Bella Bridesmaids was a dream experience! My Mom and I went in one day to just see what they had, and we ended up choosing my Bridesmaids dresses that day! I tried on so many colors and styles since myself and my maids are all very similar in size. I knew they would all love whatever I chose! I got married in the summer on Cape Cod at the farm, so I wanted something light and airy. I chose a beautiful light green Joanna August gown that would set the tone for the day perfectly. The ordering and delivery process was so easy for my girls, and they all loved their dresses! 10/10 would recommend!

Timeka was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had an idea of what I wanted but she helped gather options and worked with all my gals to get a great comfortable style that looked good on everyone. As expected a lot of the samples were really big on my petite ladies, but you get that everywhere in bridal/wedding it seems! Few ladies were out of state but she helped me make sure they were measured properly (including my Matron of Honor who was giving birth 4 weeks before the wedding!) & reassured me on shipping dates and impacts of covid with delivery status! I couldnt have been happier with my vibe coming together & all the ladies were surprised by how little alterations needed to be done & they all (at least said to me) that their dresses were comfortable! (They all got alterations at their own seamstress) Timeka was prompt in responding to questions via email & made the checkout process easy for everyone. The Hayley Paige dresses arrived much earlier than expected date & they had plenty of time to alter. I went in for 1 appt with 2 local bridesmaids & made 1 more appt with the last local bridesmaid. My new sister in law brought her daughter (one of the flower girls) to watch ‘mom try on dresses’ & she ended up finding the most adorable dress too! haha She was able to order 2 flower girl dresses & communicated with Timeka directly & it was one less thing for my todo list-it turned out great! Would def recommend Bella Bridesmaids Tampa!

It is unfortunate that this is one of the few options available to couples getting married for wedding party dresses. The experience leaves a lot to be desired. Communication is poor at best. They dont answer the phone and email response rate is terrible as well. I had to show up to the store and knock on the door a few times. Often, there would be no one there during business houses or they wouldnt answer the door.Dress quality greatly varies between designers but I wouldnt say any are great quality. We ordered Jenny Yoo, one came damaged, we had to send it back to the designer and again communication from Timeka was not ideal. We had to keep following up as the wedding was quickly approaching to finally get it. Dress still wasnt perfect, but we didnt have weeks to waste as it already took so long.In addition, a big selling point to using Bella Bridesmaids is that they have locations across the country. Well, sure enough no other location wants to allow people in to try on their dresses and get measured because they arent getting the business as the store the bride visits is the one getting the credit/purchase.Long story short, I would suggest ordering directly from a design such as Jenny Yoo rather than using Bella Bridesmaids as a middle man.

I had the best experience at Bella Bridesmaids! My bridesmaids and I were able to have the shop completely to ourselves, they were able to try on as many dresses as needed and the ordering process was simple! Bella Bridesmaids was efficient in their communication and answering any questions my girls had. The dresses came in ahead of schedule and were perfect!! 10/10 recommend.

Bella Bridesmaids Boutique made this frantic bride feel like she could breathe again! Disaster had struck only a couple months away from my wedding day and I found myself without bridesmaid dresses for my bridal party. Stressed to the max I called Bella Bridesmaids Boutique in Tampa and let me just say Timeka and Grace put any stress I had to rest by being understanding and providing assurance that a solution would be found. I ended up having to start from scratch when it came to styling my girls, so Grace and Timeka not only walked me through choosing a color scheme, they also helped choose the style and design for each bridesmaid gown, and got in touch with the designer directly to ensure that I would get the dresses I wanted in the short time frame provided! These ladies truly went above and beyond, and the stress they relieved me from meant the world! Not only are these 2 ladies awesome but the gowns carried at the boutique are top notch quality. My bridesmaids looked incredible in their satin Jenny Yoo gowns and received many compliements. I am so grateful to have had Grace and Timekas help during such an stressful time and I will always recommend Bella Bridesmaids Boutique to any bride/ bridal party!

UPDATED REVIEW:Timeka (owner) was able to send me fabric from the designer Hailey Paige Occasions. I appreciate everything she did in order to get me fabric to fix my Bridesmaid dress.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I ordered a Hailey Paige Occasions Bridesmaid dress in September 2020. It took over 3 months to arrive to my home. Then, I requested extra fabric to be sent to my home overnight and its been over 2 weeks and still no fabric! Timeka the owner was not honest about how long it would take to recieve the extra fabric from the Designer. Worst experience. I had to send multiple emails to get updates on my fabric. The wedding is approaching quickly and I need extra fabric to fix my Bridesmaids dress.

Went in today for an appointment with the bride to find the perfect ‘maids dress and Tameka (I hope this is correct) was exceptional. Very attentive, even with other clients in the shop, and there was a nice organized selection! The store definitely has the ability to fit all types of budgets, large and small, which was really nice. I was also very happy to see that there were some larger sample sizes available as I know a lot of boutique style shops carry smaller sizes. With plus sizes available I didn’t feel like “this store isn’t for me,” so thank you. I would definitely recommend Bella for your bridesmaid needs, it was a great experience!

