Just out did all expectations for an install. All who I have had contact with were first rate. Price beat all others. Can’t recommend highly enough, one mis-step with the cutting board was handled with professionalism.

We had a great experience at KB! Their prices are so affordable compared to finding stone at a wholesale and using an independent fabricator. The same stones that were $65 to $90 per square foot here were over $20 to $40 per square ft more elsewhere. If you have a smaller project, they have lots of remnants to choose from for amazing prices. The staff were all super nice and the installers were extra great. There were a few hiccups during installation but they fixed anything necessary. Their turnaround times were very quick compared to the several other fabricators we talked to. Great value and highly recommend!

Our experience with KB has been amazing from start to finish. They have very detailed-oriented and reliable employees doing the measuring, scheduling, and cut planning. Most of all, their installation crew was top notch. Benjamin P was a perfectionist and took his time to make sure our counter was impeccable. We picked KB Factory Outlet because of all the great ratings on Google, and we were not disappointed :). They have a large selection and allowed us to browse at our own pace. Honestly, the most difficult part was trying to decide which stone to pick because they are all beautiful. There was a bit of a set back closer to installation, but the team was able to resolve it quickly. If we ever change out our counter tops again, we are definitely going back to KB. Also, everyone was a pleasure to work with; shout out to Mike in sales, Venessa in scheduling, John with fabrication, and both Mason and Samuel in installation, you all did a terrific job!

KB Factory deserves a 5 star review for the end to end user experience, price, and product. I made an appt at the showroom to pick out quartz to replace a 20 year old kitchen and high bar counter. The prices are good and selection was extensive. A single in home measuring session was setup followed by viewing the quartz layout back in the showroom. John Junior and Jack were my install team and were incredible. They arrived promptly on time, tore out the old kitchen counters and sink, installed everything in 4 hours or so. They even cleaned the new counters after the last steps of silicone sealant were applied. All considered their service was luxury level and for a most fair price.Pics here are the kitchen Before and then immediately After install (before the plumbing was reconnected).

After reading reviews and comparing estimates, we chose KB because they had the best price and stellar feedback to go along with that. Our budget wouldnt allow us to redo the entire kitchen, so the most cost effective upgrade we could make was replacing the countertops with granite, and swapping out our old sink/faucet with a new stainless steel undermount sink/touchless faucet. KB didnt disappoint. They were professional, responsive, hard working and timely. They guided us through the process, from measurements and templates, to choice of slab and installation. The price was all up front with no hidden charges. The only thing that we paid extra for was an upgraded sealant for the granite that came with a 15 year warranty. Their choice of slabs was adequate at our price point. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, from the salesperson I dealt with on the phone, the staff at the Tampa location, to the installers who came to our house. The only gripe that we had was the cutout for our drop-in cooktop was done after the granite was put into place. The amount of dust not just covered everything in our kitchen, but most everything in the house! We wish that couldve been done ahead of time at the warehouse along with the other cuts.

Almost a 5 star experience, I want to rate at 4.5 stars but cant figure out how to do the 1/2! Rochelle was very good and helped us find a substitute quartz when our first choice was unavailable. She spent extra time with us even though I was a little disgruntled. My mood was mostly influenced by a bad experience with a different fabricator---sorry Rochelle. John and Bruno, our installers did a great job. They did the right thing when a large section had to be transported back to their facility to be cut 5/8th of an inch shorter. There were a couple of bumps in the road of our experience but I would recommend KB and I commend their employees for their professionalism.and great attitudes.

KB Factory was great, from the first email to the installation was a breeze. I requested a quote online from KB Factory and 2 other places, Mike from KB Factory literally emailed me back a quote based on my measurements within 2 hours, the other companies took over a week. 🙁 (Actually I had to call back one of the other companies to remind them that I requested a quote.) The other companies had a lot of hidden fees but its ok because KB had the best price w/ ZERO hidden fees. The entire process was ridiculously easy. Everyone I dealt w/ at KB Factory were extremely nice and professional from Mike, Kevin, Daniel and the installers Mario and his son Johnathan who did an amazing job w/ installation. I am a happy satisfied customer, love the finish product!

