I tried the direct to garment printing for my small business t-shirts and I must say they are better than expected.

I had a fitness event I was going to with my girls and we wanted some cute matching workout tanks and they where able to meet our needs. They where professional quick and gave me a great deal. I would definitely shop with them again. This shirt has been through about 3 or 4 washes now and is one of my favorite workout tanks. My girls and I got the same design on different colored tanks. Baby blue, pink, and purple.

Do not order t-shirts from this place, I believe this place is a scam! I ordered 10 t-shirts 6/20/2020 and was told that they should be ready in 10-14 days. I paid 280.00 upfront and here it is 7/30/2020 and I still don’t have my product nor can I get in touch with them. I’ve called numerous of times and I get no response. They have a google answering service which I have left messages on and still no response. This is definitely not the way to earn new clientele so if your reading this stay away! They are very shady.

I recently, mid March, placed an order for T-shirts for my business. I paid in full, required to begin production. My order was delayed and then Corona entered the picture so canceled my order. I have tried numerous times to contact T SHirt Kings for my refund. They do not answer phone, return messages or emails. I have contacted my credit card company disputing the transaction. Do not use this unprofessional company. To totally ignore the situation is definitely not the way to do business, this is stealing!! Take your business elsewhere 😡😤😡!!

Today I ordered 15 shirts for my company. I called them asking for 10 shirts but the deal was so sweet I brought 15. I ordered just the standard front & back shirt i sent them my information with my logo and the shirts was delivered a hour ago. Im very pleased with the outcome of this small businesses turnaround time. I look forward to using them again in the near future. Truly a very good service and price.

Worst customer experience ever! They dont return calls. They leave you hanging for days (and, in my case for weeks!) The only way I was able to finally get through was to call them from different phone numbers because they recognize my number and let my calls go to voice mail.My order of 100 shirts was delivered on Sept 7 and I immediately informed them that I received only 97 shirts. 2 weeks went by and I never heard back from them so I called from a different number, and as expected, they picked up. They told me they would look around to see if they had them or they would either refund the cost of the 3 shirts or reprint them. BUT, as usual, they never called me back. My last text to them was on September 25 and STILL, to date (Oct 3), no response. I now realize that even if I got through, they would lie to me again and never call me or make good on the transaction.Are you OK with doing business with a vendor who doesnt return your calls or texts? Would you put up with having to call from different numbers just to get through? What do you call a person or business who takes your money but does not deliver all of the items you paid for!? You and I deserve better than that! We work hard for our money and cant afford to be stiffed!Clearly, I do not recommend this vendor.UPDATE: The vendor just saw my review and flat out lied. After having my artwork for 2 weeks, they called me at the last hour to tell me my art was too small and that they couldnt use it. I told them they were mistaken, that my art is actually larger than the reproduction size. Then, they sent me a proof and the color was way off! My design was orange and they showed me something RED. Then they got mad at me for pointing it out and told me they dont have all day to correct it. (I gave them a sample to match and they promised they could match it!) Finally, after seeing 3 proofs they got the color to where I could approve it! Lastly, the vendor lied again in their last statement. I am a print reseller, and I informed them that MY CLIENT had used a vendor that THEY were not happy with because of color issues. Thats when this vendor told me, that I am in good hands with them because they could match it exactly and that I didnt have to worry. So hey! since when do vendors use their clients materials to keep testing their skills at getting their quality correct. He never told me he was TESTING out the color on MY shirts... On the contrary, he told me what I stated earlier, that hed look around to see if he still had them, or hed reprint them or refund my money. The just make up lies as they go along. Surely, they should have an inventory of waste material that should be used... not the customers inventory!LET THAT BE A LESSON TO YOU... IF YOU ORDER A CERTAIN NUMBER OF SHIRTS, THEY WILL USE YOUR INVENTORY UNTIL THEY GET THEIR COLOR TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE. RUN! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AS YOU CAN. (YOURE WELCOME)

I was able to get my shirt proof back within 24 hours after submitting my deposit. They delivered the shirts to my address of choice which I wont disclose here lol However they told me if I left a review they would discount my next order which Im currently in the process of doing because the shirts came out so great that I sold out FAST!!!

Ive been considering using another custom shirt printing service in Tampa and ran across some of their work. I decided to follow up with them to print 800 shirts for a business event in Atlanta, and needed them created quickly and they came through for us. I want to give a big thanks to Tampa T S-shirt kings for helping me with my 25 shirt order. I called them and told them I had a family reunion and needed a very small order. They gave me an amazing price and shipped them so quickly! They offered me doorstep same day delivery, but I had to go out of town and couldnt stick around for the delivery. However the package came the next day without issue. Ill definitely be using them for all my family functions from here on out! I would also like to mention that after making my intial deposit I was able to pay my balance in full after the job was done. They mention that they only offer delivery and I thought that was weird, but the turn around was so quick that delivery worked out perfectly. Most shirt printing companies in Tampa dont pay as much attn to detail as these guys, I came to them with a order of 96 polos and they completely nailed it. The shirts were created lovely and fit exceptionally well. I gave them out to everyone at our call center location and they loved the print quality. My mother actually ended up giving them a call to have custom jackets created for the barbers in her hair salon. Looking forward to much for more business in 2018 with these guys!!!!

