This Verizon has some great employees, Ugur was very helpful and helped me with all the questions I had regarding having a plan at Verizon. I’m currently with AT&T but Ugur kindly explained to me the benefits of switching to Verizon and trading in my phone. Sajjan is such a great agent. When I came into to the store I wasn’t sure what I really wanted, and I am a first time Verizon customer. He took the time to break down pricing and what to expect for my monthly bill in the most basic way and wrote everything down on paper. That meant a lot to me because I made it clear that one of my concerns were hidden fees when my bill generates. His professionalism, patience, and honesty were exceptional. Ugur busted his tail for us over the course of 2 days to make absolutely sure all of our familys iphones transferred over from AT&T to Verizon on a perfect basis. In doing so, he also had to overcome some corporate obstacles and, at times, was on the line with corporate for hours trying to get one of our transfers completed. During the entire time, Ugur remained patient, kind, and focused on great customer service! Hes a keeper!

Flawless experience. Stopped in while out of town shopping. Cliff was excellent. He got my iPhone 12pro in and shipped overnight before a trip I was going on. He even left work early to make sure the phone made it to FEDEX in time so I would have it the next day. Best cellphone shopping experience I’ve had in 30 years. Ask for Cliff!

Today I walked into Verizon and I was so impressed with the store. The appearances of the staff was casual but professional. The gentlemen that I worked with helped staff and customers without missing a beat. I had to ask if he was the manager. I bring this up because I was across the way at T-Mobile which I have and was very disappointed. T-shirts shorts to relax and giving me wrong info. I was told I had to pay my phone off just to have another say I didn’t. I was frustrated and upset and I went back across to Verizon. They worked with me and gave me a great deal on the phone, case, and screen protector. Professionalism, knowledge, and attention matters to me as a customer. I’d highly recommend.

Ryan (Store manager) took genuine interest in what my daughter and I were looking to accomplish with our phone. He patiently did a tremendous job setting her phone up, working through issues or bugs, and making sure we were satisfied. He actually got my monthly bill lower and paid scratch for a new iPhone12. I knew as soon as I walked into the store and saw Ryan walking on water that he would have the answer to all my phone related problems. He was very knowledgeable and heroic although I did advise him against wearing the cape whilst at work. I had an awesome experience at this Verizon store. Starting with the general manager Kevin, he serviced me very well. When I first came in I was not able to make a purchase and he did not make me feel as if I was wasting his time. He answered all my questions then I came back 3 hours later to purchase a new phone. Kevin, and his other associate Josh, were a tremendous help and they gave me a great deal on my new phone. If you’re reading this, I can guarantee you that you will receive top of the line service from Kevin and Josh.

I had a very positive experience at the International Mall Verizon store. I was assisted by Jay Velez, who was very friendly and helpful when I came in with a defunct phone in need of a replacement. He took the time to set up my iCloud storage, spam call filters, and more to make sure that I was up to date. I greatly appreciate that because I will admit that I can be very lazy keeping up with updates and backups, which led to heartbreak after I thought I lost all my photos and data off my previous phone.I thought it was gone forever, but Jay made a recommendation to go see the iFixandRepair store within the mall. I thought my phone was a lost cause but the associate, Nuno, was able to perform some sort of CPR magical miracle on the device and I got a full data recovery at no cost. Thank you Jay for recommending them! It made my iPhone upgrade a seamless and enjoyable experience. Now with my new setup and data upgrade with Jay, I confidently know that will never happen again. If there was a negative 5, that is what they would get. Ordered a new iphone 12 pro almost a month ago. Told them to ship it to Verizon store closest to me and they said no problem. It was instead shipped to tampa and after 2 different salesmen said they were sorry and it would be shipped out the next day, i still dont have it and its been 14 days since i was told it went out the next day. Then 7 days ago i was told the same thing. Then i find out yesterday it is still in tampa. Dont deal with these guys at international plaza. Very disappointing. Be lucky to get my phone 30 day after i ordered it, if im lucky!

We went to 2 different Verizon’s and felt like we got the run around at both, even from customer service on the phone! Nick was taking care of us here and we will definitely be asking for him if we ever need to go back. Ensure you ask plenty of questions if you’re calling for a device inquiry. This is authorized retail you’re dealing with, they have many tactics they use to get you in the door to finesse you into what they want.In my case, they used a bait and switch- I called for a particular phone (pretty in demand phone) because I haven’t had much luck finding one.They said yes we have it come on down, I get there and wait half an hour then get told actually it was already sold before you called and they could offer me something else that wasn’t close to what I wanted.

