The service was great and they kept in touch with me about my vehicle. I felt it took too many days to get it back, but I got it back fixed and road ready. They also did a fantastic job getting everything taken care of through my warranty. It would be nice if they would wash the vehicle up before returning it like Ford does. Otherwise, no complaints!

Bought my 2021 Sierra 1500 here about a year ago. Love it and got a great deal. I am currently looking to upgrade to a 2500. Unfortunately, I was told they arent taking any more orders this year due to selling through their 2021 allocation. Would have loved to buy another truck here.

Purchased my 2021 GMC Elevation 4 wheel drive. I searched within a 100 mile radius for one, Ferman GMC offered better pricing than all the other GMC dealers I checked. We worked with Justin over the phone which was very convenient, if you have kids you know it’s hard car shopping with a newborn. Justin set up the leather install and spray in Bedliner. As soon as my truck was ready He called us to come down to the dealership to do paperwork, he had us in an out within 30 mins. We will definitely be returning customers.

Alex was amazing! I realized I had an oil leak in my garage after another dealership did my oil change. I came to this one and explained the issue. I travel a lot and I can’t be on the highway with issues. He quickly pulled my vehicle in and resolved the issue and added extra oil. I was here less than 20 mins. It was the worst experience I had on customer service. I gave specific instructions about my vehicle to the person that took my car in all were ignored.One was in reference to my tire if it needed to be changed please let me know before we do shop they waited three hours to let me know and then still did not do it I only went in for an oil change was there for 5 hours
I came into to look at a car that I was interested in. I was being helped by Lee and later on the general manager Steve or Steven I cant recall his name exactly came to help out. It was a pleasant experience in the moment Lee was fairly new and I had a lot of questions and he didnt exactly have all the answers but did his best. In the end I decided not too move forward with the purchase because I did not feel comfortable with the final price of the vehicle. I explained to them that I would just go else where but the general manager came in to try and persuade he seems like a pretty knowledgeable person and I did take a lot away from the conversation. In the end he tried to work the numbers and showed a potential alternative if I tried to finance through my bank. An example if you will not a sure thing. What I was not told was that they were running another hard inquiry on my credit. I was already on the way out and had I known they would try and run my credit again I would have not agreed. I am glad to have not done business here, and would make anyone wary of attempting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
Rivard Buick GMC is a great dealership that ALWAYS takes care of its customers, I have bought several new vehicles from them over the years and is the only dealership I use, I have never had a negative experience at this dealership, the staff and employees are always friendly, engaging, helpful, courteous and kind. Had routine servicing plus warranty brake pad work. Had an appointment and received phone call advising unexpected backups would cause delay. Accepted their offer to reschedule and on new appointment work was performed fully and even quicker than estimated.
Easily the best car buying experience from start to finish. Nick Ricketts is extremely personable and professional. He worked diligently around my circumstances while keeping an open line of communication. I spent a grand total of one hour and fifteen minutes at the dealership. *Disclaimer: I went home and picked up my child from school while Nick finished the paper work and got the truck ready. Absolute worst service. Ever. Brought my truck in that was running great. Needed an AC and some leaks fixed. My transmission stopped working the same day after they dropped it to replace the rear main seal. Spent months trying to even get ahold of them. The only thing they did was hold my truck until I payed them or charged me an additional $4k to replace the trans.I was charged over $7000 to have my truck towed back.I am a single dad and disabled vet who just wanted to get a truck for my daughter. Now I have a hunk of junk that had to be towed back and can’t afford a running vehicle for my daughter who just turned 16 years old. Absolutely the worst thing I have ever seen a business do to a human.

You may get a good deal on the purchase of a vehicle at this dealership, thats about all you get!Dont expect to get good service from the service department at this dealership! Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment then the techs didnt know what they were doing. Let alone the lack of follow up from the service writer and the Service Director are deplorable.No more than left the dealership within 40 miles same issue it was just in the shop for came up!!
I had to wait 15 minutes before someone came out to check my car in. I had an appointment scheduled on September 3rd at 11:00 a.m. and when I arrived they could not take me. I rescheduled for September 7th. I had to wait outside again until someone came to check my car in. I was there for 4.5 hours waiting for my car. They changed the oil and then looked at the issue I was having with the gasoline and mileage. They put it on the diagnostics and did not find anything wrong. They did update the computer.I understand that you are very busy, but I think waiting for my car to be checked in and then another 4.5 hours is unreasonable.
Just purchased a used 2019 trade in they had. Ben Pugliesi was so helpful. I went in Monday morning to test drive it, did all the boring stuff virtually (which totally took the hassle out of it) and when we went back to pick it up it was about 10 minutes or less of signing all the paper work.This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.Thanks a ton Ben and the rest of the dealership!

