I really dont know what to say about these people they have good furniture but there just a little over price for my taste I bought a queen bed and it hurts my side like I cant even sleep on side any more due to the bed next time ill go else where and get a better bed.

I purchased a king bedroom set from here yesterday and during assembly found that the headboard was bent and had a crack on the front. Staff was very friendly and understanding on the phone and during the purchase and accepted the cracked headboard, gave me a new one and even gave me gas money to take it back. Theres really something to say about businesses that stand by their products this way, and I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy these guys had. Arrived at the location yesterday. The employee’s were not wearing mask when interacting with customers. However, they did maintain 6 feet distance. I was looking to purchase a King Size Mattress. However, the employee that was helping kept walking away, and going back to the counter to be on his cell phone. I was the only customer in the whole building at the time. Customer service is an opportunity for Sunday afternoon. Also, the employees should be trying to sell verses being on their phone watching videos.

Great salesman. They are honest and work great as a team. I got a great deal on a sofa and loveseat! I saved 1000$ compared to the other stores I shopped. I love the red barn and whoever wrote a bad review should remove them. I’ve been buying from them for 15 years !

Box spring was $69 with tax and I walked in and out within 15 minutes. They loaded the box spring in the truck. These guys were hard working, the prices were amazing and it was hassle-free.

I love Payless furniture. Ive repeatedly come to them for all my furniture needs and will always recommend them. Im glad they offer layaway instead of financing that way Im only paying for the furniture. Ive bought 2 bedroom sets, as well as 2 living room sets from them and will continue using them in future. The heavyset guy Josh greeted my wife and I at the door . We asked for a good box and matress set and he helped us out $175 out the door and they were even nice enough to give my wife and I a ride back home which was cool. If not we woulda got rained on by catching the bus.
