They were very patient and knowledgeable - we picked the perfect cigars so much so that now our friend wants to order the same ones for delivery to ATL! The Owner Odelma also rolled a special designer cigar for me in honor of my birthday!

Such a good vibe here, especially the back area with the small koi pond, perfect to relax for a minute and breath in something sweet.

I am so thankful for having the opportunity to visit the shop Super Bowl Saturday! I spent maybe 60 dollars on cigars and the gentleman on the cash register was so gracious to sale me a case that was placed under the register to take my sticks home! The lady inside this place was so helpful, and makes a great shot of espresso.I walked in just for the espresso but left with two cigars and other fine tobacco products. Visiting family in St.Pete and took a trip to Ybor City. I was looking to get some cigars and ended up coming here. We walked in and were kindly greeted by Odelma. I came in on a Sunday so Odelma wasnt there rolling but the cigars are luscious and full of flavor without being bitter. Really impressed with the quality and flavor and I have to say that they are in my top ten favorite cigars. I will order more online when Im almost out.

Great smokes but I was a bit confused by the service. It was the end of the day and I bought 8 cigars that totaled about $60. After taking my money the girl at the register told me that if I had bought 10 cigars I could have gotten a discount and only spent $55. She then gave me one more coast for free but wouldnt let me redo the purchase to take advantage of thedeal. I love these cigars but an still a bit agitated by the strange customer service. I would likely have bought even more cigars of she had given me the discount to begin with...

First and foremost, the cigars are spectacular!!! I have NEVER had a badly rolled cigar, and they are flavorful, and good to the nub (Dont burn your fingers - theyre that good!). Secondly, Odelma and staff are extremely hospitable, and the place is immaculately clean.I live in the NYC area, and the place was highly recommended by a family member who lives in Tampa. I have been to many spots in Ybor but this is the only company that I order cigars from. A MUST if you love premium fresh rolled cigars, and a MUST if you want to feel good when you buy them.

This is by far my favorite cigar shop in Ybor City. Ive tried several other shops and they are good but every cigar Ive had from La Faraona have been great and have exceeded my expectations. Construction and flavor of each cigar is as good or better than any other Cuban made cigar Ive had. The owner, Odelma, and her staff are always friendly and are eager to make sure youre pleased with your cigar smoking experience.
