Had not been there is quite a while. We were particularly disappointed because establishment was dirty, in our opinion. Bought 2 crab cakes and a container of lobster dip. The crab cakes tasted old and the lobster dip was bitter. Ended up throwing both items out. Will not be returning to this market.

Where did I go & get this gooood foood? I went for the first time to this establishment on Gunn Hwy. & Plantation & man! Really good selection of meats & seafood there as well as various vino selections (yea, kept price sticker on it). Assorted grocery items as well. Worth the trip & we will he back!

This butcher and small grocer has always been amazing to me. While there is another in the area with the same name.... dont be fooled! This place has all the deals and the best selection Ive ever seen. I dont think there is anything they couldnt get. (Likely they already have whatever you want anyway) look up the website or go see them in person. Youll thank me.

Usually this is a great place to get meat but the last 2 times I’ve bought beef ribs from here the meat has been rotting. I called and complained and they replaced one of the beef ribs, got home and opened them up to cook. The ribs were rotting and had a foul smell to them. This is beyond frustrating and infuriating as I’m driving back and forth wasting money, time and gas to get meat that is being sold as “fresh” when it’s rotting. Would give zero stars if I could.

Stop in there about a week ago and bought stuffed mushrooms and stuffed chicken breast. It was all mostly bread crumbs. This made me sad as I do enjoy good crab stuffed mushrooms and pretty much all types of stuffed chicken breasts. I couldnt really see or taste the crab or chicken.

Hard to find, but is a gem! We searched high and low for the Chill dill pickles which they had. Friendly service. Would stop here again.

Just bought chicken for the first time and disgusted with the nuggets. I did as is stated to cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and it is still pink inside. Awful I wish I could load a picture to show. Honestly I’m afraid to start trying to eat the other chicken we bought today. Tried the chicken Alfredo and it is very dry. Very disappointed. Good thing we had a groupon

I have been going here for 10 years. I always get the Chicken Salad, we all love it at my house. They have great specials! I was so happy with the Cobia that I recently purchased. It was so delicious and firm like a steak. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a gem. They make great home made sussage. They have an email list with really good deals. The staff also pack up meat so well it can stright into the freezer.

Was told this is the place of fresh sea food. Had to find out on my own that this place is really what I was told. Bought me some fresh cold cuts and on top of that had the two sweetest boys that took good care of my shopping. Best place to go.

Would give 5 stars as usual however there was a man not wearing a mask I asked him to get 1 he did not. I was buying food for 3 days I walked out . I do not blame the young men and women working there for anything however there needs to be a policy to not serve anyone without a mask owners lost a customer for the day not forever .and the man was leaning on the counter as well.

Bought a poterhouse and it was the worst Ive ever had. We also bought a grass fed ribeye, it was OK, but subpar for grass-fed. Wont be going back.

New to buying from the meat market and randomly decided to stop by this place and Was getting ready to walk out the door with my wife and kid simply because we really didn’t know what we were doing when all of sudden this really nice guy (I can only assume is the owner) came out from behind the counter with a sample of some awesome chicken salad gave us a tour showed us all the selections with few more samples and all their deals. Needless to say we left with a cart full of meat some spinach dip some pulled chicken. We couldn’t be happier and are more than looking forward to getting this meat on the grill. Can’t wait to get back In There and try everything

I have always recommended Land &Sea, as I always have received quality products. I returned today after a few years of visiting and was reminded of my past experiences. The service was okay, and my food selections were also okay. I enjoyed what I purchased with the exception of the olives. They seemed to be broken down from a large case and packaged into small containers. Overall, my experience was decent but certainly not what it used to be.

Shop local and shop here. The meats are fresh, higher quality than chain stores, and less costly. The good folks here are friendly and helpful. Ive seen a decline in their business out of pure laziness on the part of consumers, but correct them out, guaranteed to love them.

The store is not what it use to be. Very messy, food storage area was not appealing.

Bought the absolute worst porterhouse in my life there. I pan sear and cook porterhouses strips, ribeyes all day long and this was tougher than shoe leather. The meat actually came out white..My dog wouldnt even eat it. Where you getting this meat from? Stop hustling your customers.

Wow be careful what you get here... I am from Michigan health department and I was told to come here and try their food. Nothing you get from their store is labeled with ingredients and their product doesnt have dates on them. A few good things I had came from here like their mild sausage and brats are good. Their stuffed grape leaves are good and their burgers are good. However I had the mushrooms stuffed with seafood and their chicken cord on blue with seafood. Their seafood needs to be inspected because both of these items tasted like very old seafood that was left over and ground up very spoiled. Remind you I bought it fresh and made and ate same day. Be very cautious ...

Here is the thing, I enjoy their selections quite a bit and its nice to have a good variety.My only complaint and the main reason I dont bother going to land and sea is they will not cut a custom slice of meat when I request.I make my steaks on the 2 inch to 3 inch thick side and its not something Im willing to compromise on.Publix does it. I want a 3 inch ribeye? DoneI want a 6 pound (or more/less) pork butt? DoneIf they have it they will cut it however I want in a timely manner.Until land and sea does custom cuts for popular items (Im not asking for anything weird here.. 3 in steaks... Thats basically it, I can compromise on anything else basically) I saddly wont be enjoying their selection any longer.Which sucks because thats the only reason I looked for them (figured it would be great to get to know my local food spot and go and get my custom cuts there, every 2 days as Im a big meat eater and Im okay with dropping funds for quality food and quality experiences.Reply to this land and sea if you ever change this and Ill gladly come back and get my meats exclusively from you!

I went here to purchase a box of oysters and I was very disappointed with the service and the product. At the store, I asked the young lady who was helping me to please check the box of oysters to make sure there werent a lot of open ones (bad ones) in the box. Her reply, The box is new and never been opened. Uh, yeah, I know. Thats why I asked you to check! She reluctantly agreed to my request, pulled the box out, removed the lid and then placed it back on without moving a single oyster. Her response to me, Theres always going to be a few open. I decided to take my chances as this was my planned gift for Fathers Day and purchased the $65 box. When I got home, I went through the box to wash and put them all in a cooler of ice and 30 of the 90 oysters in the box were open! I was a little disappointed and decided to call the store to see how this could be made right. I was told the manager was in the back cooking and I would need to call his cell phone. So I got the number, called, and left a message. On a Saturday. I did not receive a call back until the following Wednesday. Keep my $20, Im just going to leave this review right here and take my business elsewhere in the future.

Bought one New York Strip Steak 6/3/17. Looked great at the store but when I opened up the package one end about 1 inch looked questionable. Cut off the end and then realized the entire center of the Steak was rotten and smelled horrible! This meat was definitely rotten!!

This place us fabulous! Has so many items that are not commonly sold in regular grocery/markets i.e.: stone crab claws, crawfish, gator bites, frog legs etc. The dips are delicious esp. Cajun crab and the artichoke spinach. They sell a garlic polish kielbasa that is wonderful. Its like venturing into a big candy store but only this is foodstuffs, and you try to decide what to buy. Yum yum yum. Ive been won over! Love it here.
