We went to several suppliers and looked at quite a bit of product and chose one at this location. Unfortunately, I changed my mind on what I had purchased for various reasons. I thought for sure, since it had already been delivered to my fabricator, that returning it was not going to go well. It never is a good thing to do. Mercy, our sales person, was patient and professional and after showing me more slabs we were able to leave with a beautiful piece of stone. We are 100% thrilled with their customer service.

I purchased three slabs of quartzite from Wholesale Granite, Inc. which cost $2200 each, plus tax. This did not include the installation. I spent about $13000 in total on this stone. The only thing the sales woman told me was that the stone was beautiful. However, after installation i learned that it absorbs water and stains easily, even after being sealed. This granite is not suitable for the kitchen and it is more like a marble. The sales person should have told me about the qualities of this granite before I purchased it. It chips easily bad I have chips all over my kitchen counter. In addition, wholesale granite did not sell the slab that I selected. The slab that was installed has line defects not natural to the stone. I have photos of the chips and the huge amounts of water that this stone absorbs.

They exceptional products. Fast, hardworking staff. They always have really nice pieces to choose from and it’s always loaded before I can get the paperwork done! Great place!!!!
