Our service was to be transferred from another location, which was a total mess. Neither office would communicate with the other, and instead put the burden on me to bridge their gap. Even after confirming with both locations that the transfer had been completed, it has taken numerous additional phone calls and wrangling with erroneous information and disinterested, un-invested and contentious service reps. When a combative service rep said, You need to speak with the manager, I agreed, and was able to speak with Paul - the only single person in the office that was willing to get the job done, but was not, in fact, the manager. Still, he gets the single star. Two other service reps, even after calmly and politely explaining the problematic history, simply did not care about a thing - did not try to assist and only ditched the call as quickly as possible. All the same holds true for the central call line, to which you are forced when the local office does not answer. I am a pleasant person. I do not argue, I speak slowly and clearly, and I am friendly and polite. Mostly, I almost never write a totally bad review, nor even complain when I am dissatisfied - I prefer to vote with my dollars, so if I do write a completely bad review be sure it is well earned. This company has some serious work to do, seemingly from the top down. If you have another option, take it!
This is the worst enteral supply company that I have ever encountered in 20 years. Lincare has a centralized intake center which works great. The problem are the local offices which do not communicate with each other or the customer. Two local affiliates were responsible for my supplies. One delivered the milk and feeding bags fast, but it took many calls from me to get my pump which is needed to administer the milk. Well, I received it a week later.
I had a very good experience with lincare the staff was professional and caring the service Tech that came over to my home explained everything to me about the oxygen I had very good experience thank you so much.
I was on vacation in the Tampa area and having trouble with my CPAP. I called this Tampa office and they scheduled me the same day with Robert Walker. I only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room. Robert listened to my explanation of the issue and knew right away what my problem was and what to do. I implemented his suggestion and it worked. After I returned home from vacation, I called him back with a follow-up question. Bailey connected me with him immediately and he had an answer to my follow up question right away. I had the best experience with this office and with Bailey and Robert Walker that I have had with Lincare since I started using a CPAP 1 1/2 years ago. Robert is knowledgeable, polite and really cares. I highly recommend this team.
Lincare has been wonderful for us to work with since I was put on oxygen therapy. The people over the phone have been great and Michelle has been the best RT ever, helping us with our bi-pap supplies and answering all of our questions.. Thank you to everyone!
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Totally incompetent and apparently as many times as information is faxed in it is never updated and each person that you speak to they have a different request from the previous representative.
DO NOT CHOSE THIS COMPANY ! Bad customer service, long waiting times on the line. Will be changing suppliers.
After not being able to reach anyone on the phone at Lincare I decided to go into the office. I was helped by a nice young lady named Renee. She was able to help me with my mask issues and show me how to properly use the mask. If you ever have problems I would suggest going to the office and asking for her.
Will call up and order supplies. Supplies dont come, will call back and order was cancelled due to waiting on insurance verification. My insurance hasnt changed in 6 years. This has happened 3 times this year already. I have insurance but while they do their checks I am having to buy on Amazon. Worst customer service ever!!!
I have been to office twice within the past month. Today I saw Shawn who was absolutely wonderful!!!! Very patient- listen to my concerns -and informative. When I left I felt like he really cared about me!!Which is why I am giving 5 plus stars for Shawn!!!! HOWEVER, The customer service is absolutely terrible at the window!!! Shame on you Lincar for Allowing your employee’s (Michelle) to treat YOUR customers like they are interfering with whatever they do behind glass. Not only did they speak to me in a very rude demeaning voice their body language is even worse!!! Please please try to send your front desk employees to training!!!!! Absolutely the worse customer service I have encountered!!!!!!!
Shawn was extremely thorough explaining the function and parts of my machine. Very pleasant attitude. Very patient with answering my questions. So appreciate his service
Totally inresponsive. I need CPAP supplies. Call and get promise of call back. Not a single call received. The patient could die and these folks would not care. Almost like dealing with VA.
If you want prompt customer service, people to answer the phones or return phone calls in a timely manner, or oxygen delivered when you call... Go somewhere else.While the local employees are friendly enough, when you reach them, we have had multiple experiences of them saying they will return a call and not doing so. Also have called a few times because we needed tanks delivered and their answer was: in a few days.
I only wish there was a no star..i have had my cpap for 19 mos. You are only supposed to pay your co pay for 13 mos then you own it..i am still getting bills and just today was on hold for 61 mins with no response.Customer service is NON EXISTANT with this companyAvoid them if you possibly can.
Poor customer services, I send all the prescriptions twice in two days consecutive and they never call me back. When I call they put on hold for 30 mins and later they said first they not received and second they have but they not have all the demography information, when I said to them check the first page is everything their, they started said they need doctors note, so I ask why you guys not call to let me know and send everything right the way her answers is we not need to do that.
One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing/ was trying to purchase cpab machine. I gave up after 30 min and 4 tries

Avoid this place. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I needed a cpap to sleep and they could not do what they said they would. When I called they were rude and bassically told mento go f myself.

They first delivered the wrong machine. It has taken them more than 3 months to start straightening up the situation. At the end, im giving up, i dont want to deal with this incompetent company. I am calling my medical insurance to make sure they are not charging for unused equipment.
Have being trying to get cpap supplies for a least a week but the reps seem not to be on the same page. Tried calling a local office only to be put through a phone tree so after 3 tries I finally gave up. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Needed to rent one so I called and the gentleman says yes we rent for 90$ a month drive all the way there just to find out they dont rent and its 1500$ dont waste your time on people that dont know how to do there job!!!!!
