Fantasia Ice Cream & Smoothies at University Mall in Tampa is a great place to go for all things quality ice cream and cold treats while shopping. This is well worth a stop for the way that they make everything. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that everything is made right.

This place look nice. It inside the University Mall. They charge for everything...hmmm If you want a waffle cone it $0.65 extra, 2 scoops of ice cream is $4.69. They charge to use your card of $0.25, in total of 1 ice cream it cost me $6.75
