I love this store! The employees are amazing! I work next door so I go there almost every work day. They are so friendly and helpful. My husband was buying his favorite Coffee the Apollo by Counter Culture but they had run out so they put in a special order just for us. They have exceptional service.

This store is so soothing.The food SMELLS great and they have some unusual things.I like some unique greeting cards they carry ( A little low on stock!)Its also a fun store if you have a sweet tooth.They have beautiful meat, seafood and bread/bakery selections in the back AND Sushi along with a ton of other prepped food.

I will change my review from a one star to a two star.I had walked in yesterday and it was PITCH DARK, half the customers had issues seeing items and prices. My mother has eye troubles and is almost blind. So there goes 10 percent of customers. The carts have these large volts sticking out where everyone bumps into each other. I accidentally bumped into an old lady and she started bleeding a little bit just by trying to pass her. The grocery stock clerks were not helpful at all. I was a publix manager and I know how things should be. On the POSITIVE side my mother loves the store but doesnt shop there much because of the pricing and the darkness. So she needs help that was not around. The butchers were very nice and checking out was very nice as well and easy. My mother wishes she could go back more (she spends 500 a week on groceries). The store needs management training from what I can see and the prices are way to high. We became fed up with all the above and found everything fresh market had at half the price. So I guess we will not be coming back. Just being honest

I have bought the 38 oz chicken pot pie previously. This time they only had a 24 oz chicken pot pie very disappointing hardly any chicken wont buy again,very thin .

Clean store with a great staff. If you shop their specials price point is good. The deli and bakery though are the real gems. Great food!

Great place to shop. A variety of interesting ingredients that make dinner time different and quick. I get tons of ideas here, which has been very helpful at this point in the Pandemia. The weekly Little Big Meals are always a hit! I go from “what’s for dinner 😩” to “Dinner’s Done! 🤩”

What a dump. I mean really that place is unclean. Very unclean. From the outside I thought oh nice I can get a nice freshly made sandwich.OMG was I so wrong as you walk in from out side you cant see anything because its so dark in there. After your eyes adjust to how dark it is You look around everything is dark. Now remember this is a grocery store so its important to see if the food your buying is fresh. At this point Im looking around thinking it cant be that bad right. Wrong. Floors not clean not even swept to pretend to be clean. Went to what could call there deli. It looked like a womans shoe store after bogo sale. Ran sacked. Nope not eat or spending my money here at all not ever.My advice is avoid this place unless you want to get sick or mugged out side the place.

Wonderful medium sized market with superb deli, fresh veggies, wine sections. Your place if you want mainstream core items along with escargot, scottish salmon, mushroom stuffed sausages!The only thing preventing 5 stars is the overwhelmingly dark interior, as well as a very limited center of store packaged items selection. Even here though theyve got some unique items in a very small space! A must shop place!

Pricey but Im sure they have what youre looking for & lots of it.The steaks are pretty (my fav) again pricey but if thats what you want and can afford it. I would go there.The sushi is wonderfully fresh. They made mine as I requested with the red fish roe on top of the spicy sauce.Well..... Yeah I brought something. lol

Great choice of premade sandwiches! Definitely love this selection and variety there! Lots of different wines to choose from. Parking is super easy to get in and get out.

Went here for Tuesday deals I had not shopped here in a while. Went here originally for Christmas platters and quickly realized why I stopped going here. Ordered our trays and they were nothing like what pictures are online. Horribly done and not even equivalent to amount in pics. I literally had to buy my own cheese to add to it. I was refunded for these platters after calling store.But then used my credit to shop and get rid of card because honestly prob not coming back. So I bought Tuesday ground beef and other things and low and behold another issue. Ground beef has black paper substance inside of it. I have no idea what this is not sure if they don’t clean machines or just accidental but either way they should be better quality control. At no time should this ever happen or should my platters ever looked the way they did. This is unsanitary. Shop with caution. I was not going to post review but after second issue I just had too.

I have always loved this store but a few years ago they changed the lighting in the store. While the perimeter of the store (where the fruits, vegetables and meats are) is well lit the rows in the middle of the store are very dark. I dont know why they did this but now the rows are dark and it is difficult to see the products on shelves or read labels. I dont go there as often now.

