Pro more was pretty clean pretty nice their staff they were very helpful but the prices has gone up in a lot of items

There arent a whole lot of mower shops around by golly if you need a park Ill bet you 10 bucks if they got it or they can get it for you I love the place

If you need parts and accessories for commercial and even some non commercial lawn mowing equipment these guys are the ones to go to. They keep a good selection of the most common parts but if they dont have it they will get it to you in a timely manner. Bring your serial number and model number so that you dont have to take two trips.The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.Very recommended place to do business with.

Dropped my lawn mower off this morning for a possible warranty fix. Everyone there was super nice and extremely professional! As far as customer service they get 5 stars. They havent fixed anything as of yet however Im pretty confident that they will do a great job! I will update once my service is complete.

So far I havent had any problems, customer service is great and they have what I need every time I go there. Also their prices for equipment is unbeatable in my opinion. Next Im going to try their repair service, even at $80 hr long as the return turn time is less than 4 days and the repairs are done properly they will get the bulk of my business.

Drove here, unloaded all of my lawn equipment. Hauled it into their garage. They told me they arent handling anymore clients at this time. Had to load everything back up and leave.. Waste of time. Call before you go so you dont waste a trip. I tried calling first, but couldnt get through.

I called then looking for a particular Gator mower blade. they didnt have it in stock, but offered to order it for me. They had it in two days, at a price lower than anywhere I could find it online. When I went to go pick it up, I was helped at the counter quickly and was in and out within 5 minutes. I cant complain about anything.

Worst service ever from an elizabeth and mark. I stayed on the phone 15 minutes ( called before 3pm) but its now after 3pm so they cannot order the part i need. So i ask for the part number and get put on hold again. Then she replies she is being told not to give me the part number. Sounds like to me there forcing peoples hand into sales because i have never had a mower shop with hold part numbers and ive been in business 7 years
