Wonderful experience with this store, I was looking to replace my hardwood floors I wanted good quality, easy maintenance (I have pets) and absolutely not made in China. Erika is so knowledgeable and she can read minds! She had already done a few units in my condo so she knew exactly where to direct my search. She immediately suggested a chocolate color but I was unsure - it was a pretty drastic change from what I had- so I took home 2 samples - chocolate and a lighter color. Erika was spot on, the chocolate was the perfect choice I have a big living room with cathedral ceilings and I can afford dark floors.While I was there I also found tiles for my backsplash, and when I realized I bought short, Erika had the manufacturer deliver 7 extra tiles in a couple of days. Always on top of everything she’s a true asset for the business.The installation went really smooth the 2 installers came and went in 2 days, on time, respectful and cleaned up everything. I had a small problem with the fridge (when it was moved around the filter door was displaces) and Erika sent back the installers to fix it the next day.Highly recommended if you want guidance for your floors project and a no stress renovation!

I started with the designer, Barry Lauver, over 8 months ago and his patience with my constant design questions and my hesitance to begin the project has been endless. Together (more him than me!) we came up with a plan that has eventually become something more than anything I ever dreamed of. His many suggestions for small details that I never wouldve thought of have really taken my kitchen to the next level! It. Is. Gorgeous. Our project was to replace the carpeting of the second floor and stairway of our townhouse. Our goal was to have something very durable yet not too expensive as it is being turned into a rental property. We were recommended to the vinyl flooring as it was explained to us that it was scratch proof, water proof, and would be perfect for our situation. Not even a few days after install, we noticed that absolutely EVERYTHING marks this floor. Lightweight furniture, even dog toys. The installers have you sign forms stating that everything is to your Satisfaction immediately upon completion, which at the time it was. Now, weeks later our staircase may as well be a drum solo with all the noises from the glue not being strong enough or having set properly and there are several places where the subfloor wasnt properly leveled and now the vinyl sinks a bit. Will not use again.

We just had a beautiful carpet runner installed in our townhouse. Tony did the installation and was extremely professional, courteous and the job was done perfectly. We can’t wait for this quarantine to clear so we can show off the workmanship to our friends. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience working with Joseph Baker. We purchased both carpet and flooring and are very happy with the results!! Installation was quick and installers couldn’t have been nicer. We did have a slight issue when we tried to screen our manufactured hardwood floors, but Joseph stood by his work and made sure we were satisfied. In the end we put a vinyl floor over our old floors and it looks fabulous!!!

My husband and I walked into the showroom having no idea what time of wood flooring we wanted. Joseph was very helpful and friendly so we made an appointment for the following week to come to our home. Well the day of the appointment I called to verify the time and I was told by Joseph he had an appointment he forgot about it ? My husband had changed his schedule so he could be there so I was not happy. Joseph then told me he would come on my time on Monday to make it up( if it was ok with his wife ??) . WELL ..... its Monday around 1:00 pm and I call the office and I am told Joseph is not there . They do not know when he will come in ? I left a message. It is now 3:30 and no phone call back ? I call the office again and again Im told Joseph is not there? I explain to the person on the phone that Joseph was suppose to meet me at my home . I am now upset . The person gives me his cell number. I call and leave a message, obviously he has forgotten. He does call eventually but at that point I know he is not coming. Im done but my husband says to give him another chance. We reschedule for a Friday again.He does show up and measures for the floor we picked out then tells us he will give us a quote next week . I wait a week and no response ? I call again and he response with Ive been out of town and have not gotten to it yet . Three weeks have gone by and STILL NOTHING. This is not how you do business.

