Friendly staff, multiple people asked if I needed any help while I was looking through the isles. Good prices on bulk items. Plenty of things available in sizes good for households as well. Good selection of Tea and Coffee.

Staff is courteous & friendly. The young stock Team has assisted me, on most visits, with heavier items OR anything placed too high for me to reach. Today the store was SPOTLESS, even in the rain. Inventory was good, surprisingly so, with all of the supply chain issues. Ughhh...Decent prices. Now I have heard throughout the area that GFS is overpriced. NOT TRUE. The quality of gourmet cheeses & meats are pretty in line with prices, and you CAN taste a major difference. Plus, the availability of purchasing in bulk makes GFS competitive.Love this store, the Team and the products, especially gourmet Italian & Greek.💗💗 Highly recommend giving them a try. No membership card necessary! Anyone can shop. Thats pretty cool.

Im having a party and the store had exactly what I needed. The people who work here are nice and the store was clean. Its a little expensive, but not too many places in the area have commercial grade party supplies.

Gordon Food Service is a great place to buy in bulk as well as retail. No membership needed like other places such as Sam’s Club and Costco. Always great prices on meats and eggs. Also great place to find those containers for Jell-O shots for parties. They also are partners with Shipt so if you have a Shipt membership they can shop there for you as well.

I am not a restaurant owner! I am just a person who comes here to get good food.And I have never had a bad experience at Gordons food Service. I have been going there since they opened. And everyone their employee, manager, it doesnt matter, has always been kind, respectful and very helpful.

Placed an order for curbside pickup at my nearest location, which happens to be 25 minutes away without traffic. When I picked the order up it was placed directly in my trunk so I didnt realize until I got home that 2 of my 6 items were missing. Called the store and was told they would hold the items for me if I wanted to come back. I said I wasnt driving all the way back out there and that I just wanted a refund. I was told Id have to come back to the store with my card in order to get a refund. I was very angry and asked for the manager, who wasnt in. I ended up calling GFS customer service and the taciturn lady was able to process my refund over the phone.tl;dr: make sure you have all your items before you leave curbside and dont expect great customer service

First time going to this company. I was pleasantly surprised. I had heard of them but not really sure what they sold. They have a great selection of prepared foods and food service supplies. Very helpful cashier at the register who explained their rewards program. I will definitely be back for more shopping. The store was clean and organized logically. Very pleased with the large frozen foods section!

I just went to look around. As I walked in, I was greeted by an associate with a smile.As I walked the store, I was ask by a few associates If I need any assistance. Always good with great prices on bulk style restaurant quality items. People are friendly and courteous. Watch for posted sales and that they ring up correctly though. Sometimes they dont ring up at the special sales price.

All of a sudden we are Crazy over Banana Pepper rings AndHorse Radish!! So much so...Save money on Gallon sizes!!!

This is a pretty good place to buy big sizes of food, including meat and vegetables and frozen foods. They cater to the food service industry, but anyone can shop there. No membership fees.If youre throwing a party, this place cant be beat.I dont buy a lot there, but there are some things I always buy there, like bananas, and I never leave without other things too. Last time it was frozen veggie pizza. Today it was potato salad.Good place!

Nice store for bulk purchases of food and other essentials

This place is great! Frozen vegetables at 2 bags for $5 cant be beat at any grocery store. Pasta any shape $3.99 for 4 to 5 pound bags, and lots of other dry goods. Meats on the other hand are a little on the pricey side compared to other big box warehouse stores, but are of excellent quality.

The store is always Very Clean! Customers are always treated nicely! I can buy a long tube of beef (arm length) for $23 & make 25 patties. Many times milk is $2.50 a gallon. They sell restaurant food & items.

This place has great price estimate on large quantity of a product you want or you can choose a smaller amount they have anything you might need from food fresh produce ice cream milk home kitchenware clothing for restaurants shoes and great coffee beans.You do have to get a membership to shop hear tho.

I usually love coming in this store the staff is very helpful and courteous. But the manager that was there today I think his name is Mark he was kind of standoffish and rude like he didnt really want to answer questions I dont really like that especially when I seek you out for help.

This place is a somewhat undiscovered gem in Carrollwood, Florida. I was in the area and stopped in on Labor Day. The place was virtually empty. Im from Michigan where GFS is headquartered and everyone knows about it up there. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Youll be glad you did.
