Had to write a review for Brian and his crew from Tampa House Painting Company. After quoting 3 other companies, Tampa House Painting Company offered not only the lowest price but they also showed up in uniforms, wearing masks and were very professional. They were able to have a turnaround time of 1 business day and not only painted 4 bedrooms and a stairway but also threw in a bathroom, a hallway and trims for free. They arrived perfectly on time at 8AM and by 3PM they were done. Communication with Brian was excellent and he followed up by email to make sure we checked all the work and made sure everything was up to our expectations. My experience with this company has been great and I will definitely use them for future work. i highly recommend this company.

Tampa House Painting did a beautiful job on the exterior of our home. The entire job was completed in two days. First day included pressure wash, stucco seal & masking. Second day was entire house paint, including garage ext, doors & trim. Brian had great communication from start to finish, including advice on paint swatch approval from our HOA. THP were also the quickest to respond with appointment dates for original quote and the only ones to followup after quote was given. Also provided work order and receipt via email, unprompted. Very professional and beautiful work, not easy to find in our experience. We will definitely use again and are actively referring to friends & neighbors.

Brian and his crew were excellent. they showed up timely and completed the job faster than anyone else quoted me. Moreover the pricing was fair and there were no surprise additions on the final invoice or throughout the process. Brian kept the lines of communication open during the job and kept me well informed while seeking approval on details. This company is reasonable regarding pricing and professional. Brain and his crew are by far the best contractors I have ever worked with. They are professional, care about their customers, and most importantly when it comes to painting they pay attention to every detail.They painted my whole house in a timely fashion and it’s beautiful now! Probably the best experience I ever had with the home contractor. Brian and his team came out the next day painted an entire apartment in a day and a half and did a perfect absolutely perfect job. I highly recommend them you won’t get a better value anywhere.

Ill say first that while I cant speak to others experience, based on my own I am very surprised that there is a less than stellar review of this company here.I needed my entire exterior and most of the interior of my 3100 sq ft house painted, put it out for bid with five companies, checked the background, and settled on Tampa House Painting. The guys are finishing the work as I write this. Id like to recommend this company. My experience:The owner came and gave me a bid, I compared factors among the bids. This company came in among the more economical but came well-recommended.The crew showed up to paint the interior first. I talked to them a while and they are all very well-spoken and interesting, which made them being in the house pretty enjoyable. They did about half the interior of the house in about 3 hours. As with the entire job they went further than their quote in a few aspects--I had a small hallway and arch that would have looked odd with the new paint color from a distance. They pointed it out to me in fact, asked, then rolled it out voluntarily. Of course they did the things youd expect like moving furniture and wall decor. They didnt do any damage and were very respectful of us and our stuff.The outside of the house was the majority of the work. They removed screens, pressure washed, gave us several tips on things we could clean or do for maintenance with the various screens and trim off for painting (done without me prompting), painted walls/trim/dormers, removed and replaced all exterior fixtures during painting, etc.Their attention to detail was superb, cost quite reasonable, guys very personable, and quality is excellent. I will gladly recommend these guys to my neighbors as our houses are all reaching the 12-year repainting age.

We had our house painted by Reliable Contracting. I found that they were very prompt showed up on time, kept us informed of their progress and completed the job in a very professional manner, taking care to not damage my plants, pavers or windows. They were very reasonable and fair to deal with. I highly recommend them-- they are VERY reliable.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a painter. I paid them $4,000 to paint the inside of my house. After it was done there were hundreds of spots that were not covered andf the old paint was showing through, and they paint it all over my ceilings and moldings. Then I paid them another $2,000 to come out and fix it, and they never even completed the job. Ive now paid $6,000 and still dont have a complete paint job. Absolutely do not use this company. They dont know how to paint and are hiring people off the street with no painting experience.
