I dont mind when self-checkout is an option, but Im really disappointed when having a cashier ISNT. Im really slow, and felt bad since there was such a large group waiting to checkout. Maybe leaving a cashier or two wouldnt be the worst thing ever? The store was clean and well-stocked.

Card reader was not functioning during my visit but cashier was unable to resolve the issue. We had to hold up a line for about 15 minutes while we downloaded ‘Walmart Pay’ as that was the only way they were allowing us to check-out. I don’t think I will be visiting this location nor recommending it due to the monopoly they have established over payment types.

Im really disappointed. I recently started doing Online Grocery Pickup to help alleviate some of my responsibilities. This is my 4th time doing it. Well today I Got home to half my items missing. I had somewhere to be so just going back would be counter productive if my items were not readily available. So I call them. I called them 13 times and nobody picked up. I had to drive all the way back after my appt. Its out of my way going back. Anywho problem resolved and later hubby and I talked about what happened. My husband bet that if we called Target they would pick up on 2 rings. To make sure what happened to us really happened, I called Wal-Mart again. Guess who didnt pick up and guess who picked up after 2 rings.

Great! I go to Walmart for my fresh organic fruits. To get more and save more. No better place than Walmart to get it. I recommend it 100%

I would give 0 stars if I could dont ever do pick up with them they never put all your items in your car always have to drive back cause they forget something and good luck trying to call them called over 18 times in 1 hour and nobody answers!!!!

Never buying from here again its unacceptable that their are just frozen pizzas just siting there and getting contaminated and nobody is acknowledging the problem and still expect people to buy them what if they were tampered with or one of us ends up getting sick its gonna be on you guys because you refuse to remove these pizzas from the fridge when it comes to groceries and they are left open like that it makes me to not want to buy from there anymore.

Great local market. Store has all the grocery needs and is a location that offers an easy in and out. They also offer order ahead and curbside pick-up.

They need more cashiers. Several people had full carts and didnt know how to us the self checkout. Self Checkout should be for those having LESS than 15 items.

Its a Green Walmart store with vegetables, groceries, fruits, beverages, pharmacy and toys for kids available. It has decent amount of stock and verieties of all the needed for a immediate need for house holding stuff. With going there for daily needs. Mask is mandatory to enter during this pandemic situation and self checkout counters are available for quick billing.

I frequent this location quite a bit and service is usually hit or miss. There are certain employees that are very attentive and helpful just like some days they will completely walk by without a single glance. For a small neighborhood market they have quite the selection of items. For the most part I rather enjoy this location. Dont expect a speedy checkout during the weekend!

Went from 5 stars to 1 star. Only have small self checkout lanes open. Dont try to check out with more than 10 items

Apparently I just stopped at the worst Walmart in Florida. (Impressive). I guess they don’t like money. They don’t take Apple Pay. My cards are bent so I’ve been using that until the bank sends my replacement. They also can’t type in the card numbers. Oh and their check machine is down, so they can’t take that either.

It can get really crowded and sometimes they dont enough registers open and now bc ppl want to do self check out more that gets crowded quick and the store wasnt built to hold long lines but the prices are great its just they should get more self check out registers bc I know ppl hate using the person to check out bc someppl think its slower or get embarrassed by some of the things they want to buy...but thats the only issue I can think of

We in to grab 24 pack Pepsi it is o have almost 20 mins to get two cashiers and at help desk and self check out was. Someone called over more cashiers no one showed up. Why does Walmart have such problem not having cashiers. Its crazy please add cashiers if your manager and you know you have a line out but get on register.

Never have I been to a grocery store where the cashier notices there’s no sticker on the chicken and tells me “you have to get a new one” This staff of the laziest I’ve ever encountered hence provide weak service.

Nice and clean and the staff is plentiful so a lot of help if need be rather than some walmarts in the area.

My shopping will cease as of today at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Elliot Dr. in Tampa. Entirely because of the red headed lady at self checkout. She spoke to me 4 times and I felt as if she were trying to make sure I wasn’t going to steal. She made certain I entered in my garlic, she stood there by me while I was scanning and commented but the most bizarre was near the end when I was scanning drinks and when I assumed she was finally not hovering she speaks up and says, 5 TOTAL CORRECT? It was unbelievable how uncomfortable I was made to feel. Luckily no other customers were there or I probably would have died of embarrassment. Publix is having a sell on my husband’s drinks and the price is comparable with Walmart so I will start shopping at Publix more where loss prevention is not seen or heard so I can shop with some peace and respect!! Unbelievable.

I have been shopping at this liquor store many years now. Loved everyone that worked there unfortunately this time there was a guy named Richard was very rude and disrespectful. He made fun of my name and called it weird. Where are the nice ladies that work there? This is second time this week Richard was a disaster

I like this market place, it’s most convenient and the price is affordable, always clean and most of the time is well stocked.

Definitely one of the worst Walmarts Ive been to, would not recommend if youre shopping for something specific nobody will know where it is. Theres always crowded aisles because of the palettes they have lying around. One time I got expired candy, why was that still on the shelf?? Would not come here again.

I understand with the pandemic theres many things that are not in stock, however when a customer ask about an item with a tag on an empty shelf...why would the associate remain at their task and say what they have on the shelf is all they got...??? Sad to say the associates here dont have time or apathy to assist or check on out of stock items.

