DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! This store preyed on my elderly mother. We went to upgrade her phone and the manager Ryan said the upgrade would only cost an additional $15 per month. We confirmed several times throughout our time in the store. Instead, with all the changes he made, upgrading her to unlimited, adding AT&T next without her consent, etc. she ended up with a $195 monthly increase. This store should not be trusted and their sales practices in our experience were predatory in nature. There is a big difference between $15 and $195 and no one deserves to go through what we have experienced trying to get this corrected. Which by the way, the store did not help when she went back to get help. Meliza instructed us that there was nothing she could do and that we needed to call the loyalty department. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS STORE!

Do not go here Erick messed my phone up first he put my husbands phone number on my phone then told me my bill would be less. That was not true messed my account up so bad, ended up cost me so much more had to call at&t to get it fix. All they care about is up selling it was a very expensive lesson.
We bought our phones elsewhere, but were told to go the AT&T store to get our phone #s ported over. Miranda was working by herself, and after taking care of another customer, she took the time to help us set up our iphones and get started. She did not have to do this, since we didnt purchase them here, but she gave graciously of her time anyway. She was very professional, and kind to train 2 old fogies! Would highly recommend her and this store. We will definitely seek her out when we are ready to upgrade. Thanks, Miranda! :)
I recently went in to trade in my iPhone for a new one, and I can’t get over how amazing the customer service was. I worked directly with Miranda and she was absolutely the best! I even came back the next morning to have my moms phone upgraded too. The other gentleman working, I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely friendly as well. I highly recommend this ATT location and will continue to come back here!
Overpriced services, not offering the options I want. AT&T wants to hook you with monthly services and long term plans. I want to pay as I go and buy my equipment out right. They are, it seems, only interested into getting customers trapped into a contract... No thank you.
During these times of economic hardship everyone has a sob story. I have the king of all sob stories. Following a nasty divorce my ex used the Covid lockdown to ruin one of the only good lines of credit I had only in my name, that being my cellular account. Being a disabled vet on a fixed income, even though I paid the bill, the damage was done and even though I was with that carrier for 30 years, they would not let me open an account without a a steep deposit.Miranda told me not to worry and to give her a call and she would look at my profile and figure out a way to get me back onto a top tier plan. I was hesitant at first to say the least but I gave her a call. I understand that most people want to go to new carriers to get the newest hottest phones but I just wanted to get back on a top tier plan and not have to run to walmart every month to over pay for a data account. I already have a pretty new/good phone. Miranda did exactly what she said she would do. She got me on a top tier plan, I got to keep my number and she assured me that by the time I needed a replacement phone, my account would be “mature” enough to handle a hot new upgrade. More important, I can add much needed extra lines when I want with just a phone call. Thank you Miranda for executing great customer service and having extensive product knowledge for your cellular plans. I believe I have not only found my go-to for my personal product but my business cell network as well.Edward
I called here on 12/16/20 about picking up a new phone. The agent working that evening was very helpful with assisting me to find a phone and explaining the billing intricacies for that phone option. I upgraded and many many Apple Minutes later left with my new phone. Thanks :)
I cannot overstate how happy I was with my experience at this store.Upon walking in, it is easy to see that the staff cares about keeping a good, clean, welcoming appearance. The floors were clean and the displays (for the phones and those for the accessories) were well organized with a ton of variety.The customer service was FANTASTIC. I got greeted as soon as I walked in and the salesperson, Wesley, was extremely helpful and patient answering all of my questions about different phones and plans. He seemed like he wanted to be there and was genuinely invested in helping me find the best deal that would meet my needs. He was very well informed and made it very easy to find the perfect phone for me without breaking my budget.It was just a great experience all around. I will certainly be returning to this location in the future and recommending it to anyone who asks. So far I have had great signal for calling and using data everywhere Ive taken my phone, and I am very happy with my decision to switch

Was in the other day having issues with my phone and I hate going into phone stores cause they always try and sell me something I dont want! The store manager Wesley and the other employee Breanna were awesome! They both took the time to help me with my needs and sold me a product that best suits my needs. I’ve been to lots of AT&T stores over the years but this one is by far the best!My wife was upgrading her phone and the 2 guys serving us couldn’t have been more helpful. They took time to explain the pros and cons of different options and help set up the new phone.No matter how far this store is from your location, I recommend the drive.

I stopped in one time about two weeks before my contract with ATT was ending. They were more than willing to keep my monthly contract the same and up sale me a $700 phone. They were of ZERO help trying to reduce my monthly rate or find a phone that wasnt over priced by $500. I ended up going to T-Mobile. I cut my rate by 30% and they sold me a new phone for $265 with no contract.

This place is a joke, they have no idea what they are doing. Very frustrating and completely wasted my time. I went in to buy a phone out right and was told that at&t doesnt allow that! Well I called at&t and that is not correct they most definitely do sell phones out right and I am in the phone with at&t now filing a complaint.

Love the company, never had a problem with there service or customer service.....but....they never pick up the phone when I call.
If I could give this store less than a star I would. I purchase two iPhones and returned them hours after to then find out weeks later that they are charging me still for services I never used and phones I no longer have! Horrible !
