Overall great experience. I worked with Jason (owner) directly who took me from online inquiry all the way to loading the car. Very hands on and knew his stuff. I came in to pick up an office chair and left with two other accent chairs, as they have a great selection. Clean and professional location.
Mo and the moving team were fantastic and went over and above to get us situated in our new space as quickly as possible. Im leaving 4 stars only because I think the job was under-assessed at the beginning, and it ultimately took longer than expected to complete. Other than that, It was a stellar job and Id use them again!

I purchased a used Steelcase Leap V2 in very good condition at a reasonable price. Jason (patiently) helped me by showing me a few options in my price range. They have a lot of inventory and are very helpful and responsive. It’s easy to get to their facility too. Highly recommend!
Excellent selection - HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! The salesman (Bob) in charge of opening the store didnt even arrive until 8:07am and he acted like he was early! Didnt have any sense of urgency, didnt apologize for running late or keeping me waiting. In fact, he actually acted as if I was bothering him. He was not engaging at all - didnt ask what I was looking for or try to make any recommendations. He answered my questions in the fewest amount of words possible. Would NEVER want him to serve me AGAIN! I would only go back if someone else was working the sales floor.
Jason helped me pick out a great chair at a good price. They have a nice selection and are happy to let you try out all the options to find whats best.

Did not have a very good experience with Nancy. Felt like from the beginning I was a burden and her level of customer service left me seeking help elsewhere.I asked for clarifications on certain furniture items and although was answered it was short, not informative, and required me to decipher her answers. In fact on theithe phone instead of trying to understand what I was saying she simply told me I was wrong.A customer can not be expected to understand the language of furniture and it is the sales rep job to help them understand. Not make them feel like it is their fault they dont understand.For my company we seek to align ourselves with companies that treat all customers with respect and this company did not live up to our standard.
Jason, Mo, and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Our move date was quickly approaching while trying to deal with a non-responsive competitor, so we reached out to Office Furniture 911 for help. We are very pleased with our decision. In addition to moving our offices we purchased used cubicles and furniture from them. They were reasonable on all accounts and we would highly recommend using them!
Update 12/2019: Went in a few weeks ago to grab a desk, worked with the same people again to pick something that fit my space and budget perfectly, but most of all the desk I bought is SOLID! paid about the same price Id have paid for something new at IKEA and got much better sturdiness. The desk would have been easy to disassemble, but I had a cargo van to place the desk inside.Went in casually today to grab some conference chairs for the office - Nancy was knowledgeable, found me something perfect to fit my budget, and generally made this experience quick and painless.So glad my first stop was here- they had exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.I will definitely be back when I have more needs for office fixtures and furniture. My company recently purchased several pieces from Office Furniture 911. Being unsure of what would work for our space, having a tight budget and an immediate need due to expansion, I was concerned that we wouldnt be able to find what we needed in the short amount of time we had. An OF 911 rep, Jason, was extremely professional, responsive and friendly. He provided several furniture options for our space, which included designing a cubical area with the sound proofing we needed. The furniture is in great condition and was super affordable. Our team is loving our new work spaces.
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were mostly reasonable. Examine any used piece closely for excessive wear and tear and research used market prices that include shipping costs. I found the prices of this store to be generally competitive with internet pricing and I was able to hand pick the best available piece.
Jason was awesome at helping me get what I needed for my office. From cubicles, to desks, to chairs, to filing cabinets. He came through with good quality under my budget. I will go nowhere else in the future.
Jason and Bob were helpful when I was looking for two new office chairs. They took their time with me and were able to explain why certain chairs might be better for my companys use in the long-term. It was nice too to be able to save money on good used chairs instead of having to buy them new.
Jason was great to work with, delivered on his word and easy to communicate with. When a problem arose in our building which was out of his and my control he was quick to re-schedule a delivery and work with us to get the situation handled. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I highly recommend this company if you want to work with someone who listens to you and takes the time to get it right. I had a problem with a stand-up desk - purchased elsewhere - and that company subsequently went out of business. When I contacted them, they were able to finally fix our issue, when others wouldnt even try. They coordinated with the manufacturers rep and even made a trip to my office to be sure they had the correct info to get our problem resolved correctly. I went there with a chair in mind but Bill took care of me and recommended a similar product that was new and I love it. I left with a SitOnIt Torsa and highly recommend visiting this store. The staff were humorous and pleasant to work with.

When I first began my search for office furniture, I interviewed 5 companies, unsure we would purchase new or used. All reputable companies, Office Furniture 911 stood out. Bob Muysenberg took the initiative to meet with me in person to learn the office space, our needs and the look we wanted to achieve. He took on one mighty task to find the furniture we wanted because its traditional and not easily found or used present day. I called to inquire about a cubicle and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional Not even displaying the name of the business.so I told him what I was looking for and He asked why did I want A Cubicle at home I told him because I work from home he said well it’s gonna cost more Then a Regular desk As if I didn’t know that...And no matter what it cost I was inquiring about one so none of that should have mattered....First impression is everything if you going to be rude over the phone I definitely will not come in to your establishment and spend my money..Called another company that sold cubicles and bought me a very nice one and got treated very well....
