We went to another dealership at first but had a stressful experience with a salesman who wasn’t listening and was very pushy. Coming to Nissan we were looking for even a sliver of hope and we couldn’t have asked for a better representative. Malcolm not only put us in my dream car but also worked with us on the financing. He made the experience comfortable and relaxed so we could make the decision that was best for us without any pressure. When it came time to sign the papers he was genuinely happy for us and celebrated like a friend.When it comes time to trade this baby in, we will be back and we hope Malcolm will still be there! Where to begin with this joke of a dealership. I came in for a few car issues and went to the repair shop. They told me it would take a day and yet failed to give me a rental car because they didn’t have any. Alright, slightly unconventional but it’s only a day. When I did get my car back, I drove home on I-75 going 70mph, only to find, pulling into my drive way, THE STEERING WHEEL COMES OFF!!!! According to them, they “didn’t know” that the knob holding the steering wheel had not been placed. A few days later when all that was sorted out, I noticed that one of the issues I came to get fixed, was not indeed properly fixed. So I went back to the dealership. This time, a rental car was given with a smashed headlight and a non-functioning blinker. I wish I was joking. I am not. Then when I notified them of the rental’s damage, thinking it had me that caused these damages, they attempted to charge me approximately $2000 for the rental car repairs. You can imagine the distraught emotions that come over a person. A few minutes later they called me saying it was a “mistake” and the car was already damaged upon giving it to me. So now I’m sitting with my car in the shop and a damaged rental car. No apologies, no discounts, no refunds, just an inadequate dealership with no coordination, communication, or competency.
I cant say enough good things about Rick and his entire sales team at Brandon Nissan. From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by Andrew Spangler who made me feel welcomed. After telling him exactly what car I was looking for he had it pulled up and ready to test drive within minutes. I quickly fell in love with the new 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum and the next steps of purchase was seamless. I never felt pressured. Andrew went above and beyond meeting my expectations. He answered any questions I had and if he didnt know he found out right then. Rick the sales manager was so nice and helpful throughout the entire transaction and also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I also want to acknowledge Stan in the finance dept. He was so friendly and even played one of my favorite songs on his computer as some fun background music while I signed my paperwork which made the process even better. After going to another dealership to try and buy my lease and leaving because they wanted to charge me $5k in taxes and fees, I was recommended by my dealership in Massachusetts to go to Brandon Nissan. Jonathan helped me buy my lease. I wasnt there all day which I appreciate since I have 2 children and there wasnt hidden fees or bate and switch as there was at the other dealership. I went in to get my car serviced and to talk about how to purchase additional miles on my Altima. Thomas Stuart, an awesome sales representative, not only took care of me, he also helped me lease a new car with no miles and let me trade in my other car. He got my financing down to the payment close to what I already was paying, and got me warranties I didn’t have on my previous lease and in a timely manner. He was very professional, kind, and had me out of the dealership in 2 hours with the best deal I’ve ever had on an automobile. Absolute POS dealership! Found a vehicle we were looking to buy. Offered to pay the full listing price it was advertised for and were told nope, we dont sell to buyers from out of state. They wanted to collect extra fees and simply play games even when we didnt haggle with the price one bit. Just simple false advertising and terribly rude to top it off. No wonder people hate dealing with you stealerships!

