Ask for the owner she is super cool and super nice the guy was kinda rude but she was awesome sauce

I placed an order online for store pick up. I get there and not only is my order not ready, the employees seem to think it is a hassle to get the order ready. I help the employee gather the items almost as if I would have just walked in and picked them out. The employees including what appeared to be a manager were eating at computer desks. I was courteous but I will avoid this location in the future.
