I paid 99$ to fix my screen and it was defective... I tried to get it repaired but they only give you 90 days and didnt want to take into consideration that theres a pandemic. They took a whole week to replace the glass and did a horrible job in fixing it.

Made an appointment for $60 screen repair! Screen looks great. Giving 3/5 starts for customer service. My time is valuable. I work 3 jobs and therefore I do not have a lot “free” time. If I am told it will be 1 hour, I expect it to be 1 hour. Not “1 hour”. I purchased an at home screen repair kit but figured going to a business would be better (so I returned it and used the offer). When I asked what the process was and why it took an hour (just so I could get an understanding) I was told that “they just did it very carefully”. I returned an hour later and was told they still weren’t done. Not sure why.. nobody else was there and it was very quiet. I heard the employee Jazmine ( I believe that was her name because that is what was printed on the receipt) talking with someone in the back for a solid 10 minutes before then emerging. I give 5/5 for Efficiency and affordability but 1/5 for time and customer service. It equaled to a 3/5 stars for me. Workmanship was great but wonder if I could have saved some money and done it at home since “nothing specialized” was required to fix it apparently.

I had a fairly decent experience with Sell-Phone Clinic repairing the cracked screen on my Galaxy S5. They had the part in stock and the repair was reasonably priced. One of their competitors wanted more than what I originally paid for the phone. It took 2x as long as they initially told me but they were up front that they were having an issue with the repair. The repair comes with a 90 day warranty. The phone looks brand new and, so far, is fully functional.

I went to fix my iPhone Xs Max LCD and the guy told me i had to replace the whole screen which i did that then one day later my screen started glitching every time i would get a phone call or a message or sometimes it would just do it randomly. The touch screen was not responsive but sometimes it would just go away & that same day i tried to wipe the screen with my own shirt and it crack, I normally wipe down my phone and this never happens. I tried taking it back the next day and i told them what happened and the guy couldnt do anything because it was already cracked. Worse place to go to, wasted money for bad customer service. 👎🏼

Thats for the great service!Original review: 3 starsI called for a quote to replace a cracked screen. The cost was significantly lower than what other repair shops had listed on their websites. I dropped my phone off at 1:30pm and provided my email address as a contact method when the repair was complete. I told the owner I would be able to pick up my phone between 5:30 and 6, he confirmed that the shop would be open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 to find that the store was locked up. I had received no communication that the shop would close early. I was without my phone for rest of the evening which caused a significant inconvenience.The next day I went in to pick up my repaired phone. I spoke with the owner who claimed the email address I provided sent back undeliverable notices. He said he had to leave early due to an emergency.My screen is fixed for less than a competing shop. Though highly frustrating, the savings was barely worth the inconvenience of the shop having closed early before I could pick up my phone.

I am very happy with the service I received from this shop. I took my tablet in there and requested a complex sodering repair. The shop employee, Jay, said he didnt feel comfortable doing the sodering because it could damage the entire tablet. Instead he offered to clean the connection for me. Turns out, that fixed the issue. Because Im a Christian, I returned to the shop to pay for the service he provided in cleaning the connection. Jay refused payment and said he was happy to have helped me. Great people!

My phone got ran over by several cars because I dropped it in the street. I didn’t think it could be fixed because it was so destroyed that the insides of the phone were exposed due to shattered glass. I took my phone here and not only did they completely fix it, but the cost was extremely reasonable given how crazy my phone looked. The owner is very friendly as well. I also bought a case on my way out since the prices on those were good too. I’ve referred my friends to this business and would suggest the same for anyone else :)

But as of late, Jay’s prices and offers are bordering on ludicrous.I understand that this is a business and that profit must be made, but charging outrageous prices for products in subpar condition? Having such a small collection? Not cool.Was once a loyal customer, but they’ve lost my business. Don’t go into this location expecting fair pricing. That’s a thing of the past.
