Was told that they have the new iPad in stock. Drive across the bay. Got here and no-go. Oh and Apple doesn’t believe in science but subscribes to the theatre of the masks. It’s over dude. Whatever makes you feel good.

Store is in Florida. They won’t let you in without a mask. This is the only store I’ve been in lately that’s turned me away for my choice. If you don’t wear a mask, don’t spend your money here

Unhelpful staff, condescending…

After waiting a week for appointment, then an hour in line at the mall only to be told nothing could be done for our phone..... well AT&T got the contacts off and CPR was able to upload pictures off phone. Not only the long wait and inadequate service but I was scoffed at for wiping down table being told they sanitize between each customer...... not so as we had to wait at ANOTHER table to be.sold new phone and they DID NOT wipe down table we left before putting next customers there.
