One of my friends recently launched a new company. As a surprise gift for him, I decided to have some shirts and hats embroidered with his company logo. B&B Sports went above and beyond, and the embroidery turned out beautifully. The communication was great during every step of the process. I also felt like the pricing was very fair, and the job was completed much quicker than I anticipated. Michael Bork was an amazing sales representative who was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

We ordered T-shirts as the mechanism for a fundraiser. The B&B team was incredibly helpful! Their designer patiently worked with us on several design changes, and executed each change promptly. Shirt production was incredibly fast, and the shirts themselves are of exceptional quality! Pricing was very aggressive; we ended up hitting a quantity break that allowed more of the proceeds to go to the funding target than we expected. Overall, there was not a single aspect of dealing with B&B that could be improved upon; they were fast, efficient, skilled, talented, and extremely pleasant to work with! Very highly recommended for any task, large or small!

We have used B&B for our jerseys for the past two years for our lacrosse league - not team but full league - and they have delivered exactly as expected. Great quality at a great price, but they also worked with us during the design and ordering phase to figure out what worked the best for our situation and how to keep costs as low as possible. I do not have any doubt about the good reputation of this company, and I am completely sure that the good reviews are for real. However, my experience was not like that. We followed their procedure to place the order; 2 weeks later they had embroidered on the wrong color of T-shirt. I understood that things happen and and they promised me that they would solved it in two days. After that and for two more weeks they did nothing to correct the problem and placing the blame on their provider (bad customer service practice because my deal is with B&B Sports and no with the provider) Probably they deal with big companies and when the order is small like ours they do not care too much. Having said that they also did the refund in a very timely matter but at the end we are again on square one trying to find another company to do the process. Time is money and we are wasting our. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company

Kathy was so helpful and my order was exactly as promised. They went above and beyond to help me with my class shirts for my college. We were pressed for time and had a very specific design that had to go on a dri-fit shirt. They nailed it and the price was cheaper than everyone I talked to. I will be ordering again! I highly recommend them!

I spoke with Stephanie regarding a mutual customer and she was very difficult to deal with and not very pleasant. I requested to speak with their owner and she advised simply not going to happen. There are so many other options in the Tampa area, I would highly recommend that you take your business anywhere other than B&B, youll probably be that much better off for it.