I love this little grocery store! We got the bacon...it was supurb. Everything was so fresh from the deli and I loved the atmosphere. I really enjoyed the shopping experience here and will be back!

Specials all week to cook or all ready cooked. Specials on Tuesdays ground beef and chicken this helps stocking freezer.Very clean store and polite employees.

Good high end grocery selection. They seem to have trouble staying on top of keeping things stocked for specials.What do I mean by that?They have excellent rotisserie chicken salad, that we get on a regular basis. Repeatedly the display case is empty, and when we go to the deli counter, they will have mounds of the chicken behind them, and reply with Oh, yeah, I guess I need to make more! Can you come back in like 15 minutes? As a one off, it happens, but his happens roughly half the time, and not during peak busy hours.They have the Little Big Meal (LBM) $20 meal deals. These change weekly, and are usually very good. They consist of 4-6 items included, of which this location will have all but one stocked in the LBM display area. You can see on the inventory lists what items are supposed to be up there, but will need to search for the item randomly not stocked. Sometimes it will be in its normal location. Other times it will be stacked in boxes in behind the meat/seafood counter.It sounds like I am really down on this store. Im not. The quality is good, and the people are nice, it just often comes across like nobody is in charge, and it results in a lot of repeated misses on very easy things that have persisted for years.

Fresh clean organic, number one grocery store

I like the variety of items and the cooked whole chicken in different flavors. Their roasted peanut butter cookies gourmet style are the best. I buy 2 boxes.

Love the calm atmosphere of muted lights and soft background music. I went about 7 pm and it was not crowded at all.They practiced social distancing and checkout was not a long wait. I love their selection of organic fruits and veggies and their antibiotic free chicken. Lots of parking available.

Great little market, with amazing choices. One of the few places I can get Sea Dog blueberry ale.

I have shopped here off and on for many years. If you want really good fresh produce and seafood and mets this is a great place to shop. It is A LITTLE BIT PRICEY BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE SO DELICOUS AND FRESH. IHAVE NEVER BEEN UNHAPPY WITH ANYTHING i HAVE PURCHASED HERE. The staff is also good and helpful if needed

When I walked in the door there wasnt much going on but by the time I did some very quick browsing I heard one of the employees commenting on how the line was getting quite long and there was only one cashier period and just like they said, it was. I rushed over to try and make it so that I didnt have a walmart-esque check out experience but before I got to the counter two cashiers appeared out of almost nowhere and the entire line was gone including the six or seven people behind me. Way to be a great team guys!!!!

The store is older and has always been a bit dark. The quality of food in the meat department & produce department are always excellent. There is a pretty good wine & beer selection as well. Fresh flowers are a plus as well.

I have to say I was thrown off by the smell when you enter the store, I almost wanted to leave. I couldnt identify it but it didnt smell clean or fresh. However, it looked clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The porterhouse steak we bought was absolutely the best Ive had.

Go here often when I visit a family friend in the area. The store is very clean, helpful and the always have a good selection of food there.

The deli is awful. The store employees need retrained. It used to be my weekly store. After several documented issues and apologies its clear they cant fix their issues

They didnt let me buy a bottle of wine when my significant other had her ID and all I had was my military ID. She said they couldnt use it and wouldnt let me purchase the bottle of Rosé for my girlfriend to celebrate her new job.. (Im over 30 for goodness sakes)It was the short Hispanic lady working the checkout on 5/28 around 8:45pm.I dont understand why you hire people like that.

First impressions means everything.. First and last time shopping here.. My experience as soon as walked in the door wasn’t greeted by the employees that was standing at the door. Walked around look for bread asked one person that work there she quickly told me she did not know and walked away. Go to deli excellent customer service. Checkout cashier excellent customer service.

Wonderful shopping experience, as always. From sign out front requesting ALL patrons have face coverings, to the well stocked shelves, and gorgeous meat counter--is just a joy to shop here. There are many items I cannot buy elsewhere, plus the politeness of the friendly & attentive staff make the Fresh Market a MUST.Tip: try the Neuskes Applewood Smoked Bacon....but BEWARE--it will spoil you for any other kind of bacon!!

The Fresh Market is a great place to shop! They have beautiful produce and a large variety of different types of healthy fresh foods!! The sell coffee in bulk. They have a lot of flavors. Everyone that I have tried has been very good. You grab a bag, scoop up your beans and grind them fresh, to your liking. They even have complimentary coffee scoops!! The prices of things there can be a little on the high side but, its for good quality.