Wow, what a great experience working with the Naffco team!Joseph was super helpful to narrow down our selection based on his expertise without any of the sales pressure. Once we made our decision he sent out his team member to measure our rooms who was right on time and finished quickly. Jeannine worked with our schedule to do the install and even sent out the moldings so we could paint ahead of time. Doug and Felix installed the flooring and were friendly and professional during the entire install which was done in just a day and a half. We had a terrific experience. We recently had Q motion blinds installed at our home. We had very limited knowledge of Q motion prior to walking into Naffco but that quickly changed. We had a unique situation based on the constant light that penetrates our windows. The expert team lead by Joseph helped us navigate the purchase to get the perfect blind for each window. The controlling interest of Naffco was recently purchased by someone who does not value long term customers. Barry Lauver is now to busy to do cabinet drawings or even return our phone calls. Barry alos referred us to a contractor by the name of Ken Herock owner of RockSolid CDMMI. Ken Herock was hired and recommended by Barry at Naffco to do the demolition and prep work on our master bath remodel. Part of Barrys recommendation is belowI have had two other contractors who specialize in remodels - Remodels are not for the weak or those who use to build new homes only!They let me down big. So now I let all my customers know I - and I said this to you :) I will stand behind him. and I hate doing that with anybody.Now when you asked ken to itemize the invoice, he uses a pricing software geared for remodeling. when you break out phases it takes parts of... other phases that connect to that certain task. its like Peace Mill... I know this sounds .. its end of the day :) But I get how it works. when you do the complete quote and he is on-site it all flows together, He can do this and part of that as they connect...I always say this to my customers You can find another/ get another quote. I will do my best to work with him. However, you are responsible for him and his scheduling...This is where they really fail... not all but? A bad contractor would affect Joseph on flooring more than me in cabinets / as we dont really have a lot in my part of the project.So.. do i think his price is fair hard yes! Why. because he always gets to the finish line and AND.. there are always hidden problems... I promise you this. AND Ken will stop grab your hand and go over this. What if you bring in someone...I dont know who they are and lets say they do bad plumbing and he covers it you and we get a leak... OMG, we are up the creek... and getting them back yea...Ken will not let that happen I know him his wife his son. they have Heart.I will wait to hear from you :) stay safe. Oh, he will honor the 19 number :)Ken Herock said it would take 3 weeks to do the demolition and prep work. It has now taken 7 weeks plus another 4 weeks for the tile company to install the marble. 11 weeks in and still not complete.After numerous excuses Ken Herock walks off our project yesterday, never to be seen or heard from again.Ken Herock still owes us for plumbing, electrical and painting.I reached out to Barry Lauver, he didnt return my call but emailed me to say he was sorry for all the problems. I also called George Lacognata at Naffco, he said he would call Ken Herock but I never heard back from him either.Naffco used to be great company to work with but now not so much.

Barry was a miracle worker in designing the most beautiful cabinet structures in areas I could not even begin to visualize how best to set up. He truly made our home gorgeous. Tonya, the maintenance team & all the other team members encountered there were always so responsive in following up on my questions or adjustments needed. High quality carpet. I was not crazy about the wait time for installation but Im not taking stars away for that because the carpet is beautiful and I was happy with the install. The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the time we were given in the store and with the carpet samples. Recommend!

With a very short window of time to work on a home we recently purchased, Naffco was able to match the existing wood floor, order the wood & completely install the new floors in 4 remaining rooms & closets. Naffco started out great and went down hill from there. Naffco installed Shutters in my Kitchen, Study, Family room. When I wanted to replace two of the blinds in my office for Shutters it became a nightmare.In the last two years Naffco has sent out two separate people to take measurements only because so much time went by. I called and was told they needed to be measured again they came and measured and once again several months went by. I called Naffco and asked what happened to my Shutters. The Lady I had been working with all this time ( wont say names ) started to laugh and explained that they had an employee who had been working there a long time and was hiding her work load and was causing trouble with everyone but has since left. My designer _ _ _ after laughing it off, stated she would get to the bottom of it and get my shutters installed. This to was several months ago. To date, I have not heard a word. I would suggest use anyone but Naffco, Not Worth The Wait or the embarrassing constant follow up that you will have to do!!!

WARNING: Do not use this company for blinds.The disaster happened when Sue our salesperson lost our phone number and didn’t bother following up. The blinds and shutters took nearly 2 months to come in. Craftsmanship was poor as Richard and the install team has been out to our home about 7 times in a month !!!!!They had to re-order 3 blinds because they ordered the wrong finishes and valiance.To add insult to injury, the near $400 motorized shade we purchase stopped working 3 times in the first month and Matt the manager is not responding to our calls.Poor craftsmanship, awful communication coupled with diasterous customer support.

From the beginning to the end everything was great. Barry was great to work with in our cabinet design. Joe helped us pick out the perfect floor tile. Josh and his team installed the cabinets and they look great. Ken and his team did the demo and reconstruction and even with all the challenges they were amazing. Our only negative comment is the lack of communication from the company who handled the countertop. The team that cut the countertop and did the installation were great. We Love our new kitchen and we highly recommend Naffco to everyone.