Such a great experience! So many choices for styles and colors. The girls were very knowledgeable and were a huge help. I wanted the girls to choose their own dresses, but still go together and they made it happen! Everyone was in love which each and every dress. Highly recommended.

The ladies at Bella Bridesmaids in Tampa made our multiple shopping experiences so amazing! They are so sweet and are genuinely concerned about helping to find the best dress for your girls. I had my heart set on one dress for my 8 girls and we had multiple appointments to find the best one and each time it was a great experience. The girls never rushed us and took care to help us find different options that were similar if we started to like certain aspects of the dress. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is thank god this experience is over. I nor my friends will be going back. For my sisters wedding we ordered our bridesmaids dress from Bella’s. We ordered 5 of them, all the same style just in different sizes. Only 2 of the dresses fit. The sizes between the store and my manufacturer were done incorrectly. Due to these issues the dresses showed up a week before the wedding. Bellas told us they would keep us updated on the dresses. Instead they ignored our emails and calls. It was so bad they started screening our calls and wouldn’t answer the phone. They told the mother of the bride that calling 6 times a day wouldn’t make the dresses get there any faster. We completely understand this, but if they had just picked up the phone one of the times she’s called and told her that she would have probably stopped calling. This didn’t just happen to the mother of the bride but also two of the bridesmaids well. Two of the bridesmaids dresses were told Bella’s would pay for alterations and a refund for the skirts. We are still waiting on this. Still waiting for them to return our calls. We told our wedding planner and every wedding planner we know to not recommend them. If you don’t want any additional stress on your wedding day don’t pick Bella’s.

Bella Bridesmaids Tampa was the perfect place to find my bridesmaid dresses! I had done an online search, but it was hard to pick a dress without seeing and feeling the material. Ive been in many weddings and you really dont know what you are getting unless you see it in person. I stumbled on Bella Bridesmaids and was so impressed with the amount of dresses they had! They also schedule by appointment, so they are really devoted to helping you and you only during that time. Timeka, the owner, was so amazing and so nice. I really had a hard time deciding which dress to get to comfortably fit all different shapes and sizes of girls, and she really helped me narrow it down to the best choice. I also love how they create an online profile for all girls to order their dresses from by a certain deadline, so you arent at all worried about some not ordering on time! It truly was a great experience, and my girls and I absolutely loved the dress and color I chose! They were definitely high quality. I would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids Tampa.

If you are looking for a formal dress for any occasion this is a great place to check out. The sales team had a few selections ready for my appointment and took great direction with what I said I was looking for. After taking my measurements they told me that whether or not I decide to purchase a dress there is a $20 fitting fee. I make note of this on here because it is not mentioned anyone on their website as it should be. That aside, overall nice experience and would recommend.

Beautiful shop in a nice area. The girls were so helpful and did a great job listening to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect dress. Every dress arrived early and fit perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I definitely recommend trying Bellas to find your bridesmaid dresses. They have an excellent selection with great designers offering high quality dresses in a range of colors and styles. Grace at the Tampa location is the BEST and well deserving of this review. So far I have had 2 appointments and she helped me with both, along with answering questions from all my phone calls. Even when there was another group with an appointment at the same time, I felt like she managed our time well and stayed attentive. She also has great style and is an excellent listener, helping to select dresses that go along with your vision. I have 5 bridesmaids in 4 states and couldnt have been happier that I came here and had Graces help with making me feel at ease with the bridesmaid dress process.

Long story short - I was ready to create an account for the sole purpose of giving Bella Bridesmaids one star but instead I created one to give them five. When I went to the seamstress to get my dress hemmed, the seamstress noticed that the color had been lifted from the bottom of the dress on the back (it looks like there was a stain on the dress and someone attempted to remove it). Unfortunately, both Joanna August and Bella Bridesmaid missed this during their QC checks. I immediately emailed the pictures to Molly at BB and we had a conversation regarding the contract I had signed (which stated that I was responsible for performing my own QC check on the dress within 14 days of receiving it). I tried the dress on within those 14 days, but did not check the back. To say that I was upset would be an understatement. Molly explained to me that she would be reaching out to Joanna August directly to address the situation. And she did just that. Although the dress I wear to my sisters wedding will have the spot with the lifted color on it, BB and Joanna August have taken it upon themselves to send me a brand new dress in 14 weeks. For anyone who has seen Joanna August dresses, they are the epitome of bridesmaid dresses that you will want to wear again and again. And Im happy to say that Ill now be able to!There are a couple of takeaways here: although we are typically dependent on the designer and the boutique to perform QC checks of the dress before it goes out, it is still important to do a proper inspection in addition to making sure the dress fits. The other takeaway is that stuff happens, and Molly at BB will do everything in her power to remedy that stuff.Thank you to Molly and Joanna August!

