Dont go to this store for assistance with your device. Store is staffed with a single untrained teenager who was more interested in entertaining her visiting boyfriend than helping her customers. I was told Id have to call customer care to find out what was wrong with my husbands phone. Fortunately, I was able to get assistance from another Boost store whose salesperson knew immediately what was wrong and reprogrammed the phone for me.

This location will sell you a phone. Add insurance without your knowledge. You ask them what the breakdown is in price. They will try and go around the breakdown. They dont want to tell you they added insurance. They have no authority to add any services but they are doing it. You see the the receipt and its different from what you think the amount is. Then they say call boost to remove it. After I told them I didnt want it from the start. Cause I asked. Its wrong. They know it.

No Customer service. Just a young know it all batch working. Rude and ignorant

I will be doing my business here from now on. I was a metro customer and went into this store just to see what they had. Sonia was so helpful. Im not too phone savvy and she was so patient with me. I definitely recommend this location.

T was amazing. We came in for an Xfinity box, and instead, we switched our family plan from Tmobile. The only downfall was that she was the only sales person in the store. If she would have had a second computer or staff, we would have been out of the store way sooner than 5 hours. T had to take care of other customers in between waiting for boost to clear up issues with a couple of our lines. T really holds that store together. 3 different customers, at 3 different times, said the same.

T was amazing. If it wasnt for her i would have never switched from metro to boost ..i went to the eustis store and customer service there was horrible. I came to Tavares an she helped me out wwith the switch. I have had nothing but issues at the Eustis store. For now on i only have dealth with T. Best employee ever!!!
