Picked up a Honda HRX today. Great experience. Mark Knight went over all the features. Machine was gassed up and oil filled. I did not want to buy from a “big box” store. Love the mower!!

Good place, they have a LOT of stuff in there and they are knowledgeable and helpful!They also had a plate of homemade Christmas cookies in there today that were delicious!! 🙂

I just (10-19-20) tried to take my mower to this place that they’ve actually worked on it before. The issue is the lady that help me was extremely rude and told me they don’t work on anything but but the brands that they sell which are only two brands. The excuse she gave me was the fact that they don’t have enough mechanics because two of them quit. Am I opinion not good for business. They should post this on the website that they only work on certain brands which is two brands. Very unhappy with the outcome. I took my mower here before to have it worked on but due to this I will never bring it here again. It’s not the consumers fault that they can’t hire and keep people employed

The Technician came out and explained what was the issue with my Carburetor and what Honda warranty paid he also showed me the replaced carburetor and I kept it. Great job Team Quality Power.

Didnt want to sell anything without any explanation

Well I took my Toro mower here with an oil leak. A week later I had to call to see what was going on with it. I was told that it had too many hours to do a reseal on it. It has 2660 hours but does not burn oil nor does it use any. When I went to pick it up, the tech told me it was mostly the loose oil filter but when I asked him why is there so much oil under it still, his reply was; wow I guess it does leak oil. I have been in business for 37 years and when a mower needs to be repaired it can be repaired. They told me that they were having a sale the beginning of the year and I could buy another. There was no rust on the mower and it ended up needing a crank seal. I would NEVER EVER go to this place for any reason. There are much better places out there. Less and Northeast mowers are just two. This is the worse place ever.

Great service. Had all parts needed. Did not have to order anything. Service did more than I asked. Great personal. They were patient with me as I am not a lawn care professional, I just choose to service my own lawn. They have great brands like Honda; as my B&S equipment gives out I will replace with Honda equipment. Its good to know that when I need service that there are good people that actually help you. Location is a little set back from main road but worth the little extra effort to locate. They will take care of you...

Mark & Angie at Quality Power went above and beyond on resolving a warranty issue with my 2 1/2 yr old Honda mower even though I originally purchased it from Home Depot. I’ve learned my lesson & in the future, I will only deal with Quality Power for my lawn power equipment!

Joe, Mike, Ryan and the lady at the counter were all helpful, friendly and informative when I bought my Honda mower. Joe helped me by checking my not so old Toro (7 years and maintained- already the transmission is shot) so I could decide right away to replace it with a Honda. Mike gave me a quick run-through on operation, put in oil, gas and made sure it ran. The counter lady sent Ryan to my house within a half hour when I couldnt restart the mower because the blades were jammed with dirt and grass. I dont overpay for things and this was a bargain. I will recommend Quality and continue to bring my business to them.

They have a complete selection of Stihl yard equipment and Toro and Gravely mowers. They have great customer service here and are knowledgeable about their products. Turnaround time on repairs is also very good. You can get parts here also, if you wish to do your own repairs.

I bought my Honda mower from Homedepot. Almost an year ago, my mower was not working well. I brought it to this shop. They are not polite when I got into the store, but it only take the guy 2 minutes to replace a part and fix it. Free of charge and saidYou are free to go, Not polite but very friendly and helpful,,,,,,They are interesting! I like them......Next time I will directly buy lawn equipment from them.

Took my Honda mower in for repair. The clutch assembly blew apart while mowing, blade flew off into the grass, and the bolt was sheared off. Was a little hard to find the first time, it is tucked into a business park.They have a wide variety of mowers and power equipment. Would certainly check out this location in the future for power equipment.Mower repair was around $100 which, I was happy with. I thought for sure it was going to cost more. That $100 included an oil change.Will definitely bring it back to this location for yearly PMCS, and would recommend to others looking for good power equipment.

This is by far the nicest lawn mower and power equipment store Ive ever been in....and their prices are very reasonable! The owner, Keith Rucker, and his staff are also very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this store anyone needing mowers, trimmers, chain saws, generators, parts, repair or anything like that!!

Wow! Not very helpful. The lady didnt seem as though she could cross reference a simple hydrostatic pump filter because its on a Bad Boy mower. Advanced Auto had zero problems cross referencing the BB number to a Carquest filter. Come on folks youre supposed to carry mower parts. Ill just go to the next shop.

I would avoid this place at all costs I brought my pressure washer to them cause it was running ruf and they had it for 2 weeks and after I called them to find out what was going on with it they told me they havent got to look at it but they would call me when they looked at it 3 days later they wanted to tell me the pump was running in reverse then I took it to northern tool and in 3 days it was fixed all it was the carburetor was leaking now its running like new

The entire staff was very professional and courteous. When I was looking for a particular Honda self-propelled mower to replace my 28-year old Honda mower (that still works great!), Brad offered me the mower in a demo model that had been used one day. Since the last one lasted so long and is still going strong, I wouldn’t have any other brand. Brad gave me a telephone price $200 below MSRP and $150 below anyone else’s price (even online prices). It had the full 5-year warranty plus an extra year for a Honda special promotion. The deal sounded great. Since I couldn’t go immediately, I sent my wife to check it out. It was exactly as Brad said: it looked brand new and worked perfectly. He replaced a slightly rusty blade on the spot (even though it was still serviceable) and gave her the old one. Brad showed her the updated features and how to use the mower. She told me several times she was treated with the utmost respect and said no one made her feel slighted because she was a woman. She bought the mower and Brad had it delivered to our home that afternoon. The delivery person was extremely polite as well. Now I have a new yard toy and the old mower is going on Craigslist this weekend.

Friendly counter people and in four days they repaired a chain saw that another shop had for four months and could not fix. Even though they are not close to me they will get all my business from now on.

Do yourself a favor and buy your equipment from a bigger company like Home Depot or Lowes where they will back their products. Angie is very combative and rude. I wasted my money at this place.
