This is the second time we have used SAI Home Creations and we are AGAIN more than satisfied. From the moment you meet Raj, you know your project is in good hands. He truly listens to what you want and makes that happens all the while making sure to stay within your budget. He also designs with the future in mind and does a great job with keeping the design practical to optimize space and functionality. What I feel truly makes Raj and everyone at SAI stand out is their reliability and communication. A phone call or text NEVER goes unanswered. If there is a problem or something didn’t meet expectations it is immediately fixed. Our new kitchen cabinets and counter top are BEYOND quality. We will definitely be using them again for future home projects.

Raj at SAI was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted to take the dark granite in my kitchen and replace it with much lighter granite. He was so easy to work with, extremely helpful in finding the right granite for my home, and very responsive. His installers were extremely careful during the installation, and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend this business, you won’t be disappointed.

This was the best project I have ever been through. Raj and Jon both were in constant communication with us. Everybody who was sent into our home to complete the project was professional and respectful. We were told the project start date and end date at the very beginning of the project and they did not deviate from the timeline. We finished exactly on the date we were told. Raj and his team came to our rescue when a fire destroyed our home. Even during COVID, they were able to very quickly help design, build and install 4 beautiful bathroom vanities. He even went above and beyond to coordinate with the person installing my tile floors. We had our kitchen done a few years back but I wanted to update some of the doors with glass panels. I found Raj by chance and Im glad I did. Raj was very professional, responsive and did a fantastic job. Now the doors make my kitchen look new.

We wish we had found Sai Home Creations years ago! Having visited all of the big box stores we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for and the price we expected to pay. We stopped into Rajs business just to compare selection and prices. Everyone in the store was gracious and patient with all of my questions. We were very excited to find the exact granite that we had selected on our visits to the other stores. I submitted preliminary measurements, an estimate was given and Raj visited our home and took final measurements offering design options that we thankfully applied. The granite was quickly cut and installed along with a new sink. We could not be happier with the results. The kitchen has now been transformed from tired to fresh and modern. The entire process was simple, professionally completed and at a tremendous value. Would definitely recommend prospective buyers to visit this store before making any final decisions elsewhere.

Well, first impression matters! I was shopping a counter top for my business cabinet which needs to be on budget, I walked in and a lady who greeted me was nice, I felt good until I talked to a guy seemed to be manager/owner, he asked what I wanted, I showed him what I wanted and stated that I just need an inexpensive one. The guy then pointed at a piece which was ugly in my opinion, I asked him if they have any other color/option, he replied rudely you want the cheap one and walked away leaving me there with the lady, she didnt know what to respond but shrugged her shoulders, what an awkward moment.This happen months ago, today I happened to shop for cabinet and counter top and saw this store pop up on my search, it recalls my bad experience there.

I left a post a while back and somehow it’s no longer on here so I figured I would leave a review. This company is shady.. we dealt with Raj and he seemed bothered when asked questions about the services and quality. He ended up telling us he didn’t want to do business with us because we were too picky. I guess they are use to uneducated consumers who are ok with handing over a $17K check without asking questions. Or maybe he just knew the work would not be of quality. Either way, if you’re thinking of hiring this company, just look at the google reviews and the complaints on the better business bureau and the responses they give before handing over your money.Got to love the responses!

My husband and I stumbled on Sai’s Home Creations on a Sunday afternoon out. We pulled up and found a piece of granite that we both loved and decided to head into the showroom. We had no idea they were closed on Sunday’s, but Raj was there having a staff meeting and he welcomed us to look and took the time to help us find vanities and answer all our questions. To date we have ordered 2 custom vanities, counter tops, all our kitchen cabinets, kitchen counters, window sills, and hardware from Raj and had everything installed by his staff (Jim for cabinets and Felix for counters – who are also wonderful and experts in their craft). While our remodel is not completely finished I can say that working with Raj and his folks has been the most pleasant experience of the entire remodel. I would HIGHLY recommend talking to Raj about any cabinet or counter top needs you may have. He was thorough in his explanations, took time to ensure we understood all our different options, had a great eye for design, and was a very kind man to deal with. My husband and I will be back to see Raj in the future!

Wow, SAI just finished up our house today and our three bathrooms look great. New vanities and new stone tops. They are gorgeous! I bought new bathroom cabinets and granite from SAI in Fall 2014. The experience was fine, we worked out a good price, and I was generally satisfied with the quality of both cabinets and granite. Immediately after installation, it was apparent that one of the drawers didnt work properly, so I called them to fix the drawer. After repeated promises to come out to fix the drawer, they never came out, and in fact now will not even return my phone calls. I am getting bids now to renovate the master bathroom and kitchen, and although SAI offered good pricing, I would not contract with them to do the rest of the work as I could not count on them to stand behind their products if theyre not even willing to make a simple repair like this.

Worst customer service ever and the granite installed in my one was absolute garbage. This company is shady. He didnt pull proper permits. He required I pay in cash and then refuses to provide a receipt. Sanjay is a fraud. Learn from my mistake.

