We ordered and gave this business a second chance last week based on previous experience. Well can confirm no more! Pizza was undercooked and we picked up. Was told 20 minutes at 7:20pm arrived at 7:55pm pizza was put in at 8:03pm. So I waited patiently and the lady bought out my 2 pizzas completely forgot my wings so will not be going back. Communication would have solved the problem and telling someone honestly that you only have 2 people working the kitchen would of been a good idea than over promising. The small steak pizza was in-edible so we threw it away. Partially burnt one side and not even cooked the other. So disappointed!
Fantastic food and even better customer service! I was having a glitch with selecting delivery from the app and emailed the owner after finding his email address from a response to a review. He got back to me almost immediately, got me entered into their database, and followed up to confirm that I was in the delivery area and to call the store to place my order. Food arrived right on time and was delicious. The pizza is excellent and the garlic knots are addictive. Great experience!

My husband and I love this place! Weve ordered from them many times. Their pizza was excellent and the staff was very nice all the time. Unfortunately the experience we had the last time we were there was not the usual. Nothing major, just having an off day. Well, google happened to have asked me how our experience was and I didnt give the usual best praise. The next day, the owner of Precinct Pizza responded and wanted to know what happened and how he could fix it for us! He was so very kind and courteous to me and went above and beyond to help make up for their off day. You can tell that he truly cares about his customers and employees. I admire this in him and we LOVE their food! They will definitely keep us as regular customers! Thanks guys! Youre awesome!! :)
If I could rate a zero I would. Sunday early evening 1Table of 4 and a table of 1 and then just 2 of us. Most tables were dirty... we sat and waited 10 minutes until a server tossed menus on our table. No greeting. Finally returned for our order. Our appetizer and pizza came out at the same time. The garlic knots were over baked and the marinara sauce tasteless. Pizza also overcooked, pizza sauce was the above mentioned marinara - blech. Italian sausage very bland. Not sure what the special “expensive” cheese is that they use but added nothing to the pizza. Overall very bland, poorly prepared and terrible service.
Great food using very high-quality ingredients! The portions are definitely above average and the prices are reasonable. Areas for improvement: Customer service - The young man was polite, but not at all friendly. He also had his mask around his chin while in the kitchen...not a great first impression when you see that as you enter. Payment - For online orders, no way to pay with a CC or other online methods?! The restaurant is nice and clean, but tables are too close together for a pandemic.

Was passing by during work .Stopped in to Precinct Pizza and had a pepperoni slice to go.Best slice I had in in last two years after moving to Florida fro New Jersey.Hats off to the owner and his team.Felt like back home.

Great family owned place! service was great and the food was excellent. We had a 12 thincrust with Spinach, feta, onions and alfredo sauce with a side of garlic knots and finished with a chocolate cake for desert wich Was amazing!! This place makes really great pizza!!! My friend and I went here today for lunch. We ordered the Greenwich Garlic Knots for an appetizer and they came out so good. We always get those as an appetizer before we get our pizza. I ordered two slices of the Midtown Meat Lovers Pizza and the pizza crust was cooked perfectly all throughout. Amber was our server and made sure we were well taken care of. Good luck on your new location in Downtown Tampa. Hope to be back again in the near future. :)
If you are looking for some of the best New York style pizza in the Tampa Bay area, do yourself a favor and drive out to this spot. Great food, great staff and DEFINITELY worth your time!
Ordered lasagna, chicken parmesan and garlic knots. Everything was very tasty. Portions were great. The 8 garlic knots were huge. Next time we will order an extra sauce for them as the tasty sauce goes quick.
My daughter is moving into her new home today and needless to say her Dad was getting hungry.We ordered garlic knots, a couple of medium and a large pizza.Delivery was pretty quick and all items were good and hot. Packaging was very good, as there was no damage.This is excellent NY style pizza!The crust on the pizza was was very good and the meats were wonderful.The garlic knots were to die for. The marinara complimented them well.All told a very good experience and recommend that you give them a try.
They have some if the best pizza around and the ladies in there are always very nice and very helpful I come to this place almost once a week! Very happy 😊

3 stars because the pizza is great but the service was not great.. they had 2 kids running the show. Told me it was gonna be a 20 minute wait, instead I stood there and watched them laugh and horseplay for 40 minutes.. After 40 minutes I finally got my 2 pizzas, and cheese bread.. Wasn’t even busy, I was the only one there.
Pizza related food has been great; pizzas, calzone, stromboli but wings are good but not great. If eating in restaurant wings much better.
Guys at work order pizza from here. Always loaded and great. So I drive 40 mins from home. Order a detectives pizza add black olives, get all the way back home, open the box and there is pretty half the toppings I have seen on their pizzas and doesnt even compare to the picture on the site you use to make a decision what one to order. small diced onions, small diced green peppers. Compare them. Very very disappointed.