Too many good things but larger quantities I cant use.

We go there monthly and the meat and seafood is always fresh and the customer service is great.

I absolutely love coming here. The meat selection is fantastic and the veggies are fresh. The wine tastings on Sundays are my favorite - I always leave with 4+ bottles. All of the wines are pesticide free. The wine expert is amazing - she will help you pair any wine with the perfect cheese, chocolate, or meal idea in the store.

Very nice store but pricey items.

I recently moved to Lake Magdalene and I made couple stops by this store before. The big thing happened for my daughter first year celebration when I ordered two floral arrangements a month in advance. One day before the party I have a cancellation on my artificial center pieces. I ran to the store to get help. My surprise Daniela remembered me, the exactly order I placed and not just that she did even remember the day I have to pick up the flowers. It made me extremely happy because I was just freaked out, she has helped me with everything, she was in contact with me she send me pics of flowers, vases. I feel that I can’t even express how good is to have an employee helping you the way she did to me. It was not just about the flowers she made me feel comfortable and not be worried about it because I was so stressed out. My point is that in 12 years I never experienced such a service before in any store, florist or other market. Ihave to say that I am a Publix and Whole food loyal customer, but now and thanks to Daniela I became a new Fresh Market customer. I just moved to Tampa with my family and needed some sage for today’s meal and as astounded by how beautiful yet abundant this store was. It literally had everything. This is definitely the only place I’ll shop from now on.

Two people that get food stamps they finally take food stamps they used to not so I greatly appreciate that because I feel like we deserve to be able to shop there too

Love the high quality fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood, beef, pork, chicken, and flowers available here. The bakery is also 2nd to none. The employees are all super nice & very willing to help if needed.

Selection of product excellent!

I thought everything from The Fresh Market is supposed to be fresh and not expired well that wasnt the case. On sale they had Mac & Cheese for two dollars so got it didnt think much of it until when I got home its almost a year expired from 2017 like are you serious. Fact is now always check the expiration date on everything you cant trust stores like these anymore. The employees all need attitude checks as well not friendly and theyre unhelpful. Wouldnt recommend this store anymore used to come here often not anymore will shop elsewhere.

The people who work here are kind and patient. I dont come here often, even though the food is great. Its just very expensive. It would be nice if the prices were reduced, more people would visit this place if it were the case.

Deli and meat market could use better customer service skills, but the baker and cashiers always make sure Im taking care of!

Excellent product selection. Great butcher, deli, sushi, fresh juices, veggies. I think some of the items are over priced but you cant argue with the quality.

We went looking for seafood and got a great deal on colossal shrimp. These things were gigantic. Great too. The atmosphere os one of a small town market. You can get a lot of different items there. I always enjoy my visits, they just arent that often.

I love the variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy snacks! Usually, the meat and pastries departments are busy but service with a smile. Went Fathers day weekend and we felt like we were a burden on our requests in these departments. We will still go again, hopefully the employees will be in a good mood.

Fun place

Its ok if you cherry pick the deals. They also have things like good quality beef jerky and sometimes, bison steaks you cant find anywhere else Im aware of. Their 365 house brand is generally better quality than any competitors house brand.Finally, their (365) organic oatmeal recently tested by environmental working group (EWG) and is one of the few oatmeal that tested Roundup-free.

Warm environment

I have purchased everything from produce, to candy, to prepared foods here. But the main reason I come here is for their flowers. They always have the freshest flowers in the area. And Sue (in the floral dept) always does a great job at wrapping them beautifully!

Love this place. Much better than Publix across the street. Better prices too.

Great place to shop. I buy the prime rib and cut it into steaks. Have plenty meat in prime for sometime. I feel like their beef is awesome tasting.

Great produce and a huge selection of prepared food options

Last time I buy there at least at the produce and deli part. The lady named SARAH was so rude and doesn’t have experience in costumer service, the moment I asked for a product in produce I couldn’t find she said the app says PRODUCE so it has to be there then. Just like that and her expression and tone was SO BAD!!! Besides I asked the guy who was putting products in the produce area something else answered me bad and just pointed at things and it wasn’t what I needed it. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS A LOT.