The prices here are outrageous. You shouldnt be paying more than 45-50/sq ft for any level 2 or 3 stone, fully fabricated AND installed. I saw $65/sq... $75/sq... Thats insane. Level 5 isnt even that much anywhere else. Go to SK stone, Olympia, and Nexus. Contact great american for fabrication. PS Im a builder - no skin in the game other than helping others.

Be careful and have someone inspect the work! Can you imagine your sink breaking twice on you from poor installing? Brought the total sink package from them and they did not install it properly. Very disappointed and do not recommend the company. Buyers beware....

My experience with KB was great !!The collection they have and the ideas are awesome. I had some issues during instillation due to technical problem with my kitchen cabinets. Sid (the manager )came to my house in a heartbeat and not only fixed the problem by immediately cutting a new piece of stone to solve the problem. He was very generous and gave me the old stone piece and installed it in another part of my kitchen practically for free. I felt Im in good hands with them. They are the best !!!

There is a huge gap by our bar that the company refused to fix nor warn us about. They replaced our sink, then brought the old one back a day later and left it outside of our front door. Terrible customer service when we were asking for help to fix the problem. Family members who were going to use the company also disappointed to see an unfinished job.Very disappointed. 5 stars plus plus plus! The folks at KB are exceptional! We had installed kitchen counters backsplash and bathroom counters and we were a lil nervous. Maurio and his son went above and beyond for my husband and I, he installed all the stonework with mastery skills and handled with such great care! There were issues that I didn’t consider and Maurio fixed every issue, masterfully, cutting on sight, coloring epoxy, even carving stone for an area we had to fix and didn’t even consider! Maurio and his kind son stayed very late so they could complete the job and complete it well!! He didn’t skip a step or look for a shortcut he delivered excellence- a rare find these days!!! Also, Sid and John exercised utmost patience with me as I set the template measurements against the stone to see how it would cut and flow, again exceptional service! Sid even returned to our home after 2 measurements to make sure the stone’s beautiful veins would flow properly with the cut! Even after completion, Sid called me to say he wanted to fix a minor issue because it’s important that we are fully satisfied with their services!!!You are getting far more than fabrication you are getting a work of art! Mike too walked us through the showroom to help us even figure out which stone, and I changed my mind 3xs - yet we were always greeted with warm smiles and no problem attitudes! There’s so many others in administration Vanessa and Richelle and the guys that removed the old backsplash. All were very responsive to address any concern I raised! Without hesitation, I recommend these folks at KB!

Decent experience. Couldnt beat their pricing. Mike, their floor salesman, needs to work on his people skills and manners greatly. When you call up there, all you get is an un-inviting, This is Mike. Who knows if you got the number right and that you called KB. Their timeline was solid for completion and they showed up when they were supposed to. The gentleman who came out to go my template, a buff Spanish guy whose name escapes me, was phenomenal. Fast forward to today for install- I called to get an approximate arrival time since I had errands to do, the gentleman who handles their scheduling (who also doesnt answer the phone stating I reached KB) said theyd call 30 min prior to arrival. Perfect. As soon as I go to run an errand, I get a call saying theyre there and nobody is home. Imagine that? So much for the 30 min heads up. Installers did a great job too, as far as I can tell, and they were very friendly. Hopefully their techs/installers can teach some people skills to their office staff.

We just needed a small amount of granite for a kitchen renovation to add in a breakfast bar. KB Factory gets 5 stars for the efficiency of working with Mike. He immediately recognized the granite and found a match; we were done in 15 min. The measuring processing was good, they were on time and efficient. However getting the installation scheduled was awful and I would give negative stars if possible. We were stood up twice and we never received calls to let us know when the installations were going to happen or that they needed to be delayed. We also confirmed the appointments the day before, and were only told that there was an issue when no one showed up and we called to see why. We always had to be the ones to initiate the conversation and had to continuously follow up, even after we were promised a call back. Staff was always polite but it does not excuse the lack of communication. On the 3rd installation attempt, we were told the installer would arrive in 30 min. but he didnt show up so we had to call for another status. The installer showed up in 90 min (not 30 min), which was also 30 min after the original install window given to us. When he did arrive Michael worked hard and efficiently. The granite looks great and there were no issues with the fit.

