HD Tampa doesn’t need another positive review. But I want to let other women know that this dealership was 100% respectful to me as a rider. My sales guy Rick was the right balance of persistent and considerate. The other folks remember me and ask how the bike (2021 Road Glide) is doing and if I still like it. It is nice to not be ignored and taken seriously as a rider, which doesn’t happen at every dealership. I have no intention of wearing Harley gear unless I get it for free or they pay me to advertise for them. But, I bought a HD Tampa t-shirt because this dealership deserves it. Thanks HD Tampa.

I want to thank Ghost and Ryan for making my experience at and with Tampa Harley a great one.I was looking for a used bike, and found it online. When I inquired about the it, Rich promptly contacted me and sent updated images. As the process continued, I was dealing with my salesman Ghost and finance manager Ryan.One unique thing that I hadn’t seen before was being asked if it was the right bike for me. Not by the salesman… but by the finance manager. I really liked that approach. It makes the customer think about it before signing paperwork and making a potential mistake. This also gains trust from the buyer.I had to leave the store, but both Ryan and Ghost kept in touch as the process continued. Once the deal was settled, Ghost delivered the vehicle to me and I live an hour away. I signed the docs and now have the 2017 heritage that I was after.Ryan and Ghost made the experience more than wonderful. Constant communication, positive personas, and just all around great people. Just purchased my second HD at HD of Tampa. I can’t say enough great things about the crew working here. My first purchase at a different dealer outside the Harley of Tampa family was full of pressure and manipulation from the finance team. I expressed my concerns with Rick Reed, the salesman upon arrival and he informed me Harley of Tampa, is nothing like the previous dealer I bought from. He brought out Gary and Ryan from finance, who promised me there was going to be ZERO pressure, ZERO deceit and up front pricing only. They all delivered on their promise and I drove off with my new HD within a few hours. When purchasing a bike it can be overwhelming when your not sure. Ive had the best experience at Harley Tampa with both Ghost and Ryan who really went above and beyond to ensure I had a bike that was best for me due to my height. Safety was their priority for me when lowering a bike and the reach. Last year after my Motorcycle crash I was hesitant to go back to the Tampa dealership because my bike was towed there waiting for insurance to decide what they were going to do. They ended up totaling my bike and I was very upset. It was an amazing bike. So of course I didnt want to go back to the place I last saw my bike. Yeah I know silly but true. But on a whim my wife and I walked in later in the afternoon and was promptly met by Ghost. He ended up being the best person to help us. He was understanding, listened and answered every question we had. Patient too since my wife can be a spitfire when it comes to her dealings with sales guys. He handled it in stride and was so funny as well. We ended up falling in love with a bike and in no time the manager and finance guy worked out a deal for us that was perfect. We added some after market stuff and told them to keep the bike until everything was added! We pick her up next week and I cant wait! Ghost and the crew at Tampa is where you need to go and get yourself your dream bike. I promise you you wont be disappointed. In the end, they make you feel like family!!

What can I say but what a great time buying a my first Harley-Davidson from the guys at the Tampa shop!! Was able to talk to Rich the Sales manager on the phone to discuss available inventory, didnt want to make the trip if there was nothing there. Didnt need to worry as there was more than enough bikes at the shop to choose from. Made the trip to Tampa and when we walked in Ghost (sales guy) but a true rider was there to take us under his wing and talk about what we really wanted. I was looking for an nice touring bike and they discussed all the pros and cons of what I wanted and long story short got a pre-owned Road Glide that was just so sweet!!!! All that being said the experience was 10+ and even spending time with Ryan the fiancé manager was a blast, and if you ever bought a car or other mode of transportation you know that sitting in that office is never fun!!! If your looking for a bike this is the place to go!!! One more thing of my bucket list and man what a good time that was had by all!!!!!!

Caution: do NOT buy insurance from Jeff Ard with Ard Insurance as they are crooks. I am a nurse and have a very busy schedule. When I informed them that I wanted to cancel the policy, they initially refused to cancel. Then, they agreed to cancel after a period of time and refund the months remaining. However, after the policy was cancelled, I realized not only they did not refund the remaining balance but also they charged me. CROOKS, is what they are taking advantage of people!!!We had our motorcycle serviced here. They are very patient and explained everything every step of the way. Best service experience!

I am truly shocked at Ferman for employing someone as disrespectful as Amanda at the Tampa showroom. My father worked with Ferman of Tampa Saturn and Chevy. The level of professionalism in those showrooms were something I have always admired. I myself am not a car or tuck kind of guy, I am a Harley man. I went to Tampa Harley to look at an upgrade and I will never step foot in that building again. I will take my business to the one in Brandon as I have previously and never have been disappointed. Shame on you Ferman for allowing one employee to lose a customer. I am not one who shys from vulgar language but she is and should not be interacting with customers. I should have read the room when an older couple rolled their eyes and walked away from her. She clearly did not get their business either.

Called last Friday and talked to DJ. I needed a new fuel pack and dyno..about $800 + tax...had to call me back and ask some follow up questions and said he had to find out if there was a charge to remove old fuel pack. Literally 2 screws. That was the last time I heard from him. No return call. No scheduling an appointment. Harley lost alot of money and a long time customer. I found a new place that can make an appointment and return a phone call.

Such a great place to get a bike at. GHOST helped me out with my first Harley. I knew what I wanted but not which bike best fit me. Ghost heard me out and directed me to the right bike. Let me test ride 2 different bikes and found the one I wanted. He helped me every step of the way and made me feel welcome till the moment I rode my new bike home. I was thoroughly pleased with the service I got on my bike. There was a problem with the fuel system on my 08 Ultra. They nailed it immediately, kept me posted about what was needed and were true to their repair estimate. On top of that they cleaned the bike up and made my slimline whitewalls look like new! After that the service department followed up with a phone call after picking up the bike to make sure I was satisfied. The service guys were friendly!5 1/2 STARS!!!

While visiting from Oklahoma I needed a brake light switch for my Superglide. Called Tampa and Brandon HD and was told there were none. So I called Lakeland HD and they had two of them. I went there and was so impressed with the parts desk personnel I went home and installed the switch and a week later I bought a 2017 FLTRU from them. They told me all Tampa had to do was call them and they could have saved me all the aggravation, and this is how you make friends they told me. Anyway love and learn, but Ill never be back to Tampa HD. They are.like the suckoneers, they suck