The sales manager at Nissan of Brandon has the worst customer service attitude I have ever seen. I have bought 5 cars from this dealership. I will never step foot on that property ever again. And will never buy a Nissan for the rest of my life. I served this nation for over 20 years in the Navy. Today was not a good day for me besides being treated in an unprofessional manner. I lost two very good friends 20 years ago in the pentagon on 9-11. This man asked me if I thought since I bought five cars from that dealership. If I thought I would get some kind of a special deal to buy a truck today? This was asked in a snide way. Along with a few other things I will not share here. Let’s just say it was a horrible experience. The salesperson was a great guy. But this person needs some customer service training. Starting with a better demeanor and the outright negative arrogance he made sure I received from him. You deserve this. I will not even give you the respect of calling you “sir!” I hope one of your superiors retrains you on the subject of good customer service. Im not sure what is going on with this dealership but its a bad time to come here to get your vehicle worked on. I left my vehicle with them to fix and they did not fix anything . Please stop taking advantage of people as, we work very hard to earn the money we have. The managers here are never on sight when you need them or able to handle your issues so youll have to take a different route. It looks like well need to contact someone above the manager. PLEASE DONT GO HERE and save yourself the headache !
So I was on vacation in Tampa when my tire picked up a nail on the highway. I swung by a little after 6pm and the two gentlemen in service Richard and Brian were respectful and extremely helpful with my visit and they were able to get it done farely quickly and farely inexpensive.
Made an inquiry on their website and was contacted by an internet sales manager - after using their Build my deal option on their website, I received a print out for a Pathfinder Platinum. The Internet manager started to become arrogant on the phone. I asked for his General managers name, he said it was Jafaar. I asked for his name after he already mentioned it to me at the beginning of the call, the name he used after I asked for the General Manager was Mickey. Thankfully my wife was taking notes and heard his name was Matt Housefield. NOT the Disney character names he started presenting. Completely unprofessional, not sure if Internet Manager is a title they give to everyone who deals with internet inquirys but definitely shouldnt be the type of person you allow to represent your brand.
The problems with my 2010 TITAN PRO 4x with 207,000 mile were more than expected.However, concidering the age and thst I had lived up north for years with all the snow and ICEAND THE ROAD SOLT ITS NO WONDER THAT THE SUSPENTION RUSTED OUT. LOLWasnt quite prepaired for that one. New brakes front and back complete. Four new tires Thanks Mother Nature.

Can I just say that it is very seldom to have an excellent experience at a dealership mechanic, but Keith Brantley was nothing less than amazing from the moment I got in there to the moment my car was finished I felt confident about what was being done to my vehicle. Keith was honest, prompt, courteous, and kept every promise related to my vehicle. I will only be taking my Infiniti there solely because of him and his team.

I wish i could give them zero stars. I worked With George Nieto when selling my car outright. George was extremely unprofessional and rude, flaunting how much money he makes, calling me bro and you a clown. After we had a deal in writing he lied and said his GM backed out on his word and that he would pay out of pocket which was a complete lie and the GM remedied it. I wouldnt trust him with anything, especially such a large financial decision. After his combative unprofessional completely disrespectful behavior i would NEVER recommend coming to this dealer if you want to be treated decently. Theres people in this world that deserve your business but con artists and liars do not.

I do not recommend this place, they do everything to sell you a Car, even lying on a Loan application just make sure you have them explain everything before you sign. Specially Edward they try to have you sign everything so quick where they don’t even give you time to look and read the contract. He pretty much holds the whole place together, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the very best part is that he is HONEST!! he will tell you the truth no matter what. We came in looking for a car for our child. We knew what we wanted to spend per month and about where the cost of the car needed to be as this was the 3rd dealership we had looked at. The salesman was pleasant and seemed helpful. He went and got several sets of keys and showed us a few cars. We test drove one that he told us was just under 17k, which we thought was amazing as this was a newer car. We decided to have him run the numbers. After about 10 mins a finance guy came over and told us the car actually costs 24k, not what we were told originally and that basically nothing could be done because we werent trading in another car. We reviewed the carfax and this car has literally bounced from one dealership to the next, no actual owner.I have to tell you, I get theres always a little bait and switch but this was ridiculous! An 8k difference in cost is an unacceptable error. Then he tried to tell is he had other cars in the original price range but at this point we felt Like we could no longer trust them. The salesman even looked frustrated as what we were being told. I am thoroughly disgusted with this and will never recommend them to anyone I know.

Worst experience ever.. started at purchase my salesman lied and was a joke but I got over that UNTIL my car was in an accident and they put 7700 miles on it during “repair” After I obtained the pics from the odometer that proved it only had 7700 when they got it and now had 15421 on my 2020 that I only owned for 3 months I asked them to just cover any repairs past the 36000 miles warranty by the 7700. They have yet to respond to me or my attorney!! Worst customer experience any one could expect! I have 7700 extra miles on my car that no one can account for! Do not trust Brandon Nissan they are a joke!