My wife and I cannot recommend anyone more highly than SAI Home Creations! We wore ourselves out travelling the Tampa/Clearwater/St.Pete area looking for the perfect granite or quartz kitchen counters. Raj at SAI was exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. When he saw my wife and i having difficulty with a decision, instead of rushing us he encouraged us to sleep on it and decide with clear minds. When we were adding this feature and that feature he kept up with us always wanting to make sure we would be thrilled with the end result. These are all attributes of the best of the best which usually cost the most.Did we mention that the SAI prices were the most competitive and fair of anywhere we visited? Everywhere else we felt like we were expected to negotiate, here Raj gave us his best price and then worked with us to pick the right counter top for our style and budget.Our best tips after agonizing over our kitchen for several months and then beginning it with our do it yourself mindset with multiple contractors:1) Get Raj at SAI involved up front... don’t put in floor first like we did, don’t select cabinets first like we did - both of these really constrain your counter-top choices... plus Raj is likely to be the best at your cabinetry as well. Hell give you a great education of what to consider so you can save lots of agony (that we experienced) by planning and coordinating from an informed position.Raj - if you are reading this - it has been about a month since your team installed our counter-top - and we smile every time we see it and always mention what a great partner you have been in making sure our dreams were met. I have to say - Im a fussy customer:} Ive been dealing with Sai Home creations on different installs over the past year and decided to write my first review. Normally I dont write reviews but they did an outstanding job on my new granite kitchen isle as well as the other installs Ive had done in condo units I own. I see some reviews that other people have written and some were not happy. From my experience - some people are hard to please no matter how hard you try. That being said - I recommend to at least stop by and meet the people at Sai Home Creations and put them in the mix when looking for cabinets and granite work. I have more cabinets and granite work to be done - and I can look - but Im pretty sure that Raj and Home Creations will get my work because I know in the end he will do what it takes to get me a great quality product for the best price and do his very best to keep me coming back. BUYER BEWARE! This is an unprofessional run operation. I had issues with the product and the install. Took me nearly 20 phone calls and 7 days before they responded after I paid cash in full! I would recommend paying by credit card so you have some leverage with your product if you have any issues. I will never use them again or refer anyone to them. FYI the so called customer review below Elaine Daigle is an employee within the so called business. I have filed with the BBB and next stop is *Consumer Affairs!!!! As of 7/10/14 Elaine Daigle has removed her bogus reviews below since my comments were made on this site. Just to show you that SAI Home Creations has to have employees make up a good review to cover up the BAD reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I purchased a piece of limestone (for a bar top) from Sai. When we picked it up, other than being cut to our specifications, nothing had been done to it. It was left totally unfinished. Within six months small pieces of stone began flaking out. We took it back to be repaired. It laid outside in the elements for eleven days without them making any attempt to repair it. We have stone countertops throughout our home, from other companies. All were beautifully polished and finished when delivered. Would not recommend Sai to anyone.

After researching custom bathroom vanities for weeks, we came across Sai Home Creations one day on the way home. We were impressed with their showroom and the quality of their cabinets and Raj was very helpful to answer our questions. We purchased a double bathroom vanity with drawers and granite countertop including sinks all installed and were impressed with the price Raj quoted us. The cabinets were all wood and the cost was much lower than the custom cabinets at Lowes and other places we had been researching.Raj was very good with respect to communicating via email as to when the cabinets came in and to schedule installations and templating for the granite countertops. Raj was also very flexible and allowed us to add matching granite sills for our knee wall and threshold for our shower remodel at an excellent price. Both the vanity and granite countertops and sills were installed by professional installers and Raj personally stopped by to check on the installation. The vanity installer took extra time and effort to ensure that the vanity was installed flush and level as our walls were not at all straight.We are very impressed with the final product and could not be happier. We will definitely use Raj again for future work and would recommend him to anyone for their bathroom and kitchen remodel needs.

Beware: Sai and his buddies are notorious to post positive reviews Please.do not fall prey to their false advertisement. If you want a good product, STAY AWAY from this company. Their marketing is a TRAP. Ordered two bathroom vanities (36 inch and 30 inch). Paid $2000/- upfront for the invoice of $2425/-. First ripoff, they charged twenty four hundred for two standard size vanities. Second ripoff, they promised the product will be top quality and installed only by professionals. They delivered the damaged vanity, installation was substandard, the installer was a temp contractor and never worked for SAI. Even the temp installer was embarrassed about the quality of the granite. When we complained, they demanded more money and walked out on us without completing the remodel. Not only we paid, we had to go through huge stress of having no bathrooms for months. They will not return phone calls or emails once they collected the money. See the two complaints on BBB and look their responses. Initially they said we are trying low ball the price, then they said we revealed the price to their contractors, Then they said we are cheap and cant afford,,,, the blame goes on. waited for months and finally gave up, completed the work with a genuine company for half the money we paid to SAI. Till this day they have NOT refunded our money or delivered the product. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SAI HOME CREATIONS. As they commented below please read two reports on BBB. Who is wrong? The customer who lost $2000/- and got nothing in return or company that took the money and never delivered the product!!!

We recently used SAI Home Creations for a kitchen remodel including new cabinets, countertops and backsplash. The final product looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Raj was patient and informative, giving us advice and suggestions about things that we hadn’t even considered being first time remodelers. He took time to sit down with us and was very thorough in his explanation and reasoning. He was also patient as we changed our mind about some choices, but still stuck to a time line to get the project complete. Elaine was so accommodating and easy to interact with during questions, appointments and constant communication. The two men that installed the cabinets, counters and backsplash were polite and worked hard. They rarely stopped, except for a quick lunch, were very precise and left each day with the work cleaned up and put away. The quality is fantastic and the people who made it happen could not have been more professional. We will be sure to use them for any bathroom updates in the future!