First walked into the main office at the Largo location and was greeted by Rey the salesman. He had asked what we were interested in and we told him we needed to see about counter top and get a quote.I forgot the kitchen layout and he was able to figure out what was needed by my quick drawing of the layout and measurements, which I had memorized due to having to redraw the plans over and over. I thought that was very professional.He then took us to the warehouse where we looked at the slabs of granite and quartz. I liked the fact that he was not one of those pressure salesman. Also helped that we pretty much knew what we wanted. We found a quartz that I liked very much and just happened to be on sale. After that we returned to the office and completed the transaction.Now we have to wait for the template to be done and I am hoping that goes as smoothly as it did with Rey. More to follow.

From the first time we went to KB Factory Outlet we were impressed with the company. The sales person was very helpful and allowed us the look around at all the slabs and ask questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After we chose our granite Mike gave us a quote based on our measurements. The fellow that came to the house to measure and make a template was as helpful and professional. We got a call from Adde, the production guy, and he told us that my measurements were not accurate and gave us the final price. When Mario came to install the granite there was an issue that caused the large piece to crack. He quickly called the shop and they began to cut and prepare a new section. A few days he returned and completed the job. The entire crew did a wonderful job of installation and finishing. We are extremely pleased with the work and price. The final price was about half of what other companies quoted. The only add on was the sink. We have since had KB Factory Outlet install granite and sinks in our bathrooms and are satisfied with the installation and price.

The work was done well but the communication was not good. I was charged for a dishwasher bracket and while the countertop was being finished the installer said they didn’t bring one. He said he’ll bring it by on his way home, he never did. I called and left and message and never got a call back. I called again and was told that someone would be bringing one by to my house that evening. They never showed up. Seems like they stop caring about the customer the second the job is done.

Once I got past the sales portion everything ran smoothly. Choosing the right slab for me was hard because of their large selection. Tony, the measuring genius, did a perfect job measuring for my counter tops. This made it easier for Mario and his partner (the installers) to do their job with ease. The installers kept everything clean, even down to having to make a couple of cuts in my house with little dust. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Walked into KB and was immediately greeted by friendly staff, Tim was extremely welcoming and friendly. We had been referred by a couple of friends and KB did not disappoint. The granite slabs are beautiful, very reasonable priced, and we knew exactly what we wanted but the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, worked with pictures we had and wrote a great estimate for us. Template measuring was scheduled quickly within a week and we couldnt be happier with the process thus far. Highly recommended!

Took us three sessions there to decide what Granite we wanted Mike was very patient and helpful. He has a great deal of knowledge about their product and can guide you to the right selection.Our kitchen consisted of almost 70 square foot of granite and three different sections the whole job only has about 6 inches of seam which you can barely even see. Installation was on time quick and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Quality granite

I looked at a bunch of competitors and decided to go with KB Factory because of the pricing and the amount of inventory. I visited several times looking for the perfect slab. They had a nice rotation of inventory coming in so every couple weeks Id see something new. They showed up on time for installation. They had a fluke on the drive to my house. One of their clamps snapped en route and a piece for my kitchen fell over and broke during a turn. The driver was extremely apologetic as soon as he showed up and explained what had happened. He got everything installed that he could without that piece. He apologized profusely and had a replacement cut out and delivered 3 days later. The installation was smooth and quick. They did a great job and it looks stunning. Even though there was an issue with some of the Granite breaking the first time out, they were very professional and had it replaced and installed within days. I would highly recommend them.

Just had our counter tops installed last week and they look great. The entire project was the best from the first visit, selecting the granite, templates, installation and it all happened in a little over 2 weeks. Prices were very reasonable and everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. Great staff and a pleasurable experience.

Kevin came to my home to measure for granite today for 2 bathrooms. He was professional, knowledgeable and had great ideas. He helped me solve a couple of problems that I had not anticipated.

To date, my husband and I have had a good experience with KB Factory Outlet. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Today, Kevin came to measure our counter and make the template. He called ahead, arrived when he said he would, was efficient, and friendly. He explained the procedures to follow and answered all of our questions.