Horrible experience. They wasted my time, they treated me as if my money was no good for them. Also tried to lowball me for my trade in. I was able to get EVERYTHING I asked for from a different location, got me a 2021 car and got $2000 more for my trade in, than what Brandon Nissan was offering me. And the manager made it seem as if it was what he offered or nothing. The service I received at that location was horrible and I would never recommend Brandon Nissan to anyone. Go to a different Nissan location. I promise you it’ll be more worth it than wasting your time here.

Came in around 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon to sell my car. I’m leaving this review an hour later, purchase agreement in hand, completely satisfied with the deal we made. I worked with Malcolm who made the whole process super easy, very relatable and amicable. Will definitely be coming back to see him when we’re in the market for another vehicle.
I went to Brandon Nissan to get a vehicle. The only person who welcomed me and my family and assisted us was trey. Once he turned us over to a sales person to help us with process of a car, the sales person rushed us. Didn’t even take us to see vehicles, run our credits, nothing. Did absolutely nothing. All he did was the appraisal of my car. People speak so highly of Brandon Nissan but I had the worst experience yesterday. Every question I asked the guy he would sit there and say he did not know.

The sales and leasing advisor Jon Quiles was extremely helpful on teaching me the important safety features of my new vehicle. And made me feel more comfortable leaving the lot.
I purchased a vehicle, my sales rep. was very knowledgeable and informative about it. He coached me through understanding how to navigate the vehicle with little to no problems.
After long time with a great service today I lost all Faith in this place. I was affected for a false advertising from Nissan. Dear costumers read before you sign any offer or documents with this department. I received a $100 discount offer credit card with a year zero interest. I called and I signed up for it when I was ready to do my payment and pick up my card both parties the dealer and the bank play they part to avoid collect the payment and avoid to gave the $100 discount ending on canceling the card and lost points on my perfect credit score. The services manager never see us to avoid clear up their error and the sales manager ending losing his control and washing his value time!!!! The time that we are paying to obtaining a services. Completely rude and unprofessional. It is a shame of this managers and cashiers destroyed Nissan reputation with bad and lack of service. We will elevated this to each department until we found a person who is trying to correct this offer error for futures services. I am personally looking only for respect and good job from them, no money or reembolso of any money. It is a wonderful place and a wonderful company that will be destroyed for some employees that won’t care real costumers. I will not stop until I reach a higher level representative who clear this mistake for good.

The work was fine. However I was told a few hours to change one tire, I dropped my truck off at 9 am and didn’t get it back until 4 pm. They also didn’t bother to put my spare tire back on, when I asked about it I was told they didn’t have the tool. It is a Nissan Titan so it seems very odd that they wouldn’t have the tool. The associate was friendly overall, but that part wasn’t ideal
STAY AWAY. If you want to buy a car, go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.I came in to check out a 19 Jeep Cherokee. The car had been sitting on the lot for a minute, so the battery was dead. After a jump, the check engine was on (red flag #1). I decided to move forward with the purchase pending what the result of the check engine light was. After they took it in to service, I was told it was just the precautionary check engine light and the battery was fine. They refused to provide documentation of the service check (red flag #2) despite my request tohave it for my records.A few days later, I attempt to start the car and it would not fire up. I called AAA, who came out and checked the battery and determined it was at 6% health. I had them replace the battery and was advised the dealership should have no problem in reimbursing it because it was a known issue at the time of the sale and there was a safety risk if I didn’t have it replaced.After contacting the dealer, I was passed around 3 times before I spoke to someone who said they will call me back (never did). Then I receive a text from the sales consultant advising they cant do anything to help except give me an oil change coupon. This is the first and last time I will ever work with this dealership and Jonathan Quiles. They will say whatever they need to get the sale and place the blame on you when things go wrong.