I went with this business because of all the great reviews. Definitely wont be back because of the shady business they do. I placed an order for 18 shirts on 05/09 and told them I needed the shirts by 05/14. I told them I understand that this is last second, but they assured me they would have my shirts ready before the deadline. I was quoted $22.00 for each shirt, which I was fine with because I realize the deadline which was given to them. I sent them an email with the design I wanted on the shirts in which they told me they would have to charge $28.00 because of the colors I wanted, and what method they would have to use to accommodate, but would just charge me $25.00 plus a one time setup fee of $25.00. I was completely okay with that, so I decided to continue with the transaction. He told me that I had to pay an invoice by 3pm that day for $475.00, which I did. I emailed him two days prior to the deadline and asked if I could arrive at their business address to get the shirts and got no response, so I decided to call, and I still got no response even after leaving several messages. On the day I was suppose to get the shirts, I went to their business location and knocked on their door and waited for about an hour in the rain and no one answered. You could see lights on in the room, but no one decided to open the door.I ended up having my friend call him the next day using her phone to which they pick up immediately and I begin talking to them on the phone asking why I was being ignored and left in the dark about everything, and they just tell me their printer had an error - the same story they told another person who ordered shirts from them that you can read in this review thread as well - and that they were willing to get the shirts to me today and give me extra shirts. I said no that I wanted a refund and asked why my emails were not responded to, to which he replied that they also had technical issues. I told them I have already started a dispute with my credit card company because I never received the items I paid for. I was told by him to cancel my dispute in order for him to refund me. My credit card company told me to absolutely not do that until I see that amount refunded in my account because once you cancel a dispute, you cannot redispute that transaction.Long story short, I paid for items I never received and have not yet received my full refund.

I called this company a few weeks ago for a small order of 35 shirts that I needed to get done. They asked me all the usual questions regarding my order to price me, however they then turnaround and offered me free Graphic design services. I didnt have any vector art in mind so I quickly jumped at the opportunity to get a pro design. Thats not bad, considering they even deliver the orders outside of usual business hours. This company was really easy to deal with, I didnt feel like I was dealing with a typical shirt printing company in Tampa... it felt like a startup 🙂 I love how the business works and I could see myself using them more and more!! The only downside to using Tampa T Shirt Kings, is that the free Graphic design added on a extra day to my projected turnaround time. I would of liked for it to be created within the time I expected. However my design was highly specific and required time to create it, so that was fair enough.

I have been in touch with your team over a month now. Had someone telle theyd get me a quote over 2 weeks ago and I have been ghosted. No contact via email, your personal Google messenger, and all my phone calls and voice mails are ignored as well. Many reviews state that they are hard to get in touch with and your orser/questions will go unanswered. This seems to be the case for my inquires and order.I cannot speak to the level of quality of work being done but as far as Customer service goes there needs to be some major improvement.

I called in last week looking for 15 shirts and they did such a wonderful job.My daughter had a soccer team and need the shirts rushed over to her team in a few days.The agent was able to help me, he said he would need to call me back to get permission to order except the job, he called me back in 20-30mins with approval and a free artworkDesign on the house!That was so awesome!! They provided me with a email mock-up design and it look’d good. I didn’t even need to ask for changes, it was so good. This company is unlike any of these other shirt companies.They are interested and highly educated about the entire t-shirt printing process, really nice customer service.I had a nice experience using them. Next time Im going to order the design services for sure. I used a design I made and it didnt come out as great as I would of liked. Or i could of created my shirt on the site, but i understand now its better to hire a professional lol They sent me a mock-up showing me my shirt with my design on it before they went to print. They noticed the issue saying the lettering and image was off and faded. However I was being stubborn and went with it anyway. The shirt concept was a funny meme i found Instagram. Then customer service lady told me my artwork was low resolution but I didnt listen.

Man my shirts came out so dope. I can’t belive they were able to help me out. I need 350 shirts with custom screen printing and they did it!!! Very good experience. I will be back for more as soon as my group finishes up this event, I’ll be back for eithe sublimation it direct to garment printing very soon!!!

