My wife called them in the morning to schedule an appointment for having our driver side mirror replaced and to look at tint options. They said to come by at 4 in the afternoon.I arrived at 4, the place is all dark and locked up, so I call the # listed, he says he got called out to a job in Perris and apologized, and said he would call me back shortly when he was done and would look at my vehicle at my home when he was returning from the other job.I was happy to hear that and looked forward to doing business with them. However, now 3 hours later I’ve received no calls from them whatsoever.Poor customer service, and disappointed, because the dealership where I bought my vehicle recommended them, and good reviews so far. But I guess things change....

I keep my rides until the wheels fall off and the tint they use has held up. My previous car was totaled so took my new vehicle in for a ceramic tint. Good work guys.
