So I decided to go with this company because of the good reviews it received. So I took a chance. An ordered $800 worth of T-shirts. My design was simple just words on the front of the shirts. I was excited but when I received the product the sayings were not the same. I sent her pictures and wrote down in detail how I wanted the shirts! It’s as if she went to Walmart and got them made there! These shirts are nothing like the product I presented! I’m so disappointed. I literally do not want to sell the shirts! This is the biggest lost I’ve taken ever! I trusted this company an now believe I should have gotten a sample first. You live an learn! But i will never do business with arts and graphics of Tampa. Went here to get a jacket printed on, they did a terrible job and completely messed up the design. When I asked for a refund they said it would take 30 days and if I gave a bad review, they would not give me my refund. It’s been over 3 months since then and I have still it gotten my refund, don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is the first review I have ever written in my life since I dont care to waste my time but absolutely horrible customer service. I call the listed company and advise Im in a bind and need two little 1 inch Honda logos cut from vinyl. She advises no problem that it would be $15 so I said that would be fine and I said I would be by there in a couple hours to pick it up. I then sent a text message with the Honda logo so that there would be no confusion of what I needed. She then replied back asking what time I would be there, so I advised around 3 p.m. So I arrive around 315 p.m. and the logos are not cut and she (lady that cuts the logos), isnt even there. So I call her and ask her why the logos are not cut and she says she does not do any work before being paid for the job, which I have no problem with but she never said anything about needing to pay prior. I could have easily have paid her over the phone or via PayPal if she would have said anything. So then I asked why shes not even at the shop if she was expecting me to be there. I told her that I have owned my own business for 31 years and that she just provided some of the worst customer service I had ever seen and she advised she feels that she did not do anything wrong and when I said, well then youre an idiot, she hung up.

I ended up doing business here by pure luck I was driving around looking for someone to create a custom logo for my business but everywhere I went was over priced or the designs just didnt meet my needs, but after I received the best quote possible from the designer I knew this was the place for me, when I seen the finished product it was well beyond my expectations I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to do great business a great company.Sincerely Will