I dont normally routinely shop at Walmart cuz The waltons have 1/5 of all retail dollars spent at their stores but since I needed cheap transmission fluid I decided to check it out they didnt have any there just quartz or pints and I wanted to buy in bulk in case I needed it for my 2021 super bowl trip to tampon out of borizona after finding out I didnt need transmission fluid Im glad they didnt have it only at supercenters so I left

This is a decent Walmart. I use to really love this Walmart, but I noticed two things that made it worse. They do not have a lot a self service check out registers which takes it a lot longer time to shop. I now favor the Walmart on Hanley Ave than this one; which says a lot. The second thing is that its not 24 hours anymore. You could go there overnight and do your shopping and be in and out to avoid the long wait times. Since the changes, I only shop here when I absolutely have to.

Nice little hidden smaller version of Walmart on Hillsborough Ave. as you head towards Westchase part of county near light on Longboat. Nice supermarket version with everything youre looking for at great prices. Choice of how to check out your groceries & nice (yea, nice...again) environment.

The Tampa Health and Food Safety should pay the meat department a visit. Even if you go in for non-meat items, you can smell a noxious foul smelling odor similar to bad meat and bacterial growth from waste product all around the meat and it will infest all the plastic packages that surround the area by infecting and growing onto them. I made the manager aware who stated he could not smell anything bad... Absolutely FILTH!!!!

I’m from up north and moved here two weeks ago and I’m not used to Walmart Associates being so friendly and helpful… The store is beautiful and clean and organized and all the associates are welcoming… They greet you and they say thank you and have a nice evening… I was totally surprised by how nice they all were because like I said up north all the associates who work for Walmart look miserable and are not friendly .

Nathanial the new guy that’s a little bigger has an attitude bigger then no other. I go to this Walmart 3 days a week.. never had a problem. I’m beyond myself with my experience today. Unfortunately there is not a Walmart closer to me then this one so I will continue to shop here but the Nathanial dude does not even deserve to work here.. he wasn’t even wearing his badge... I had to ask him for his name and he whispered it and pulled it out of his pocket and showed it to me with an attitude.

I love this store!! I always find everything I need, the store is very well-stocked. It is clean and organized and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Been there three times and have seen two bear fights between employees and customers. It’s a total freak show. I fit in well.

I much prefer this to regular Walmart locations. It seems better stocked for the most part. Less riff raff and I can get in and out much more quickly. Plus, it seems there associates are more friendly. It does lack some items, but the trade-off is worth it. The only things better are pickup and delivery.

I haven’t been here since I returned from out of state so my opinions are from when i frequented this location around when it first opened. At first it was not so great as there was only one check out line with a person. It was apparent with the many self checkout lanes what the goal was for this store. For a tech savvy person as myself I loved it and was able to expedite my checkout process faster than the normal employed check out line. Now as that aspect was great for me it seemed not so much for the majority of the others. They would take forever trying to navigate and self checkout and almost always need help. Luckily Walmart had plenty of employees standing by to help such issues. Overall I feel this was an experimental store back when it opened and feel Walmart did it excellently. As for how it is currently, i would assume that it’s just like a regular Walmart’s self checkout registers.

I literally love this Neighborhood Walmart...Its organized and clean. I always find what Im looking for and if I dont the workers go out of their way to look for it to make you happy. Especially the produce guy, who always goes out of his way to make sure you get fresh good fruits. Hes great!Thank you guys for making my shopping experience wonderful!

Only 1 cashier if you dont want to ring up a full cart in self service. When did it become ok to not deliver good customer service?

Employees are helpful, location is convenient for the area. The area they have prepared foods is lacking and they are often sold out by 6:00pm. The produce is surprisingly fresh when Ive gone to shop. The selection is less than Publix, but so are the prices on average. The selection is less than a super Walmart, but they do have sections for drugs and a pharmacy. Ive not used the pharmacy, but the pharmacist I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable when I picked things up for a backache. I often stop off there after work to snag something to make for dinner.

Store is great people there to help you.

No problems going to this walmart. When I have interacted with staff it is usually pleasant. As with all wal mart prices are low, and with the self checkouts you can get in and out without issue. Plus they have a nice selection of cold beers and wine.

It is very run down and dirty. Always packed. But they have the lowest milk prices compared to the super centers.

Its a very good store. Theres many self checkouts so theres never a long line. Overall the store is great and I dont experience any problems when I go there.

Would rather shop at Kroger (if it was an option) because I hate over-priced, over-rated Publix but this will do.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND going to this location I went in with my mom and we stood at customer service for over 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I live literally across the street and I will never give them another dollar. Id rather pay more money and go to Publix down the street at least the customer service is great...if I could have give zero stars I would have.

Very clean Walmart, the only issue is that the isles are way too small. Hard for people to get through with carts. Definitely still better than most Walmarts in the area, especially the super centers.

The deli section where I get my meat and cheese from is always fresh and cut right. Theres a nice young ebony woman who knows her job very well and Im very impressed. Because of her I only come here to the deli because she remembers me and knows what I want. And she is very friendly and freaking awesome. Theres is also a older white lady who works hard in the deli and Im impressed to see a senior citizen out so much effort into her job. The deli section is the best here.
