Amazing customer service! We were walking by when my daughter spotted an Among Us design. We all ended up leaving with a shirt and lasting memory. While the shirts were being pressed, the man working was counting down with my kids and getting them excited to see the final product. He played with/Entertained my kids and did not make me feel bad when they were running around. Genuine friendly customer service is rare and you’ll definitely find it at I Custom! It was my first time in this store but will not be my last! I’m already planning family shirts for our next vacation.

I would not recommend, primarily because the shirt I bought peeled immediately after washing on delicate. However, it should be noted that the owner made exceptionally rude comments about my design choice - once he started to make the shirt, a flip switched and he started a slew of antisemitic comments. I was appalled and purchased the shirt anyway, then left as quickly as I could.

So I went back to have him make family shirts for my parent’s 50th anniversary. He did an awesome job and the entire family loved the shirts!! (Everyone got a custom shirt) He went above and beyond.I will definitely be back!!I would like to add that I encountered another customer requesting a lot of custom work. Sherif made it perfectly to the man’s liking and when it came time to pay, the guy said “I don’t want the shirt now.” Who does this to a person. Really. This is someone’s business and he can’t resell that shirt now. He didn’t say a word but you can see the disappointment on his face. What a shame.Sherif. You are amazing!!

I would give them a zero if I could.. I ordered tshirts to honor my sister who passed. I spent 654.50 plus 150 shipping to have them picked up and dropped off in time for my sisters funeral and they are horrible they peeled off that same day. I have been trying to get them to remake or reimburse me and can’t even get a call back. When I told them about the issue they said I must have ironed it or washed it in hot water when I never even made it that far. It peeled off as I was holding my ten month old the picture of my sister was literally peeling like skin all over the house and my baby. Don’t use them! Horrible

Sharif was very helpful and had so many designs to choose from. They even offer for you to choose a design from your phone to use. The prices were commensurate with the quality workmanship and shirt materials. Definitely coming back!

Highly recommend this shop. I was in need of 4 custom printed shirts. After seeing that iCustom offered same day pickup in certain locations, I called to inquire if he could accommodate the order. He said no, problem he could get it done in the store. When he got there he was efficient and did a great job transferring the image I emailed to him onto the shirt.Sharif is also super nice!

The owner did a fantastic job making all our custom t-shirts and hoodies. He has a variety of colors to choose. He also does same day custom work. You can also bring your own t-shirts and hoodies in and he will put any design you desire on it.

OMG this place is a gem!!! Wanted to get my whole family customized tees for Halloween and they were super creative with the colors and ideas !! They did it in no time and gave me a GREAT DEAL.. thought it was gonna be a hassle but was by far the easiest thing to get done in 2020! Definitely recommend y’all!! and will sure be back for XMAS !!