Chris seemed less than eager to attend to my needs. I had to wait hours before I heard anything from him and for whatever reason, he refused to find me in the waiting room. I had to approach him to find what was going on! He also drew-up an estimate that was outrageously high for the main battery replacement (approx. $8,000). Also, I was charged $130 for brake service that should have been free as it had to do with reprogramming the Brake control module and not the actual brakes. This is because there was a software bug. Customers should not be charged for those services!
Richard was great! Keep us updated on where they were time wise. Apologized for the delay even though he had nothing else to do with that! He was friendly and more than helpful!!

Very happy with Brandon Nissan! I have a 2019 Infiniti QX50 (same as Rogue) and I’ve had a “flat tire alert - visit dealer” warning light that would never come off. This light requires the computer to reset and Infiniti of Tampa wanted $45 to reset the light. I just randomly went in today, no appointment, never bought a car from them, and they had me out in 20 minutes with the light reset. Here’s the best part - they did it for FREE! I’m so disgusted with Infiniti of Tampa that I don’t give them my business and drove with the warning message for about 4 months. Being told it was $45 was terrible service and showed how greedy they are. Nevertheless, our lease is up next year and we will definitely consider Brandon Nissan for our next lease or purchase! Most importantly, my wife is happy that full screen warning is finally off!
My battery died while I out with my 3 year old at her gymnastics practice. Luckily I was able to find someone who could give me a jump. I went straight to Brandon Nissan to get it replaced. It was packed because it was Saturday, but they got me in and out in reasonable amount of time!! I was very thankful and appreciative!!

Nissan and Brandon is not servicing customers like they used to. I guess since the pandemic all they care about is getting trade-ins and selling new cars. They don’t really care about taking care of existing customers that I’ve been since 1998. It’s kind of sad that dealerships have gone to just trying to get used vehicles so that they can sell them for more money and that’s really pretty pathetic if you ask me. People are going to be coming out more and more but the pandemic coming to an end hopefully but unfortunately. It’s sad that I’ve been a customer for over 20 years before became A customer nation of Brandon but it seems like all they care about is sending me information on selling my car or selling a car that no longer exist. In my possession. I’m a literate and I was trying to tell them about my person that I was trying to contact and they tell me what you don’t know how to read you can’t say the persons name and I said no I’m telling it to you so I guess because I’m a literate I’m not a very customer anymore

I just got a brand new car there, I went there to get my first motor oil change I waited there for over 2 hours. Worst service ever. and there Service department looks like a junkyard. I well never go there again And When they finally gave my car back I drive of and notice the car shakes now the next day I decided to look at the tires and everything and notices that they change my brand new rotors and replace them with old rusty rotors . Why would my 2021 brand new car shakes and have old rusty rotors. I think that place is one of those places where they take new parts out and replace them with old ones.

Come to Nissan to get scammed . If they fix your vehicle or suppose to the problem will still accrue or you might have a new problem like your handle coming off. Theres no warranty on any of their services so if you leave the lot and something is wrong with your vehicle you will pay. Do you have money for a lawyer? If not dont come here . Its ridiculous how they treat people.
Every visit Ive had here the staff has been courteous and attentive, very professional. Appointments are on time and one of the most surprising things was that their services are not out of line price wise with a lot of other independent places. You are getting quality parts and technicians trained specifically to service and repair the vehicle you bring in.We needed new tires on my daughters car on a recent service visit and I went online and checked tire prices and could not beat the deal they gave me on 4 new good quality tires mounted and balanced.I must confess I was very surprised.I would definitely recommend you check them out, especially if you own a Nissan vehicle.

AWFUL!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Ive bought 2 and My daughter bought 3 vehicles from them, they made a mistake in the tag and registration and had a new tag sent to her for a car she last bought. The tag does not match anything at the DMV and they told her its the dealerships mistake. The GM, Rick Allman was to look into it and call us back, almost a week later and still no return call. They are avoiding us while she drives around with a car that has no tag.... for 9 months!! BEWARE! They do not care about you once they make the sell!!

