I purchased a chandelier in January of 2021. When received it wasn’t at all as described. I returned it, the tracking info shows they received it, company states they did not and 7 months later I am still fighting with them for my refund of over $1300. Do not use this company, you will lose out if you don’t like their product. Please pass the word. I will be posting my review on any and all platforms available.

I am so impressed with Italian Concept! The quality of the chandelier is top notch, so much so that the gentleman who installed it said it was better in construction, material and looks than a competitor that was 3x the price! Customer service was top notch, super responsive and it shipped to my door in 3 days ... I literally couldnt believe it when the truck showed up. I will be buying all of my future chandeliers and lights from this great Company!

I more so believe the 1-2 star reviews here. I am currently in the process of trying to receive my order. Ive been told two times I would receive a partial refund and another time a full refund only for Mike to call me to tell me I cant get a refund and just to be patient for the items. Its been months since my order has been placed. Its the only things missing in our newly built home. I feel like this may just be a fake company trying to steal money. Out of the time Ive called I have only got one person to answer. Wouldnt trust this company at all. You have many, many more companies that have great service and reputation. Already filed a Better Business Bureau complaint as well. Would really just want a refund and not have to deal with this mess.

UPDATE: I received a response from Mike and this communication was helpful. He was consistent with updates and the chandelier arrived when he said they would. The chandelier are beautiful, it was worth the wait.

The whole process, from the sale to shipping with Mike at Italian Concepts was a wonderful experience. We purchased the following Apex Odeon Square 5 Tier Crystal Chandelier and Apex Fringe Rectangular Crystal Chandelier along with the bulbs for each. Both chandeliers are amazingly Beautiful! Even more stunning than the pictures. The installation of the crystals took some time but was totally worth it.

My husband and I have been remodeling our kitchen for many months, and one of the final pieces to choose was the lighting fixture. I had a vision in mind, and we live in Los Angles, so we have access to some of the best lighting and home good stores in the country and I thought it would be a breeze to find the perfect piece. While I came across some beautiful fixtures in my search, the prices of everything we looked at were so outrageous and we really didn’t come across anything that felt perfect enough to justify spending that much money. We heard about Italian Concepts through a friend who bought some beautiful, nice quality fixtures from them, but I was weary of ordering something without seeing it in person especially when we were looking at large, fragile crystal pieces. Now that our piece has been received and installed, I am so pleased we went with Italian Concepts. Not only did we save money, but we were still able to get a gorgeous, unique, high end lighting fixture that exceeded my expectations and really completed my dream kitchen. We absolutely love it and will likely buy from them again as we continue to remodel. Thank you guys so much!

Simply the best! Im an Architect and this is my type of candy store. Mike is a very kind and knowledgeable professional. His store features a superb and exquisite selection. He can get you anything. The quality is top. The prices are excellent. My number one store for lighting. Excellent service and communication. Try them out. My Rococo Chandelier has absolutely no red parts! Its a beautiful masterpiece that will make any room Grande.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS if possible. Ordered an item, delayed three weeks (no big deal right?). Spoke to two people in the company to advised me the item has shipped, never ended up shipping...Then to top it off, some child name Mike told me he thinks its best if he refunds me my money since its Not working out. I swear you cant make this stuff up. Go elsewhere people, this company does not deserve the business.

I ordered a fixture that was on back order. I was told it would be in in about 4 weeks, so I waited because the chandelier was what I wanted and it was the best price out there. After about 5 weeks I got the chandelier and am so happy I waited! It’s really beautiful and I will definitely be back for more!

Beware of this seller! Ordered a chandelier and specifically asked if the candelabras would be white, owner said yes. Received chandelier with rust colored candles. Wonder said he would send white. Sent the white which didn’t fit. Wonder said he would send new ones over 3 weeks ago and have not heard or received any new ones to fit my chandelier. Now no response and phone is going straight to vm as if he has blocked my number.

This place has all kinds of creative chandeliers! I didnt know what to exactly get and Mike was very insightful and helpful!! We shopped around a lot before finding this store and everyone was expensive, they had the best prices in town!

So I ordered an empire chandelier with Italian concept for a 22ft ceiling. When my electrician installed it, we realized the rode was only 3ft, so re-ordered a new 9ft rode as well as electrical wire. Apparently they used Fedex who said they have delivered to my house - on my side I havent received anything - And since I have reached out to Mike to inquire about the claim and how I can get my shipment, he is not returning my calls nor emails nor nothing. 9ft rode + electrical wire = $104, which I am not sure ill retrieve one day + the 500$ for the chandelier that I will have to take down as it does not look nice in my entry way if it stays that high. Definitely dont recommend - On what I can read on other reviews is that the service is great for initial purchase but a disaster in case of an issue - As sad as it is - for me, Amazon seems to be the only way to go now. Those small retails complain about big firms taking on the market, but dont want to put the effort in to keep their customers not make sure they are entirely satisfied, which is a real issue now a day.Contacting BBB to file a claim after this.

Update:I was able to return and get my money back - minus $250 in freight charges it cost me to ship it back.Original review: Customer service is super unresponsive. I ordered a light fixture in January depicted as wrought iron or a dark color online (19 c rococo chandelier), received it in March, it was red. Emailed mike to return it (still in return window) never heard back. No response to voicemails or emails. Disputed on my credit card and by the time the investigation was complete my window timed out for a dispute because he charged me when I placed the order not when it shipped. Contacted him again and miraculously got him on the phone and he said I could return it and he would email me. Never heard back. Managed to get him on the phone one more time and he claimed he was setting up return freight and I never heard back. No response to emails no response to voicemails. I think this company is a scam and I’m going to make it my full time job to make sure everyone who thinks of purchasing from them knows it, until I get my $1,034 back.

Ordered a dark colored chandelier and received a light red color. Super disappointing. Returns are a joke. Customer service is unresponsive. Glad we only wasted our money on one fixture here as our company orders hundreds each year. Sending out a message to my entire professional network not to deal with this company.
