If i could put zero stars i would. The customer service reps act like they were scared to help me and my husband. But was willing to help the next person i try not to pull the race card but it seemed as if they didn’t want to help us at all because of our color 🙄

Normal office depot. Kind of aged and dated. Employees are helpful if unenthusiastic. Printer ink is mostly kept behind the cashier. The locationis a bit hidden and it tends to not get very crowded. Great spot to grab school supplies. They can have some great sales, even better than Target. They usually carry the school lists in August for school age children. They now have Fed Ex.

Terrible place the employees stand around like they are zombies. Bad training on my part this is sad ask for help and they have no clue where anything is just will never be back.

Dont go here if you need something printed out employees are not helpful at all and are just plain rude, also all there face mask were pulled below there chin so unprofessional

I ordered something online to pick up. I received notification that it was ready. I went to pick it up and the store said they had no record of my purchase, even though I showed them the email confirmation. I was told that I needed to call their customer service department which I did while I was in the store. They told me that they would check to see if it was available at another location 30 minutes away. I asked them if they could ship it to this location since I was going out of town and a friend would have to pick it up for me. They said no. The sales manager, in her defense, did try to make this work, but all efforts failed due to a ridiculous corporate policy. Terrible customer service. I will never enter an Office Depot again. In the end, I went to Target, which I was trying to avoid due to COVID, and found what I needed.

Manager Carolyn was very rude. i was organizing my 10 or so papers preparing to make copies. she asked me if i was almost finished because other people need to look around. there was no one in the vacinity. I guess she did not like where i was standing so i said i will move to the side. then she replied, this is not an office. i did not say anything. i simply moved to the side.now that i think about it. maybe i should not think about it too much. maybe she was having personal issues like having her fake hair weaved on too tight.in any case, i will not patron this particular office depot again, maybe you will also patron a different office store like staples or a different location of office depot.

Amazing customer service received from the Manager.Mike tooks his time and help me with and cancel online order,sold me a different desk and i came back 2 days later i got 1 from my son.. Thanks a lot and i like how you took ownership and turn a issue to 2 Sales.Great Job Mike !!

Worst experience- 3 times in a row. I went to have labels printed as well as a flier. No one could do it. Even management told me she wasn’t able to do anything. Only one gal seemed to be capable of printing (who wasn’t ever working)I try to always give grace especially with everything going on, but it blows my mind a printing center cannot print something so basic and doesnt try to be solution based for the customer.

Exceptional service. I went to this location to quickly buy paper for my office because it ran out. I was immediately greeted whenever I came through the door and an employee at this location, Andrew, helped me to find more paper whenever I couldn’t find another box of a specific kind. In addition, Andrew helped me to the checkout and proceeded to tell me about the rewards program that would be beneficial for my business. I was excited to know that they have one hour pickup as well if I ever want to order supplies in a pinch. Andrew also helped me load the stacks of paper into my car, which was awesome! Great customer service, I will definitely be shopping at this location exclusively.

I visited this store this morning and needed to leave this review to commend and praise Norma at the print center. I came into the store with an urgent need for 5 binded presentations in a huge rush, and she helped me out very quickly with a smile and no complaints. Norma showed me exemplary customer service and was a joy to be around. I hope that Office Depot truly values her as an employee.

Customer service is as usual spot on! It is nice to see employees in a manager who have been there for so long. Unfortunately the AC is out so I ran in and quickly ran back out. Its a Florida store so it is hot in there

Went to this location to have about 100 flyers cut for my business and Norma Cosme in the business services department did everything in her power not to do the job. She told me I could do it myself in the self service section because it was too much work. I told her I would rather they do it to make sure it was done right. She avoided coming back to help me for so long that Elliot had to help me. He did so with no complaints and was very professional.

I had some odd sized documents that I needed copied. Even though the staff were extremely busy they took time out to help me get the job done. Friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I left with what I needed and for hardly any money. This will be my new goto place for copy work and basic supplies.

Couldnt find an item we were looking for that was in their most recent sale paper. No sales people around to help. Had to go to the front and ask. Definitely wasnt easy to find even for the staff. But finally was able to make our purchase.

