All the staff were really nice to us, and comparing to the other Ace locations Ive been too they have to be the nicest. They are also cooperative, I purchased a weed wacker there and the power head stoped working and I was able to swap it out hassle free. 5 Stars

Never any inventory. Went there 3 times since A/C filters were on sale all through the month of August. Never had my size. Was told on the first visit a truck was coming in. Showed up on the day I was told to, and truck had not arrived. Went back again - no Ace Hardware filters in my size. Went to another Ace Hard ware and stocked up. Additionally, they use to be helpful and walk you to what you needed. Now, they are involved with their own personal conversations among other employees, and tell you the aisle number. They were also out of the spray paint that was on sale. Every time I go to this place for something advertised they never have the item. Went in for a GFCI outlet - none. This was one of those days I was told an aisle number and looked and looked, and then had to go find help.

We visited the store to get a key copied by a person as we had no luck with kiosks. The key was done in no time, and we were able to grab a few other random things we needed. We had incredible service as well. I highly recommend.

Great store for BBQ supplies! There is always some issue going on with their point of sale system.

Very nice, neat and clean place to shop for anything hardware for your home and the staff of all men was even nicer and easy on the eyes lol. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. That will be my favorite store from now on. Its a little further out than home depot but I think Id rather take the drive. Thank you kindly.

My favorite Ace Hardware to visit because they carry so many unique items hard to find anywhere else. Always friendly staff, and they support other small businesses carrying their items, creating a local community atmosphere when you shop there. Will go out of my way to shop there vs. something closer.

Great local store, friendly service and nice, open, clean layout. Good feeling to be supporting a local family! Love that they carry locally made products like Odessa Outfitters shirts, intensity spices and saucy queen sauces!

Tried to get propane filled and told me I need a propane tank. Employee told me they could not fill it and I would a new one. Took tank down the street and got it filled. Lazy is not a reason to fill my tank. When I walked in 2 employees were just standing around! Will shop elsewhere from now on!

Ace hardware offers key cutting service!Great! But when I went in store, they refuse cutting the key I have because its not a key they have sold me. Dont see the point of offering a service but only if you buy it from them.

Very bad experience at store. Management was very unhelpful with my situation. Bought a toe strap a month ago and the thing broke the second time I pulled a 2000 pound car, even tho its rated for 5000 pounds. Called and talked to Todd and he said come by and hell swap it out. Turns out I went all the way there and he refused to exchange it for a new one.. deff lost a soldierId customer but your loss

Worsttttttttt I’m talking about horrible customer service the guy left me by my self in the back I literally could of walked out with merchandise without them even noticing it, the guy did walked with me back there then after that point at me where to put the bolt then he walked out the store as I am waiting in line he literally ask if I got the bolt lol never again to this store I rather take a drive to the one on hillsborough and Hanley where they explain things to you walked you through help you with what you need, they put things in the bag for you price it and write how many you got,

Friendly service but you have to get lucky as far as inventory. Dont carry major brands and hard to find certain things and most of the time they dont have it. Like Tapcom bits and screws. Masonry bits with the quick connection...nope.

Ace has always been our go to place for hard to find items, special tools, replacement screws, pool supplies, some local brand items, etc. The employees are always helpful and friendly. And now that they carry Intensity Academy Gourmet Sauces and dips it’s even more reason to go!!!

Great staffs for sure! I’ve been there a few times and they helped me find stuff I need for fixing my old apartment very nicely!:)

I came in at 6:20 to shop for a Yeti gift for my son for XMas . I walk into the store an a big huge worker looking like a security guard as soon as I walk through the door asked me if he can help me find something. I said yes Yeti. He pointed and did bags are here. I go to the bags and pick up two to look at them and he says it’s the same bag just different colors. I said ok. I’m shopping and looking thank you. Then I ask where the yeti cups were he said behind the counter. Then he stood there and asked me what one I wanted. Then I get irritated and told him I feel like I’m being rushed. They don’t close until 7:00. This was a very unpleasant experience at this location my first time at this location. I won’t be back. Bad customer experience.

