I had an unexpected need for a storage unit and stopped by the office of Compass Storage. Michelle was extremely helpful by advising as to what was currently available as well as what would be available in the next few days.She diligently followed up on a particular unit I wanted and called the following day to tell me it was available. I completed the application over the phone and dropped by to sign the lease agreement and to complete a few administrative steps.Accessing the unit is easy and the facility is extremely clean.I would definitely recommend Compass Storage!

From the first phone call until the visit to obtain the storage unit the two managers there were amazing. Mary Ann was super polite knowledgeable and very helpful and so was the other lady please forgive me I had her name and lost it. But they were helpful professional and great customer service. I have used other storage places before and they were no where near as good as this place Compass Storage. Thank you for hiring such great ladies if I could give them 11 out of 10 stars I would. Took my deposit and one week later still haven’t got it back no one has called me I had to called them back for an update. Now they saying it will take 5 days to receive my deposit back so a total of 12 days.

Everyone was helpful, especially the two front desk ladies, I was able to get a student discount and they helped me choose what size would be best for the amount of stuff I have. They also informed me of all the fees and set up an automatic payment up. Everyone was nice and very helpful.

General Manager Michelle was quick to help me with my last minute move and need for storage. I came in a few months ago for a unit and truck after my new apartment was not ready for me to move in. I had to move quickly and she helped me pick the perfect unit size and secure a truck at the last minute. The place is clean and she was sanitizing everything when I came in and when I left including my license before she handed it back to me which is important in these times. She always greets me when she sees me which makes me feel like Im valued as a customer. The truck rental was reasonably priced.

This was my second time working with Michelle at Compass. She is professional, very courteous and customer focused. She made the process very easy and was a wealth of information!!! My best rental experience to date.

Very rude lady telling me I can’t use the dumpster to throw out the stuff that I don’t want anymore as I’m getting my stuff out as I cannot afford it anymore due to my very limited budget. I want to speak to the highest of the higher ups to tell them my disappointment of the in professionalism of this lady.

The price for what you get is pretty competitive! A/C indoor units with student discounts and included insurance! Its not bad at all and the manager has a stupendous attitude toward people!

The storage facility has pros and cons. The location is great and it is clean, air conditioned and has 24 hour access as well as the units having ample space. The Manager Michelle does try to be fair and professional. The cons are that the units have no lights inside them, they need more and better carts for customers to use and yes they will raise your rate in just 4 months after you get your unit or units full which certainly takes away from any upfront discounts. I think they should offer a 1 year no rate increase to offsets the lack of enough carts and no individual lights in the units. It is the only place I have ever had storage that does not offer lights in the units. Ask for a fixed 1 year rate if you plan to rent a year and bring a couple of flashlights.

This storage facility was conveniently located right near me, so that is a plus. But the main part I was most impressed by was the impeccable cleanliness of the facility and the top notch customer service I received from the manager. The facility is locked down like a fortress so you can feel at peace knowing your storage is under very tight security, needing a special code to enter the facility as well as the elevators to get there. Check in for monthly specials too! I highly recommend this place!

Compass Self Storage helped make a hectic move so much easier! Even though we were arriving right at closing time, the office stayed open so we could secure our storage room. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and I couldnt recommend this place enough!

I’ve felt with Compass for 10 yrs now with my company and there’s nothing I can’t ask of them that they won’t do for me or my company. My boxes are always in my storage facility and if I need them to check on something for me I know I can always call and talk to Michelle and it will be done. That’s why I rent my trucks from her for my sons 2 moves and for my own move about 6 months ago. I know this might not be important to some people but the bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Michelle truly cares and I have personally seen her come in on her days off to help the customers. She has been the foundation of this place. The gentleman Terrance is a nice guy to me also and always has an hello for me. It’s good to see people everyday for 10 yrs that make you feel comfortable and don’t have to worry that things aren’t done. I would recommend this facility to anyone and have many times before.

Within one day of my request for a unit, Michelle got in touch with me to discuss availability, prices, and other specifications. I was very impressed with her professionalism and efficiency! I got to the location that same day and Michelle was able to show me some units that fit my requirements. All the units were very clean and spacious! Entry protocols were simple to follow and I had no issues accessing my unit. There were also plenty of carts available, which was very helpful for the moving process. I have used Compass Self Storage facility on Bruce B Down a couple of times now in the last 2 years and I have had no problems. The staff are always welcoming and polite, and are willing to work with you to ensure that you are happy with your unit. It is always clean, well ventilated and the elevators are always working. I have used poor storage facilities in the past so I can definitely tell you that this is a good one. Ask for Michelle, shell look after you.

I love it here! I needed a place to keep my stock for my store that was taking over my apartment and they were so accommodating! I moved everything in within a day! Management is so nice -I spend a lot of time here so I’m happy they make it pleasant. The space is extremely clean! Even the bathrooms are super clean! Highly recommend this place to anyone whether storing things, or using for business purposes.It had so many features I didn’t even think I needed but have proven so helpful such as free use of the little carts, 24/7 access, and the amazon locker so I can have supplies sent straight there securely!The only issue I have is not being able to use the dumpster. My trash from shipments piles up and I have to drive it all the way home to throw it out

Place is very clean. Staff is also very nice. They carry a bunch of equipment to help you get your belongings in and out of storage. Prices very reasonable as well. I would recommend this place.

I like this place for storage because it is always very clean, well lit and secure. The hours of access work for me. The staff is always friendly. The location is convenient for me. This is not like other storage places I have used that seem shady. My stuff stays in top shape because the whole place is air conditioned.

I have been renting a storage with them since October 2014. I am very pleased with the service I receive there. The staff is friendly, polite, and very respectful. There are times when I went there, I was a little stressed because of my health situation as a patient of Moffitt Cancer Hospital having two surgeries done there, and I am still having treatment done, but the manager Michelle will always encourage me and make me feel a whole lot better. I am very happy and pleased with Compass Self Storage. I will always let other people know its a beautiful place to rent a unit. One of the things that I admire very mush about the Manager Michelle is that she takes her work very seriously. She is a stern and no nonsense person where her job is concern but very respectful and manarable. She is an asset to that company and she deserves KUDOS. I give them 10 STARS.

I chose to rent at Compass Self Storage because of the security and cleanliness. I am glad I did as I found myself treated with care and respect. I have used Compass Storage at this site for eight years. I am on my third different storage unit - this has varied based on my needs. The facility is certainly clean, safe and organized. Which I would expect but have not found everywhere. This particular location stands out to me because of their staff - they are really super nice and will work with you to help you get exactly what you need!

Clean, well lit, secured, and friendly staff. Michelle helped me choose the size bin that was right for me and helped me secure a moving company that was reasonably priced, on time, and careful. She even recommended I use mattress covers and stretch wrap so my furniture would be protected and easier to move. She made the process so much easier and less stressful during this last minute move. I thought the price was a little high at first but after visiting the property, it is worth the extra money for the security and experience.