It was our first time eating there and definitely our last. The bottom of our white pizza was completely burned to the point it wasn’t edible and we had to throw away our kids pizza because the pineapple had gone bad and wreaked like old garbage. Super disappointing.
We eat there quite a bit, being from NY, I have never found a ny pizza or wings that I was used to having... Until we found this place! I could eat there everyday, all the times we have been there, not 1 bad experience, ever. Everyone is great there.. It is our most favorite place to eat. We have brought several people with us and they all loved it. The chicken wings and margarita pizza are amazing! Great work that you all do, thanks😊😊😊
I am trying my hardest to give this place any stars and I cannot find a single reason. I gave this place 2 past tries and both times had terrible experiences. I vowed to never eat here again... Until.... My wife found a coupon for 12 bucks 18 inch pizza, she convinced me and curiosity got to me as well. Unfortunately I should have listened to my gut.We called ahead for the pickup order and told the lady that we have had bad experiences here before and this is their chance to redeem themselves. Got to the store and was not even greeted in an empty store, the cooks were having their own conversations and the lady at the register was dozing off. I had to ask where I pick up the order and she pointed to the register, nothing else. I notice the reviews talking about their good service, but three times I have been treated like a burden.Regardless the pizza will redeem them right? Nope, nada. The pizza was terrible. We ordered extra cheese and half olives, even though they were generous with the olives the cheese was a mess. They didnt even cook it, under the top layer was uncooked cold cheese. To call this NY Style is a slap to the face of anyone who has ever eaten NY Pizza. My mom used to let us melt cheese on pita bread in the microwave and that was more NY Style than this place. How do you not melt cheese on the pizza?? My kids will eat any type pizza with a smile, this one they didnt even eat one slice. There is no taste and I had use a microscope to discover they actually did put a trace amount of sauce on the crust. My pita bread had 100 times more flavor than this stuff.I gave you guys three chances and you didnt even show up to the plate for the strikes. You need to retrain your staff on cooking pizza, and greeting customers. This will 100 percent be my last time visiting this place.
I visited the Channel Side Location several times while it remained at that location! The BEST MEALS my family have had in the Tampa Bay Area! Always visited the restaurant when in Tampa and taking in a Lightenings game or other event like the Nitro Cowboys and Arena Cross!
Personal favorite! Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had since leaving NJ and the employees are incredibly nice. Garlic knots the size of your hand and they help you out the door with the best huuuuge NY style I’ve had since moving to Florida. I always get half pepperoni half cheese so your mileage may vary with more toppings but for the price? It’s great!! I highly recommend ordering online and using their deals. It’s always hot and ready when you get there.Store’s clean as a whistle too.

Fantastic place! The owner will customize or create a favorite of hers that will blow your mind,pineapple tea is great and I dont even like tea lol,wings are good and garlic nots are fantastic must go eat here, you will not regret it!!!!!
They have the BEST garlic knots, hands down. This place is an hour drive from my house, but the drive is well worth it for those flaky delicious garlic coated pieces of heaven.
We had the garlic knots (BEST EVER), a Hawaiian pizza (fresh ingredients done right with a real pizza crust! Not that commercialized stuff), a Philly cheese steak with fries (they seasoned the steak properly when they cook it) and a pitcher of some of the best balance of sweetness sweet tea Ive had at a restaurant. To say we were full would be an understatement. Will definitely be going back there!

Edit: I previously reviewed Precinct Pizza on a very busy night and gave 3 stars, however, since the pandemic, we have not had any good pizza. We ordered Precinct Pizza for delivery and it was fantastic. My son said the cheese pizza is the best. We also got Da Works, fried ravioli, and chicken wings. They were all super yummy. Also packaged with our order was a nice sized container of marinara which I loved because it was delicious AND it was automatically included with the fried ravioli AND I was not charged extra. If youve ordered food from a pizza chain lately, you may know getting marinara sauce isnt always included and is usually in very small container. Thank you Precinct Pizza, you made our night. Stay safe.

Pizza was good. Prices for dine-in seemed a bit high. Surprised that all pizza specials were only applicable for carryout. Must say the hamburger was very good for one of the non pizza eating members of my party. Pizza quality and taste were very good and will likely use carry-out dining next time.
Pizza was delicious, we got margherita pizza and an Italian sausage pizza! We ordered online and picked it up in store. Would have been 5 stars but the person who gave us our pizzas and took our payment wasnt that friendly and didnt even offer a smile or thank you for our business (especially during a time where businesses are struggling to get the normal amount of customers they usually have since dine-in was not allowed).

Here’s the menu y’all! Ubereats butchered online menu doesn’t show the gem that is actually here. Was camping in a near by site (Hillsborough state park) and wanted to take a cheat meal from the area. And to our surprise we found the ultimate pizza place that we will definitely revisit next time in town. Very friendly staff, and quick service. Our only mistake is that we ordered a large, and 8 garlic bits. Honestly for $17 I expected something very puny, and small. But to our surprise we didn’t even get half way.
Sometimes it’s slightly crispy, and sometimes it’s kinda undercooked. It’s really a 50/50 with it, but it’s never bad is what I’ll say
The pizza was homeade and delicious! I ordered a margarita pizza and it was fantastic. The service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will for sure be back.