Ace is the place! Much more convenient and service oriented than the 2 big boxes. Hit and miss, sometimes better selection and/or quality and/or price, sometimes not. Many times have found better quality or better selection/different items at Ace when needed; not always, but worth the trip for convenience, variety, and that one unique part or tool, etc you just cant find elsewhere.

Location is great for me. Selection of some things lacking, especially AC filters. Biggest complaint is that some employees wear their masks under their nose (wrong!) and one employee at the register wears a mask with a breathing vent (VERY wrong). Havent seen any employees without masks yet, but I have limited my visits due to the infractions.-- ADDENDUM --There is one employee, Wesley, that has not *ever* worn his mask properly, even after my previous complaints. Also wears his name tag upside down. Some issues here? Anyway, it is probably a moot point now that the numbers are dropping -- its just annoying to see flagrant disregard for local rules and regs.

The older gentlemen here are great and I love coming here even though it is further than my home shop. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Also their prices on some items are lower than other locations.

The employee started to make keys machine broke after first one they had a manual machine there but the manager wont let them use it even though the employee said he was trained and new how to use it.I went there specifically for the keys what waist of time gas . The employee was nice treated me with respect so its not on him.

Ordered an item to have it shipped to the store. It came in early. I was happy until my husband went to get it and it was the WRONG ITEM. Then they tried to get him to buy it anyway, saying its the same SKU. Then he got them to look it up on their own site and they acknowledged that what we ordered was out of stock and they STILL tried to get him to buy the wrong item. He wasted an hour going there for nothing.

They usually specialize in stuff that home Depot and Lowes dont carry which is good for me anyways LOL

I went in to order a car key fob for my car because they told me they didn’t have my exact model. That was fine and I gave all the info they asked me for so they could order the “right” one, well that’s what I thought at least! The guy who helped me was James and I wouldn’t recommended anyone ask him for any help with keys. When the order finally arrived I never got a call from him I had to call in, after I showed up James didn’t even have the programming tablet charged so he told me I had to wait a hour... so I did and he never called to let me know it was charged so I called and he said it was ready. I came in and he got the machine ready to cut the key and it ended up cutting it horrible and just messed up the key, he said this happens all the time and he’d order me another again never calls me to let me know it got there this time either. I get help from a guy named angel who would actually cut the key right and tried his best to program the key but the thing is James order the wrong one from the start! So we were sitting there in the hot sun trying to work a key that wasn’t met for it! The staff their did refund me and were very apologetic. I wouldn’t recommended getting anything done by James

Make sure you keep your receipts if buying here, they will NOT accept or exchange anything here without one. Its not like 99% of other stores that can find your purchase through your debit or credit card. Very disappointed. Also bad customer service from a giant burley man that usually has a bad attitude and the store has a sign saying masks are required to enter but this employee doesnt wear one.

I was so impressed by James. He was able to make and program me a key for my Mustang on a Sunday when I would have been stuck with no key no car stranded. He never gave up.His persistence and help put me on the road safely.

This staff is TOPS, Was looking to fix up a very old Jewelry box that my Father made back in 51( 7th grade for him), and an employee named James went above and beyond the call of duty. Not my first time in this store... it seems that when I go the same guy is there. I believe James or jake something like that always seem to not want to attend the customers and look clueless to what I’m asking for, poor customer service when I need him and always yapping away about the store and his fellow employees, hope to get better result next time I’m in, other then the guy I love ace!!

These guys are great for just about anything and everything! You dont need Home Depot all the time! I needed the mother of all EZ-OUTs and Ace had it for 10 bucks! Got a broken spark plug in a cylinder head? Ace is the place just like John Madden said in the old Ace Hardware commercials!!!

One enployee didnt know the difference between a sander and a grinder and kept leading me around pointing out stuff that had nothing to so with what I needed. He finally let me talk to an older guy named James who was at least knew a 1/4 shank wasnt a prison tool. James you were awesome but this is a review of the store.Store has more floor space dedicated to grills and coolers than it does tools. I got ZERO items I needed for my project here. Not so much a hardware store as a hardly store.