When we had our house built it didnt have cabinets in the laundry room or even a linen closet for th he guest bath. Since I knew I would eventually install cabinets I went back to the company the builder used. I didnt much care if the cabinets matched but the representative I called blind did an excellent job and even managed to get scrap granite for my sink. The installer even managed to get all up in one day. A plumber was sent through the companys contacts to install my sink which saved me having to call someone to come out. Very pleased how we were treated throughout the whole process.

Barry & Tonja at Naffco are absolutely amazing! They are the best team to work with and are beyond knowledgeable. From start to finish, you never have to second guess any cabinet choices you make because Barry knows exactly what he is doing and will always steer you in the right direction. He has been so great with all of our clients, offering them additional design time if they need it, making them laugh, and overall providing a gorgeously designed, and functional space. Tonja is basically the smartest girl in the world and you can literally ask her anything and she knows the answer. And on the off chance she isnt familiar with a product or question, you can guarantee she will have an answer, full of details, for you in a few short hours! He is a TOTALLY AWSOME guy, and was a huge asset during the entire design process.Besides being a terrific designer, he helped define and help us correct some last minute island issues, and another potential change with the hood. He took the time to have me in, that day, and sit at the computer with him to work out an option that would work, while still giving us the look we desired (without breaking the bank). This also alleviated stress of trying to return and replaced our ordered appliances.I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the extra time/effort. Its the kind of thing you hope for when you are building a custom house, and you really delivered on this entire project…and saved us from potential slowdown…and lord knows, I dont need any more of those =)Although I had issues with Naffco with some shutters we ordered in our last house, I am glad we got the opportunity to give them another try.Thanks again! My contractor recommended this company based on reputation and I could not be more disappointed with them, in particular and employee named Sue who was rude to me and our contractor on multiple occasions. She also made even the simplest tasks seem like we were asking the world of her. We looked at several samples of carpet for our stairs. When I asked if we could take them to the house to check out how they looked in person, she curtly replied ‘yes but only if you bring them back right away.’ I said that was ok but if she could email me the names of the different samples that would be great. She said “you want me to do WHAT????” As if it was an enormous request. Then she said “I’ll see if I have time to do it.” We are literally talking about emailing a list with 4 sample names, not writing a thesis. It was like she did NOT want us to do business with naffco. Even our contractor who is incredibly nice and patient said that the process of our carpet was being held up because she was being so difficult to deal with. Because of this we decided we were not going to do business with Naffco based on this employee alone because we can’t imagine giving our money to a company that employees such an unprofessional, nasty person.

Barry and Tonja in the Naffco Cabinetry department have been instrumental in the success of my interior design company. They are extremely knowledgable, helpful and timely in their work. I would recommend this department at Naffco to all of my clients.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We began our flooring project the end of May and as of Sept. 8th we are still not finished. Customer service is terrible! We emailed a 3 page letter to the installation manager (which I know he received) on Aug. 21st to outline the many problems we have had and to ask to meet with them. As of yet we have not even been given the courtesy of a response!! Poor customer service, poor sales support, poor communication, poor workmanship.

So far not at all happy, they were to install carpet today, first came out with wrong carpet. Then were told the installers were on their way, then after several hours we called and were told the installer had a Dr. appt. So dog in the kennel for the day, husband waiting at the house all day, living and dining rooms torn up with 20 people coming for a cookout in two days. Its not that your business make a mistake, its how they handle it. We shall see.

Customer of the Brandon Store - Terrible experience. Ordered blinds on a Sunday and put down $1,000. We were told that a sales rep would reach out to us during the week for measurements. After a week without hearing from the company, we reached out to the Sales Rep and inquired about the measurements. The rep indicated that the measurements would be taken on Monday, no later than Tuesday, which did occur. The rep - Jarred - also insisted that he would follow through with the individuals who took the measurements to ensure the blinds were ordered and installed timely. After two weeks with no contact from the company, we again reached out to inquire on the status. The rep indicated that the blinds were never ordered. So, 4 weeks after initially ordering the blinds and putting down $1,000, we have no product. Not to mention, the Brandon shop is not run like a business. The salespersons complain about dial up internet, systems not talking to each other and their inability to take credit card payments. My cc information was written on a piece of paper (erroneously) and faxed to the South Tampa office to process. The Brandon store is a mess. Save yourself the time and hassle.
