Staff are excellent! Place is clean and tidy. The scare factor was awesome for my 4 yr old. He loves Halloween stores.

The manager is extremely disrespectful. No common decency for his customers. Got mad at my child and called him by inappropriate words proceeding to try and fight my 15 year old child. Definitely needs new staff, never returning to this location again

Manager was respectable but a cashier that wasnt even ringing me up was the rudest little wannabe somebody I have ever encountered. Save your time and get your Halloween stuff from party city or walmart. Even dollar tree has better customer service!!

The customer service here is awful, I’ve been to many spirit Halloween’s and this was by far the worst one. These two white ladies that were suppose to be handling the dressing room area specifically caught an attitude with me because they didn’t know how to do their job, I was very polite with them but they were very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I walked in last week to look around, the staff was hanging all over the counter and we were watched by a guy the entire time.. just went to part city where Im repsected instead

I waited in line for 30 min when there was only 2 people infront of me and 2 at the register. Worst and slowest customer service ever. There is no reason 3 employees need to be assisting the same customer. Not organized.

Dont want to drive all the way to the store to find out they dont have what i need, bit the phone numbert you to a corporate phone messaging system where you still cant reach a human..... This alone lost my business dont have time to waste driving around and I one answers phone.

This place was very difficult to locate, due to lack of exterior signage. It is in the westshore mall, down by the lenscrafters Crafters and Maggianos. There is no point in calling the phone number to try to identify the location. It puts you in an infinite loop on a computer. The staff, in the store, was very nice though. But they were completely out of sizes on Halloween.

This place is a lot of fun to shop at. Many many different varieties if you cant find what youre looking for here then youre not at the right place.

Smaller store than others Ive been in. Pricey too. Employees seemed nice enough.