The mechanical side of my repair was great. However, my interior door handle that was in the process of breaking, the plastic under the door skin handle, was completely broken by the service techs. Not one person there let me know what had happened I had to see it for myself when I picked up my truck. When I mentioned it to them they offered nothing to assist in fixing it other than a $700.00 quote to repair it. It worked just perfect for the last year and a half since I owned the truck. GMC has it for less then 24 hours and now its broken completely. Thanks GMC!!!!
Great experience buying a car when living a couple hours away. They have the best pricing hands down and Anthony made the process simple. He got everything ready in advanced. The car was sitting out front clean with tags already and we spent 10 minutes at the dealer to sign the docs and was out the door on our way back home.
When I called Richard to schedule a service appt., It was confirmed that the requested vehicle services were covered under the original bumper to bumper warranty, since the vehicle had less than 36,000 miles on the odometer..When I called back a second time, I spoke with Carlos who then advised me that 3 of my concerns could not be resolved by the dealer Rivard. He also told me the oil change and tire rotation was my financial responsibility, because the warranty, began @ the time the vehicle was built @ the factory(?)..I would have appreciated this information,if this detail, which I have never encountered was shared by the first 3 Service personnel that I spoke with before Carlos. I left feeling unsatisfied and felt the quality of service was extremely poor & lacking...
Best car buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Carlos and he was awesome. I knew what I wanted and he sent me a purchase order via text and I came in the next day to finalize the purchase. I was in and out in 2 hours, which is unheard of at a dealership. I was visited by the Sales Manager, Eric, while I waited and he was very nice to speak with. I got an incredible deal and definitely the best price in town. No haggling on price either, they were fair from the start. I will always come back here for future purchases. I love my new car!

Hi always use and recommend regard Buick GMC. I have my 2019 GMC sierra service there all the time. I took my truck in today for a grease oil and filter plus a rotation and balance. I had also scheduled for them to check a squeak in my left front end. When leaving I confirmed that all the above was done and was told my tires were not balanced just rotated. I now have a vibration in the rear of my truck. I’m not sure why it was not done. As mentioned above I had also scheduled for a squeak on my left front axle. I supplied the service writer with a GM technical report on how to make the repair. He showed no interest at all nor would he check to see when or if the parts are be available. He told me I would have to make another appointment that they are extremely busy so plan on leaving it for a week. For a squeak that I already have a General Motors technical report which says how to fix it. The technical report goes on to say do not bring the vehicle in until you are sure you have the parts on hand. Totally confused and disgusted
By far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Sammy made the process simple and didn’t pressure us at all to make a decision one way or the other. Within 10 minutes of looking at one of the vehicles on their lot I knew exactly what their final price was with no hidden fees. The best part was that all of our financing was done through our salesperson - no F&I back office to waste away in! I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle should at least stop by Rivard and talk to Sammy to see what he can put together for you.
The service was great, said about an hour, but only half that time. The wait area has drinks, water and coffee, also crackers or cookies in package. Very clean and professional employees 👏

I was only able to give it a one star wanted to give it zero stars the service department is horrible my mom in law trying to reach someone in the service part for the last three days and showed up the last two days at 7 o’clock in the morning to get her car fixed she’s left numerous messages and they have not called her back yet when she spoke to the guy this morning the service manager wasn’t showing up until eight she had to leave to go to work she said please have them give me a call and here it is 10+ hours ago and still not received a phone call
I rarely write a review this favorable. However Rivards service department has earned this. At least from my experiences. From making an appointment over the phone, to the check-in process, the service provided and the pricing. Logan was my service advisor and helped with the check-in. The appointment time was honored and the service was performed in less time than anticipated. I highly recommend using their service department. Especially if you have ANY GM vehicle. Save yourself the aggravation of trying Ferman Chevrolet across the street. They are disorganized, cant get anything right the first time, and lack any level of professionalism or customer care. I have used Rivard several times now and have always been 100% satisfied. Please dont change Rivard, you are a rarity in the automotive world!

Cameron Trimmer was personable, genuine, and professional. I was greeted within a few minutes of stepping out of my car. He made me feel welcome and didnt try any old sale techniques. I told him what I wanted and he found exactly that. There was no hassle and not once did I feel taken advantage of. I was able to terminate my lease a bit early for my 2018 Terrain and lease a 2021 Terrain with the payments remaining the same. Im satisfied with my lease and I will go back to him once this new lease term is ending.