We just bought a bag from this store and the cashier her name is Natasha an Hispanic lady, she was very rude, impatient and short. At the end She didn’t offer to give us a plastic bag to carry the bag and soup we bought so my husband asked for the bag and she said “I didn’t know that you wanted a bag for the bag”. We were almost the only people in the store she could have been nice. Shame of the store don’t train its people for good quality service.

I went to have docs.received by office depot, copy signed and scanned. The employees were courteous knowledgeable and also helpful beyond as they helped to proof read the docs for all necessary signatories. Great job.

Person who waited on me was spot-on and did a good job. But they always seem to be short-staffed and not have enough people to have registers running and somebody on the floor and help you find things. Still I found what I wanted and was in and out of there in 20 minutes so it was a decent experience.

Went in yesterday to purchase a few things and remembered that I had reward points coming, but instead of going home to hunt it down, Brie (behind the copy center desk) helped me find them, print out the certificate and apply it to my purchase of ink. Even better, when I pulled out my credit card to pay she noticed I had a $5 coupon to Staples and mentioned that they also accept competitors coupons... she and Norma saved me time, money and headache which is INVALUABLE to me! Thank you, ladies, for your attentive service with beautiful smiles!

The associates here are as dumb as rocks. The one girl who tried to ring me up missed half my items after I told her twice the items not directly in front of her were also mine. She tried to ring up a gift card and told me it wasnt an actual gift card and I had to go get a different wrong. I had to do this twice more as every card I brought her she said she couldnt use. I ended up having to show her how to do it. Dont waste your time. Go to Staples.

Ruined my computer. Their so-called Technology Department is nothing but a scam to charge $ 150 for a useless OD scan. They dont fix computers, or will assume any other responsibility but to run the Office Depot scan. Sean Reid and Elliot Gould are crooks and shameless participants in the scam. Ill never go back to that store.

Good place for cheap printing services

I ordered prints at 1230 and was given a 246 pm pick up time. I arrive to pick up my at 320 pm and the clerk has no clue where my order is.I wait 10 mins for her to look for it only for her to tell me they were never printed by her manager while she was at lunch... It literally takes her 3 mins to print my order.When asked why customers are given estimated times if the item isnt ready... She responds by asking if I want a bag...I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I came to the print center with a difficult project and Margaret was INCREDIBLE helpful.... Great customer service!!

Awesome selections, personel a little lost hard to find

In regards to Michaels review made on Jan 11, 2012. First of all, I do not work for Office Depot, and I dont even live in Tampa, Im only visiting. I do have to say though, that you are a complete idiot for writing a bad review because a store called OFFICE DEPOT doesnt sell or know what thermal paste is. Keep in mind, that office depot employees do not undergo any training on computer specialization, building computers, or how they are assembled. In regards to the associate telling you to go to Michaels does make him an idiot because he shouldnt be giving advice if he doesnt know what hes talking about. Regardless, I dont think your experience deserves a negative feedback on their Google Maps page.. Another thing, why wouldnt you just go to CompUsa right down the street?? That makes you as much as an idiot as the associate who sent you to Michaels.. what part of OFFICE DEPOT did you not quite understand? Seriously.. how many offices use thermal paste to install processors and chipsets? Exactly..

They have Quad ruled (graph paper) composition books. They pens are a bit overpriced but a nice store. Its hidden behind Barnes and Nobels.

I called and asked if they have thermal paste. Most stores who sell computer stuff carry it. The associate said no and suggested I go to Michaels. . . The arts and crafts store. Trust the bad reviews.

Couldnt find one of the items I needed and there was no one around to ask. Attendant at counter was talking to someone on head piece and didnt ask if I found everything, and couldnt ask her because she was talking to someone else on her headpiece. Not very good service... Hoping maybe they were just having an off day...

This place looks more like a ghost town every day. Barely any customers and employees.

Big depot, bot not to namy options

Absolutely horrible service. 5 employees milling around and only 2 customers in the entire store (including me). All printer ink is behind the counter. Stood there for 5 minutes and multiple employees passed by without asking if I needed something.

Worst service Ive had at an office depot the employees all seemed to be in a bad mood and treated the coustumers rudely.