Luis Gonzalez, is an unbelievable salesperson. In 20 years of dealing with sales people for all different cell phone carriers, I have never had someone go so far out of their way to help solve every problem. He did not just hand me a phone and send me on my way. He made sure my wife and I were bot only happy with our purchase, but also made sure that the devices were 100% understood prior to leaving his store. If I could give no stars, I would. I went here, only because I was seeking info. and amounts to upgrade my current phone. I spoke with Alexis, who was less than friendly but gave me the numbers and explained with my trade in I would be able to upgrade and get a phone case. I placed the order, the phone was delivered to their store, Alexis called me and said she would be leaving at 3:00 that day, but everything would be ready for me when I arrived. When I got there I was dealing with Taylor, to say he was useless is an understatement. The worse customer service and experience picking up my new phone. He had to call Alexis, since she left no instructions and he apparently had never done anything there. He and the other useless employee there had never done trade-ins or upgrades. He was extremely annoyed that he had to do this and at one time Alexis actually asked if I would go to the other location she was at to complete everything. Unfortunately, I didnt feel that was something I should have to do...leave the mall, drive to another location and wait some more. Taylor complained through the process and finally ended the call with Alexis. My phone was still updating, but he actually left me and helped other people while he was still working on the trade-in paperwork in the computer. Really? When is it ok to just walk away so you can try and get another sale, instead of help the person in front of you? He came back, I asked some questions with some issues I was having, he didnt know any answers, finished in the computer, bagged my stuff and again walked off to help a new customer. This time he sat with them and left me to figure everything out on my own. Again, the worst customer service ever. Alexis for not prepping him and getting things ready or just asking me to go to a different location from the beginning and Taylor for literally treating me like it was a nightmare for him and couldnt get me out of the store fast enough. As I was leaving, no thank you for coming in, sorry for the delay, nothing. I was there for two hours. I dont think that was anyway to treat someone that just purchased a phone for almost $1500 since Im sure a commission is received. If you want better service and treated like a valued customer, I highly recommend going to the Verizon in Citrus Park, which is where I shouldve gone to begin with.

After 8 years of service with sprint I had enough with them and came in looking for new phones for my mother and I. The sales associate, Dante was so amazing to us! He went above and beyond to make our transition very smooth. My mother and I were “those customers” who showed up to the store 30 mins before close just to look and Dante was super helpful and a great seller! Total scam. Dont believe that this is a Verizon store. They are not. They are a Verizon retailer. This mean that they are permitted to sell Verizon phones and sign you up for their service but they are not Verizon. They will tell you anything for you to purchase a phone from them and this does not mean it is true. Good luck undoing what they do with the real Verizon. Buyer be WARE.

Do yourself a favor and go to a CORPORATE STORE! This isnt a corporate store so they can make their own rules such as this one. Had a phone for about a week been trying to return it and was told that only a manager can sign for return. For most of us adults at work all the time and have a very busy schedule this can be a problem. This actually works in their favor and that is why theyve created this rule in the first place.So I called corporate and had them call the store to verify when the manager would be there and when he would be leaving. I was told by the representative that the manager said he would be there until 8 oclock that night. I showed up at 7:20 PM only to be told that the manager had just left 30 minutes prior which would have made it 6:50 PM.How many times do you have to travel to a place just to return an item? I wasnt about to make a third trip again wasting my gas and precious time, so I contacted corporate and they are helping me out with sending a return label and doing it through them.Its more than obvious they use this manager signing tactic to give people the runaround in order to exhaust the 14 day window so youre locked into a contract. How ridiculous of a rule that only one person can take a return in that entire store.Again go to corporate store dont waste your time.

I work in the mall and needed to get back to work as my iPhone was updating he personally walked up my phone when everything was completed. It was the worst experience I have had with Verizon. The sales person didnt seem too interested in helping me. He didnt really pay attention to what i was saying. He then told me I could come back tomorrow. But, he, nor the two other sales persons would be there to help me. I felt he was trying to pass me over to someone else. When I asked for a business card, he said he didnt have one. He couldnt even be bothered to find one or to find a way to write something down for me.

Service exceeded my expectations. I traded in my old iphone 7 for the new iphone 11 and was in and out within an hour. The team works quickly and efficiently. Mike K was the representative who helped me.

I was greated with a Pleasant Voice, Smiling Face and much to my surprise a Warm Handshake. I informed Anthony that I wasnt as smart as my smart phone. I was needing help in deleting pictures from my cloud. Anthony verbally walked me through deleting pictures from my cloud and waited patiently while I wrote the instructions down. In addition, he went over my account and offered a better plan for my family. This experience has been the Best Customer Service I have ever had.

When walking into the Verizon store, Vito greeted me with a huge smile and I knew I was going to be taken care of! I always dreaded going into the store with an issue because Ive always felt pushed aside if I wasnt buying anything. But Vito was happy to help me no matter if it were a sale, an insurance issue, a damaged phone, helping me transfer data... and I needed help with all of the above! It took us over a week to completely resolve the issues, including working with the insurance provider that sent me a bad phone and Verizon customer care, and he went above and beyond to help me through it. Even over the phone while I was out of town!! I am so grateful that I got to sit down with Vito originally because I know my entire experience would have gone differently and been more stressful without his help. Really love going to this Verizon store in the mall.Have always been very professional and friendly.All transactions are done with ease and I leave happy.Definitely prefer this type of setting rather than the other retail stores that are crazy busy and you have to stand at a counter.
