafter, but commuting to work is the higher priority these days. I didnt want waste my energy arguing with a shop that does shoddy work - whats the point?Special thanks to Frank who worked on my SUV. Do NOT go here. We recently had our transmission replaced here. We were given a wrong quote and called the next day telling us they gave us a quote on the wrong transmission and the actual transmission was going to be $800 MORE. They had already taken the transmission out at this point and had we gone somewhere else they would have charged us $100 for diagnosis. So we paid the extra. It took them 2 weeks to finish when they had told us it would only take a week. After a week I had to call to see why I hadnt heard from them and despite them telling me they would call and give me updates they did not and I had to constantly check on the status of the car. Finally on the day we were suppose to pick up they call and tell us our battery is dead now and we need to pay for a new battery. I asked for a discount o the battery since it had to sit in their shop for 2 weeks and he did give us a little discount.Two days later my husband brings his car for work which is 1.5 hours away and the car will not start. We have never had issues with this car before. I called the shop and they swore it was nothing to do with them. We took it to another shop to get it looked at at which point we found the rear main seal valve was leaking. I called this shop again and they admitted it was not leaking when I brought it in which means they damaged it in the repair. I asked them to make it right and he said they would not and they would give me a quote to replace a $2 part they damaged but since they would have to take the transmission back out to replace they would charge me all that labor. What a scam! These guys are scam artists. I will never go back here again! It cost way more in damage to have these guys touch my car. If they stood behind their work I wouldnt be posting this. Also, Patrick was very rude to me when I asked for the charges to be explained when I was misunderstanding certain things they charged me for. I asked to speak to the manager about the rear main seal leakage and he was just as adamant that this wasnt their fault although Patrick admitted it was not leaking when they put the transmission in and somehow 2 days later it miraculously is just leaking but they said it could not be their fault at all! So extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

Since I moved from Hollywood to Temecula 18 months ago the key was to find a reliable and honest mechanic for my car and my wife’s. This place was the best I found. They always accommodate and give you straight advice on what’s worth fixing and what isn’t and the price is always very reasonable. Time and again my experience has been positive. Highly recommend. Temecula’s best auto shop.

Patrick the service representative was Very professional and his followup was excellent. I paid $900 for tires, rear brake pads, alternator and transmission belts replacements and cabin and air filters replacements.I wish I could have gotten a better price on the mounting of the tires that was purchased there. It cost 35.00 per tire. I was told that was standard, even though I Have paid no more than a total of $60 at other places.However, Patrick worked with me in other areas of trying to secure short term financing since I live on a fixed income. I would recommend them to others and I plan to go back for other work that’s needed on my 2005 Toyota Camry.I didn’t rate on quality yet because I need to give it at least 30 days. Then I will come back to rate on quality.

This is not a critique of the service provided. They did a fine job on my smog check and has done a fine job for years. This is a comment regarding making your clients feel safe during this time of COVID-19. When I walked in last week to try for a walk-in appt, I was happy to see the gentleman behind the desk wearing a mask. As someone who is taking this seriously, that was important to me and made me feel better. I could not get a walk-in appt, and made an appt for this past Monday. When I showed up, there was a different person working the desk and he did not wear a mask, even though every customer I saw, including myself had one on. I just think that as a company who I’m sure appreciates all business they can get during this time, that they default on the side of hyper safety for their customers, regardless of comfort level for employee or God forbid their “right” to not wear a mask.

Wayne at TEMECULA Tire & Auto Repair is a straight up guy. No “extra stuff” that you don’t really need or understand. He knows what he’s doing and his prices are more than fair. I trust him with both of my cars for any type of repair. He brought my Mercedes back from the dead. Love this place.

The staff is always very pleasant and they do an excellent job with communicating on what is wrong with your car and providing options. The lobby area is always neat and clean and their prices are very fair. I am a women and Ive been using them for over 20 years. I have found that they wont gouge you on pricing or recommend something that doesnt really need done. One time I thought I needed a brake job because the car had over 40,000 miles on it. When I took the car in they told me my brakes were fine and they would make a note to check them the next time I was in for an oil change. Most places would have just done the brake job even though it didnt need done. I truly appreciate their honesty and thats why I have them take care of all my auto needs.

I did get my money back but I still want people to know that this business is a fraud.Temecula Tire and Auto Repair advertised a very good price for the wheel alignment and I have fallen into the trap!My car was put on a lift (not alignment lift) and it was sitting there for about 30 minutes while I was walking next to it on the sidewalk. A kid (he apparently works there) took a flashlight and looked under the car once and that was it.The service writer said the car was ready, pulled a sheet of paper from under the counter, ripped the top of the sheet off, and gave me the bottom. He said this was a print out for my cars alignment specifications. The top, which apparently contained the cars name and model, was gone. Only God knows what cars specification I was given.Another garage (I did not tell them my story) offered to check my alignment for free and it, of course, showed that my car needed the wheels to be aligned.Temecula Tire and Auto Repair not only took my money. I wanted to align my wheels because I just spent over six hundred dollars for new tires. So my new tires would be wearing out unevenly and I would get them replaced much sooner. Temecula Tire and Auto Repair did not care.All they want is your money!I posted the same review on Yelp but they protect these crooks and my review cannot be seen when you search. So my only choice for now is Google!

Great experience. My poor little car was in desperate need of an oil change. I decided to call Temecula Tire & Auto as I had a coupon for their services; they got me in right away. They were fri belt and efficient. The waiting area was clean, had lots of good magazines for me to read while waiting for my car and the air conditioning was oh so refreshing in this warm weather.I’ll definitely use them again.

Got right in with no appointment, and they had my smog check done and passed, and I was ready to go within 45 minutes. Clean waiting room, water and cookies gratis with very nice people. Cant ask for much more than that! They earned my business, and I will always take my three cars there for smog checks!

I have been coming to this shop for several years now and I always get greeted with a smile and sense of humor. Nice in a town where people seem to be grumpy or impatient frequently. As a woman some shops try to sell me services which I do not need or simply overcharge for what I do need. When I make an appt shop is open on time, my vehicle is brought in promptly serviced and out the door. I actually forgot my wallet last appt. Owner had no issue sense if humor and I called when I returned home no worries no stress. I Will continue to bring my vehicles here as long as they remain open.😎🐴
