Rick was so helpful and quick to respond to our urgent need for an oxygen tent for Angel our precious cat. She was diagnosed with Valley Fever and was struggling to breathe. We didnt want to leave her at the Vet and have her struggle without.us. She was only with us for a short time but the oxygen made such a big difference for us all. Rick was great to answer any questions whenever I called him, and treated us with compassion. The tent was very easy to set up and very easy to put back together when we sent it back. Oxygen4Pets was a blessing to us.

My little Mimi (Maltese) was diagnosed with lung cancer, she had a mass the size of one of her lungs, she was at the emergency vet and I could not take her home unless she was on oxygen, I cried and called thousands of places trying to get an oxygen concentrator and none of the places that I called provided oxygen for pets, I was desperate after spending hours on the phone with no success I called Oxygen for pets, Brett answered my phone call I explained what was going on he was so compassionate, and focused on getting the oxygen concentrator for my Mimi as soon as posible, he was clear and patient, there were instructions that I had to follow and he said “don’t worry if you remember the instructions I will send them to you” I received the oxygen concentrator on the exact date that he said I was going to get it, he was a blessing for my little Mimi as were were able to bring her home and continue to take care of her, throughout that time every time that I communicated with Oxygen for pets they replied to my messages right away, they have an amazing service, I felt that for them is about taking care of their clients to provide the best care for their pets as their wonderful service and compassion continued throughout the time that we had the oxygen concentrator and even after I returned the concentrator they let me know of some issues with the shipping, they kept me updated and the were so kind and took care of the problem.AMAZING COMPASSIONATE SERVICE!They have a special place in my heart, thanks to them we were able to bring my Mimi home♥️

I was very excited to get the machine only for it to rip before I ever used it. I notified the company and they said it was bc a piece had slid out and it was no big deal. You also need to pay for shipping to and from which they were not clear on. They send a shipping sticker with the machine and I used that but was charged another amount for sending back which I was not aware of. The no big deal ended up costing me about $150 in damages. We have no idea how many times these carriers have been used. If it rips on the first day it is safe to say maybe it wasn’t in the best condition. Either way I tried to initially speak to him about the cost and my texts were ignored . I didn’t find out till I looked at my CC statement. When I said I was going to leave a review about my experience I was told to grow up. I would not use this company. They lack basic communication skills and empathy. There are better companies, use them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am so grateful for Rick and his business offering oxygen for pets in need. My fur baby, Baby, was in stage 4 heart and lung failure and I knew I couldnt save him. But for his last month of life, I was able to give him comfort, where no doctors in CA could help with this system. Baby was able to have relief in his labored breathing...and I honestly think it extended his last month with me. I am forever grateful and would recommend this to anyone that is in need...our fur babies are our family! And I was comforted knowing I did the best I could for Baby...NO REGRETS!

I recommend this company. Not only we received a return phone call within 24 hours from the companys owner himself. We also received the oxygen equipment for my dog Express delivery and had the option of video conference call for any questions I had on how to utilize the oxygen equipment at no additional charge. Using oxygen for pets is a great way to keep your pets at home to be taken care of .I recommend it highly. I have heard some great comments on oxygen for pets . So if u have a cat or dog try using the oxygen for pets at home
