Our mattress buying experience could not have been better or more smooth. Will directed us to the mattress he recommended and we didn’t need to look any further. He was super knowledgeable about the mattress and showed us every detail of it. We didn’t expect to have fun with buying a mattress but it turned out that way. Will had us laughing and we really enjoyed the experience. Great salesperson but not pushy or over bearing.

I had a great experience here a couple of years ago, had no pressure from the manager on-site but he was very informative and based on our feedback recommended a Pure Talalay bliss Mattress and I will never look back, hands down best mattress I have ever owned, I also got a Z gel cool dough pillow as well a few days ago based on the recommendation from the manager, it is fantastic. Great customer service and great products here.

I came into your store after a dissatisfied attempt at rooms to go, to get information on customer service for repairs on a bed I paid over $2500.00 and have own less than a year. Without hesitation Will tested the product found the item to be defective, and he began looking for a part that may fit the bed I purchased at rooms to go whom basically told me I was on my own. Trying to contact their customer service for the issue I was experiencing was frustratingly difficult due to Clovis 19 high volume calls that lead to nowhere. Will offered me water, soda, and even a beer and I told him if I ever needed a bed he would be the person to sale it to me. Thank you Will, for great customer service and a great bed, my daughter loves it.

Where to begin; Ive always had the hardest time choosing mattresses. Either their too soft or too hard, never the right consistency. All that changed when Andrew showed up. He immediately knew what Id like just based off posture and boy was he right. I never thought Id be one of those guys getting to sleep on cloud9, nay, cloud10. But now when I lay down on that bed it transports me to the fairy realm to fight sleep dragons. Also, this young chap named Josh was kind enough to sport me a Capri Sun for a beverage since I was quite parched while on the hunt.

Purchased a mattress this past fall from Bed Pros. The store manager Chris was very helpful to work with and Bed Pros had the best prices around after visiting a few other stores. When they delivered my mattress and box spring, I was a bit unhappy with the height of the box spring, as it made my bed very high off the ground. I called Chris and he proposed different solutions on what he could do to make me happy. I ended up switching the box spring for a bunky board and Chris had his team come right over to make the change. It was exceptional customer service! Now I love the new mattress and will never purchase a mattress from any other store in the Tampa Bay area. These guys are the best!

I went in frantic because I was so tired from sleeping on my 10 year old mattress! Andrew calmed me down by telling me about the different beds in the store that would support my spine while still giving to my side sleeper ways. I bought the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze Soft and OMG this bed is so freaking comfortable!! I wish I bought it sooner because I feel so rested now and not as stiff when I wake up!

***IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!***This nightmare started on Labor Day 9/3/18. My fiancé and I were on the search for a bed. We were going to stop at the Mattress Firm close by there, but decided to give these people a try. BIGGEST MISTAKE WE COULD HAVE MADE! We go in, and the store manager, Todd, is the one that helps us out. He’s being very nice and informative during the process of finding the right mattress for us. We end up buying a mattress which costs us some thousands of dollars. That’s a lot of money of course, but we loved the bed and the assurance that if anything happened the company would make right by it. Comes delivery day. My fiancé did the guys a favor of removing our old bed from our room by himself I must add, before they got there. TWO delivery guys show up. They start moving in the mattress when we hear glass shatter and big thump! They knocked over our T.V and broke part of our glass T.V stand! The T.V now has so many chips around the edges and chips on the screen. When we watch it, they are so visible! We contacted Todd right away, and he said to send him pictures. The guys called their boss too. Well my fiancé sends him the pictures and Todd says he will send the pics to the accountant. After so many follow up emails we get the following response, and I quote “The accountant said they did not see any significant damage to the T.V. They pointed out that a clear path should be made to allow the drivers to set up your mattress set. They said they would reimburse you up to $200 to fix the shelf and any other damaged items.” They had the audacity to say not enough damage??!! There should be NO DAMAGE AT ALL! There was more than enough clearance for them to have moved in that bed with no problem. Like I stated before, my fiancé moved the bed out by himself. I don’t want a new T.V I want mine fixed, and for my T.V stand to get fixed or replaced. 200 is not going to fix my T.V plus the stand, plus more things that broke in the process. We have reached out to them after that last email and we have gotten no response. We spent so much money, and yet they can’t make right by an incident that clearly came out of carelessness from their workers!!!! You can buy a bed anywhere, but what separates a company from another is the course of action they take when things like this happen. This company clearly doesn’t care about what happens after you have handed over your money.

Nice store, manager was very pushy and was more interested in what he wanted to sell me than what I was looking for. It was a big hassle. It was hard to get out of the store.