First time visiting this location. I bought my vehicle at the GMC located on Hillsborough Ave. I didnt like the customer service over there when I bought the vehicle and didnt like it during my two visits to get the oil changed. Mike gave me great advice on financing and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle I chose. To summarize, they provided poor service through their workmanship, communicated poorly, were unprofessional, have poor organization & planning skills, & provided a lack of services as a courtesy.1. Poor Quality of WorkmanshipDid not complete the job in a timely manner & returned my vehicle with unfinished work. Installed new sensors to the vehicle that were not working properly, failed to diagnose the original issue in a timely manner, failed to diagnose an electrical wire issue before returning my vehicle to me the first time, & did not employ the assistance of the master technician until the end of the ordeal.2. Poor CommunicationWere difficult to reach when I called, they regularly did not know the status of the work being performed on my vehicle, promised to call me back multiple times during each of the three days they had it & failed to do so - only communicated when I called or came to the dealership myself.3. Lack of ProfessionalismOffice workers/staff clearly & openly arguing with each other in full view of customers in the customer service area.4. Poor Scheduling & PlanningWere over booked & under staffed for the amount of vehicles that required servicing - were unable to provide service in a timely manner.5. Lack Luster and Underwhelming ServiceAfter spending a large sum of money, & too much time dealing with their poor service, they would not even provide a vacuum out of the car, wipe down the interior, or wash the exterior. Other dealerships in my experience are now providing these as basic inclusions to services for oil changing & tire rotation packages without consideration of actual work being done to the vehicle outside of regular maintenance.

Rivard used to be a name known for service and quality. That has long since passed. 6 hours waiting. 6 hours with no update at all until hour 3. Mind you, a Transmission Flush, the job I was in there for, takes roughly 45mins. I was offered a ride home at hour 4. Went in for a warranty issue. Had an appointment for 9am. Got there at 8:45. Was I told at the time when I arrived that there were 4 other vehicles with the same issue, and only 1 tech to work them all. Absolutely not. Would I have taken the ride home and not sat around for 6 hours...Absolutely YES! I would have rather have scraped my bare bottom against the highway than sit in their TINY, HOT, Disgusting customer lounge. Lounge would be a laughable term for that hot box of a waiting room. Normally I dont leave such reviews, but even after waiting a day and a half to leave the review, I am still steaming. I was honestly hoping to find a new dealer to work with and purchase future cars from, but I will be more than happy to tell anyone who asks me where to buy a car, to STAY AWAY from Rivard Buick GMC.

Do NOT go here. Salesman will contact you on the phone and tell you they will hold a vehicle for you until the next day only for you to show up and the guy not even remember that he spoke to you the day before and then find out that someone sold it 2 hours before you got there even though the guy said that he would hold it for you the day before. And then the salesman will tell you that he did not say he will hold it for you, that he would never say that. But I wouldnt have left work early and got there as quickly as I could so that I could be there before he got off of work if he hadnt told me that.

Our Rivard experience was hands down our best car buying experience ever! From the minute I first spoke with our salesman Bobby Emmrich on the phone we were treated with nothing but 5 Star professionalism. Bobby spent over an hour on the phone with me going over Yukons on order, how they were equipped and projected delivery dates. Prior to calling Rivard I had called dozens of dealers all over Florida inquiring on inventory. The usual response was “we have nothing” and abruptly ending the phone call. Not Bobby! Even though they had no Yukons on the lot he spent the time to find us a Yukon.Beyond Bobby what makes Rivard awesome is they value their customer. They want to build a relationship with you and don’t just view you as a big payday. Nothing proves that more than in these crazy times of no inventory in the car business and Rivard isn’t adding 5,10 or 20,000 dollar “Fair Market Adjustments” to their vehicles. You can feel comfortable shopping at Rivard and getting a great deal on a new GMC or Buick. Thank you Rivard and thank you Bobby!
David Hurley is amazing! I had been to two other car dealers and had nothing but trouble and disappointment. David was so transparent about everything, he took care of me like he would of family. 90% of my sale was done over the phone. I did not feel taken advantage of or that I was paying for added options that some dealerships add to fluff up the price of the car. Cameron was awesome. Kept me informed each step of the process. Spent less than 15 min at the dealership to sign papers. Would definitely buy another GMC from Rivard.