Best calzone ever! Lots of garlic, plenty of cheese and outstanding crust. I want to try the garlic knots next time, and maybe the pizza. The calzone was so good it will be hard not to get that though.Also, the kitchen is spotless!

Never again. We ordered the house special loaded pizza. All the toppings were crowded in the center with a wide ring of plain crust. These people dont care what they serve. The toppings were sparse and definitely not worth the price.

First time ordering. I realize people are new. But please train appropriately. I ordered a meatball sub with side Caesar. Got delivered a chicken parm with fries and a Caesar. I see on the menu the sub comes with fries unless you sub a salad. It would have been nice for that to be explained seeing as I said only the sub with side salad. Sub was also soggy. Which I realize may have been from the 5 min drive up cross creek.Update: I appreciate the response and outreach and we will try your services again in your restaurant.
As soon as Precinct opened, we tried it and were instantly HOOKED! We regularly order pizza, rolls, garlic knots, and soup. Everything is always amazing, fresh, and delicious. Born and raised in NJ, I’m only down here 4 years and it’s by far the best Pizzeria in New Tampa. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and delivery is usually even faster than the time frame we’re given. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out!

Sgt stromboli is pretty good. Extra well done wings are awesome!!!!!!! Pizza is good and they seem to use a quality cheese. One issue though, their dough which is a decent texture doesnt hold up to the moisture in the fresh mozzarella on the margaritas pizza, once delivered its a soggy mess. We have liked everything else we have tried.
Sorry to do this guys but your cheese pizza was Meh... I lived in Massachusetts for 24 years, went to NY 3 or 4 times a year. Even tho its close to the style, it lacks flavor. Almost something you would feed an elderly person. You know, no salt, no spices... actually it tasted like a gluten free pizza. It was edible tho. I threw away a pizza I ordered from up the street from you one time because I couldnt eat it. I would order again but I would have to be very hungry and too lazy to cook, and it will not be a Cheese pizza. Maybe something with toppings.Edit: The service was great. No complaints what so ever. Very friendly. Also a reason why I would give it another shot.

I am from Chicago I usually do not like NY pizza but i found that precinct pizza was actually good. I recommend eating here with the family and some friends. And there was only one person there named Jason he was probably a 11 year old kid he was our server and he also made our pizza and wings.he also got a full dineing room and handled it all by himself,he deserves a raise!!

First and last time Ill go here. I am severely disappointed. This place was recommended by a friend and I had high hopes.The pizzas were burnt and flavorless. The sausage had no spice to it. The few onions they put on it dont help. The pizzas had so little red sauce as to not be there at all. Combine this with the crust being almost burnt on the bottom (as in bits of black crust). All my pizzas came out this way. They were all bland and burnt.

This place used to be delicious. Were tree guys and eat lunch some place everyday. Precinct Pizza was our go to place when working in cross Creek. Not anymore, after today we definitely wont be going back.As others have mentioned the owners kid working there, Ive got no problem with that. The problem is complete lack of enthusiasm. The place isnt busy for eating in, so you would think getting anything would be taken care of on a timely fashion.Almost didnt get drinks, they werent filled up. Its 2019, why do we even have to ask for a refill of you can see the cup is almost empty.Lets talk about the cheese steak! WTF was that meat on there? At first I thought it was a piece of meatball that made its way on my sandwich. It wasnt, the meat was like it was boiled. There were no char marks and there wasnt even enough meat to fill up a 9 inch sandwich. Its pretty bad when Subway has a better cheese steak.The store that closed on channel side was delicious and never had any issues there.The only redeeming thing there is the mozzarella sticks, they are 5 stars.No lunch special so 2 guys walked out payed $34. 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, fries for 1 and cheese sticks.

Our experience began great with very friendly customer service over the phone. Unfortunately, our 45-50 minute delivery time took over an hour despite living 5 minutes down the road. One of our pizzas was not cut at all and the others barely were as well. The white pizza is delicious but the bbq and meat lovers were just mediocre. I wanted to love this place because of the great reviews, but after our experience, we wont be ordering again since there are so many other better pizza choices in the area.

First and last time visiting, I was born and raised in New York and the audacity to have signs and pictures up of my city in their facility and to claim its New York Pizza is just wrong, not even close, far from the truth by a land slide...the crust as burn, the cheese was hard...the sauce was worst...Im tired of these Florida pizzerias, stating their pizzas are New York Pizza...I have yet to be impressed...The irony to this, is that pizzerias that do not use New York Style as a form for branding or advertising are actually pretty good...but none the least, still not New York pizza...you want to taste a real New York pizza, just go to New York for the real thing. Dont be fooled by all these fogazzi.