This has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience.My family and I decided to do a local walk, in support of our family member with a chronic illness. I thought it would be a wonderful tribute to have tshirts made to walk as a group. A few weeks ago, I was calling different places for quotes and ultimately decided on Tampa tshirt Kings because of the price and positive reviews. I was quoted 15/shirt and only needed 10 shirts.I spent a lot of time designing the shirts and once I was completed with the design, I printed it and drove to the STORE in Tampa, expecting to meet with someone to drop of my order and design. When I pulled up to the shop, I waited until their business hours said they open and called, only to find out there was no one at the shop, they were out doing deliveries. I was told to email my order. I was a little frustrated that I drove all the way over there but still wanted to proceed with my order as time was running out.About 10 days before the walk, I emailed my order. No response or acknowledgement that my order was received. I emailed them again, asking to acknowledge my order. Nothing. Finally I called again and left a message. I got a return phone call. I was told I would be emailed an invoice from PayPal. I received the invoice, reviewed it, and was annoyed to see that there was an additional $25.00 set up fee/printer fee that was never quoted. I told my family they would have to reimburse me 17.50 / shirt instead. They were OK with that. I paid.Fast forward to the Friday before the walk on Sunday. No emails or calls with an update on delivery. I called Friday evening no answer. Left a message. Saturday morning, I call two times in the morning and send an email. No response. I asked my husband to call them from his number since they werent responding to me. He does, but doesnt leave a message. WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW--DESPITE THE FACT I CALLED 3 TIMES THEY CALL MY HUSBAND BACK IN 10 MINUTES. Up to this point, they had never communicated with him so I assume they probably thought it was a new customer calling. So the owner tells them theres a problem with their printer. They are trying to get the shirts done. They ask my husband when the shirts are needed by..... SERIOUSLY? I told them that when I placed my order. I wasnt around my husband when he took the call.I call them back one hour later, very upset at this point. Especially since I called 3 times and they never called me back. I asked why did they call my husband right back but I called you three times and no response. The owner tried to claim he was just returning a missed call. Oh really? And the three missed calls from me, internet message and email were never returned? The owner kept saying, like I told your husband...... the printer had problems but we will be able to fulfill your order. He said he knows the walk is early tomorrow and he can meet us in the morning somewhere with the shirts. I said OK, please remain in contact. Obviously this is not ideal as I wanted to see the shirts first.So heres the conclusion to this saga. 10:00 pm just now, the evening before the walk in the morning, I get an EMAIL FROM PAYPAL that my money has been refunded. They didnt even have the courtesy to call and apologize. Tomorrow is the walk and despite months of planning, we will wear white t-shirts not the shirts I designed with my family members photo. I asked my sister if we should make a poster but its so late now to even think of an alternative. Despite the fact they promote that they take small orders, and all the positive reviews, it seems as if you have 1,000 shirt order they hussle to get that done. But for a small order it goes to the back burner. Sometimes those small orders and connections lead to large business in the future. So its important to stick to your word and do what you promote you will do. This was a awful experience. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered 500 custom t-shirts for screen printing and Tampa T Shirt King did a wonderful job capturing.I asked for the highest quality shirts and they gave me amazing discount and artwork.We had the shirts made to promote our brand this summer and found it would be easier and cheaper just to purchase in bulk.They finished the shirts and they look simply wonderful and we will be ordering more in the near future.I was wondering did they do contract screen printing and the sales rep mentioned I would get a custom coupon for returning customer only.My Friends really loved the design for the front and back prints on my tees. My friends really like the concept design that Tampa T Shirt Kings provides me to get me started.The mock-up was emailed back to me in 24 hours even though they advertise a 3 day turnaround on artwork. What I needed done was pretty basic, luckily they specialized in no minimum next day service, which made things a heck of a lot easier. A friend of mine actually recommended them to me. I as well can say that Ive had a really pleasant experience using them. My friend had 15 shirts for his fraternity created for his group at USF and they came out really nice as well. My only request next go around would be that they didnt charge me 75Cents per mile for delivery. I live out in Clearwater and those miles can really add up. Im going to use them again soon for a conference my womens group is having this winter in Canada. I usually just hand out business cards and call it a day lol.

On the website it says no minimum to order. However when I went to place a order the price between 1 shirt wasnt to far from purchasing 5 or 10. So I gave them a call before my checking out because I felt the price was absurd. Kasey explained to me that when you purchase in volume the price changes dramatically. See thats the thing about buying custom t shirts in Tampa, you never know whats the minimum gonna run you. Aside from that I was able to get 5 shirts, I spent a little more but he gave me half off the front and back design. They delivered my shirts the next day which was fine.

Im in California and needed 8 shirts overnighted for my group. I sent over my designs and was able to have them add on some extra characters to booast thr shirts appeal.My T Shirt Kings is outstanding!! Im not a complainer but i would of liked to know about the next day t shirts fee for printing. I will say that i do appreciate the fact that they worked diligently about my order.They also went sp far as to update me on my job when a small quality issue arrived with our logo pixalation.The art dept came through and fixed the issue by redesigning my image. They actually wind up maling the logo better then it was before..

Wow, wasnt expecting to get my shirts this fast and the quailty was on point. Ill be back for more.

Will not be ordering as I cant even navigate their website. A pop up for a mailing list (that you cannot close or bypass) prevents you from going further. No thanks.