We had a good experience buying a car from them. It started out a little iffy with the salesperson going in and out with every request. But, once we voiced our specific desired model and how much we wanted to spend to the management level we received a fair offer that we accepted. Our papers were quickly processed and we were off the lot with our car.
I recently purchased a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue from another dealership. After having the car for only a month, someone had already scratched it. People are evil. Anyway, I called up Brandon Nissan and they said to bring it in to so they could take a look at the scratch. Jorge (George) was wonderful. Not only was he able to get the scratch completely out, but he was very nice and kept me abreast of all that was going on while I waited. Very pleased with the service I received.

This is the worst dealership I have ever had a bad experience from the time I stepped in the door, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt n that was a bad decision i made. The salesman (Paul Cruz)was all about making a sale, the finance guy (ED) was not truthful in his findings for a better rate, several others that had there hands on my dealings from the sales manager (Sean) n other associates (Matt, Jose, Chris n several others) chose to only feed me with a wooden handle spoon. No concerns for the buyer, more about making a deal than anything. Giving a rating is tge best since a ZERO was not available. NEVER AGAIN, I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON THIS GO AROUND!

Most recent visit rep was good drop off area looked like it could use a clean and a update no one greeted me at arrival so it was confusing on what had to be done or where to go so far the repair is good I’d say to soon to tell for a gasket change especially because area that was leaking wasn’t cleaned so I have to clean and wait and see if it continues to leak after picking my car up it had tree sap on it and it looked like it sat through a sand storm note my car is garage kept I felt for having one of nissans sport cars treatment over all could be better and cars should go through some type of clean especially if you park it under a tree also almost forgot the dirt left behind on the door trim panels by the tech made me feel like he rolls in dirt before going I to the car I took the time to write all of this on my break time by the way I almost forgot the vinyl wrap on the shuttle doesn’t allow the driver to see around him making a danger
I can’t say great enough things about Brandon Nissan. It was the best experience I’ve had thus far on my journey to buying my first car. Horrible experience! Tried to blind-side us! Completely lied on our trade-in value and didnt know how to read a credit report because they totally screwed up on our pay-off. Total waste of time. Do not go here! I even told the salesperson our pay-off over the phone the day before and he never recorded it. He would have known the deal he was trying to make on the purchase side made no sense. Not being from Florida, I was alittle scared taking my car to an unfamiliar place, but Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable he really knew his stuff found the problem with my Nissan Maxima and fixed it same day. This Nissan can not be trusted. As a owner of a Nissan Altima I trusted them to fix my vehicle which they didnt yet they charged me for it. Now they are trying to charge me again to fix what they think might be the “problem”. Speaking to a manager didnt help so Im now speaking with corporate.

Paul Cruz was great to work with. Made the task of finding a new car more enjoyable and was transparent throughout our encounters. I had a rental car and he even offered to drive my new car to the Enterprise to meet me with my rental to drop off so I didn’t have to walk/Uber back to the dealership. I recommend working with him!

I purchased a car on Saturday and worked with Brian F. He was pleasant and patient with me. Overall my experience was great. If your looking for a new car see Brian he gets the job done.
The sales and finance staff at this place clearly need better training. I walked in with a pre-qualification looking for a used car at a specific price and payment range. Looked at a few cars and repeatedly asked for pricing, but was only told it was close to the payments I wanted to make, not once did they disclose the actual price of the car. My fiance liked it and we were assured that the price was close to our budget. We sit down and the sales guy brings back a piece of paper with payments $100 over my max budget Im willing to pay.. why would you even bring that back to me knowing my budget?? Then they try to bring it down by 75 dollars, which is still over my budget by 25 dollars. They blame the bank, but the bank doesnt control the pricing of their cars.. I was pre-qualified for a 2.65% rate, so clearly it wasnt the bank, they were just trying to sell me a car way out of my price range. I decide to walk and then they try to bait me to sit back down promising my original budget.. I left and they still call me to try and make this deal happen. Its obvious Brandon Nissan cares more about sales than they do about people, the owner should be ashamed. Dont ever shop here.
