In January, 2020 we had to do complete remodel of our master bath due to water damage! Once again Plazza Natural Stone was our go to for outstandingly beautiful granite! We had previously remodeled our kitchen and were so pleased with their professionalism & attention to our every need, we didn’t hesitate to use them again! And are so glad we did! Professional, timely and great value.

From start to finish, Plazza Natural Stone was efficient and professional. The designer (Marin) found us the perfect countertop product (Quartz) at a very reasonable price. The tech that measured the template must have been some sort of puzzle-genius (we have an odd shaped counter and island) because the finished product fit perfectly when it arrived for installation. The installers were friendly, hardworking and obsessed with cleaning the work area when they finished. We had one miscommunication about construction rules in our condo building, but the installers were quick to adapt to the situation.

Plazza Natural Stone was a delight to work with! We found them on line, selected after discussions with several vendors. The staff at Plaza Stone were all courteous, attentive, had several helpful suggestions, competitive pricing, organized, accessible, and went out of their way to meet our aggressive scheduling needs. Their workmanship was excellent! I would definitely use them again.

We are very happy with them and would definitely give them your business. We have some friends who saw their work and how happy we were with them and now they also plan on having them do their house. The sales team were very pleasant to work with along with the owner John Paul. They followed up with us a couple of times just to make sure we were happy customers and to ask us if we had any concerns, or questions before and after the sale and installation. Excellent service and communication with the customer. Had me look at the original slab ordered as it had a natural fissure running through it. Timeframes were honored for installation and very helpful in arranging a plumber who had very fair prices to complete hookups after counter installation. Installers were professional and detail oriented.

This is the second project we have hired Plazza Natural Stone to do in our home and we could not be happier. Not only do they do great quality work, but in contrast to some other companies we received quotes from, they were not pushy or trying to sell us on their company. We chose them because we liked their style and customer service. The entire process was easy and everyone was extremely communicative. All of the employees that came to our house to measure, install, etc... were professional and friendly. JP and Marin did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions and taking the time to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend.

The most positive experience I have had in a long time. This company is professional from start to finish. We were greated by the Office Manager upon arrival. Marin then greeted us and she was awesome. Kept us informed all along the way. Very responsive and very helpful. John Paul was just fabulous along with Oliver who came out and made the template. Started with Marin for estimate to Johnny for template then onto Juan & Franky for countertop installations to Fernando & Cristian for installation of backsplash. Amazing work from these men who took complete pride in their work. This business is poorly run. Horrible quality, craftsmanship and business practices. The owner will not do what he says, had to pay another company to fix full height granite backsplash that wasnt full height, install sink clips and repair custom cabinets that were damaged. I am filing suit against them, dont give them the chance to rip you off too.