The owner Timeka is the sweetest!!! I am an out of state bride and she literally spent 30 minutes on the phone w me discussing my bridesmaids dresses that weren’t even being purchased from her store! Wow. So kind. She made me wish all my bridesmaids lived in Tampa. Truly a delight and she put me so at ease when I was having a bridal panic attack :)

I have had the pleasure of working with Bella Bridesmaids for both dresses that were being ordered from their store directly, and for dresses that they fitted me for but were being ordered from a different Bella location. In both experiences - even the ones where they werent making any money from me - the staff was kind and helpful and the dresses were a perfect fit. Highly recommend this store for unique bridesmaid dresses and great customer service. I only wish I had so many options for my bridesmaids when I got married!

Disappointing service, ill fitting dress that does not match their sample sizes. After paying $300 for the dress it needs very expensive alterations to be wearable. The bride also had issues with the color swatches and the color of the dress was different than the sample swatches the store gave her.I gave the store a chance to correct the problem but they said it was my fault because I bought the size based on the dress I tried on in their store that fit perfectly. I bought the same size but when it came in, it was way smaller. The sales woman said that the fabric from their old sample must have been stretched out! But the fabric was not stretchy?!When you give them your money they are done and dont care what youre stuck with. Just go to Davids bridal, save hundreds on the dress, hundreds on the alterations and many headaches.

The worst shop! We went to try on dresses and left because of how bad the service was. They had no good styles, especially of Haley Paige dresses, or only a really small or large size. The girl was arguing with me about what color my dresses should be!!!! I had already decided on black before I was even engaged because it is a formal wedding in winter. She tried telling me to have white relentlessly then preceded to show me this one brides white wedding party and literally obsessed over them. It is my wedding and I did not appreciate being told what to do by this employee.

THERE IS A NEW OWNER AND SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Ladies, whether you plan months in advance or you are two weeks out (like me) she will accommodate and do her best because she wants to help you in any way she can. Its a relief when you are dealing with sweet, caring people during stressful times.

So very disappointing. Highly recommend going anywhere else. From the second I walked in it was just awkward. They claim they close down for apt only but there was another large bridal party there and we were sat in this corner with 1 dressing room and 4 girls to try on dresses. There were random people there just looking through dresses at the same time. The young lady who was helping us stood awkwardly in the corner and didnt offer one single time to help anyone zip a dress or bring options to go with the look we discussed. They had about 4-6 dresses from the designer I specifically went there for (she has hundreds online and their website boasts that they have many) and when I asked about other styles or colors she simply said she didnt know. I was googling it myself on my phone. The worst part was 2 of my bridesmaids couldnt even try dresses because their largest sample size was a 12 (which in real clothes is a 6-8, come on not everyone is a 0!). I think they each tried 1 on, and neither could zip it up. It was so embarrassing. I was so upset for them. I planned to walk out buying 6 Adrianna Papell dresses and instead they rushed us out and didnt even tell us what happens next. No measurements taken, no offer to even buy the dresses! Didnt even ask if we wanted them. She did say they would be in the virtual showroom but that was it. I regret taking a day off of work to go there. It could not have been a worse experience. I felt very judged from the moment I walked in. Maybe it was the fact that I am gay (I made that very clear in my emails so no one was surprised). Maybe it was the salespersons first day, never having been oriented to her position... Either way dont allow yourself to feel bad there.

We found some beautiful bridesmaids dresses there. Grace was really wonderful to work with.

Bought a very expensive bridesmaid dress here. Service was ehh. The bride got a call an hour before appointment for a cancellation and we live over an hour away so we’re already up there. I wore the dress one time (last night) to the wedding and it had to be cut off because the zipper didn’t budge. Wore it once! Definitely not worth it. Spent $350 for a sub par dress.

I walked in hoping to find a nice dress for a simple ceremony, but never realized a dress would take more than a month to get from most designers. The lovely lady in the shop that day suggested 2 designers that could meet my needs and offered to help me find a suitable dress for my event. I couldnt afford the dresses plus the rush fee, but I did ask her for some advice. I had been looking for a simple dress for days but found myself discouraged because none fitted my body type. She suggested dresses that could work for me and told me a location of some stores that may help me with what I was looking for. That afternoon I found a dress well within my price range, and without her kindness I would still be looking for a dress and really discouraged. So I wanted to leave a review to say thank you. I may have not purchased anything a few days ago, but when we do have our larger ceremony I will be back with my bridesmaids. You guys really were amazing.

I am retracting my original review because the owner, Timeka, has made things right. Long story short, the bride was unhappy with my dress because the color did not match the other bridesmaid’s dresses-therefore, I did not wear the dress I purchased from the store. The designer refused to fix the color mishap, but Bella Bridesmaids did give me a full refund and a sincere apologize which I appreciate. I am big on customer service. In the end they did right by the customer and allowed me to return my dress.

For quality service and respect, I suggest going elsewhere. I accompanied a bridesmaid to her appointment to try on a dress she was considering buying in store rather than online. Once showing up to the appointment, the consultant couldnt locate the dresses that we were told they had in store. The consultant seemed annoyed from the beginning, making for a very unwelcoming experience. Trying to make the most of the appointment, we tried to find a similar style. We were asked to pay a $20 try on fee which was later explained to us to be for wear and tear on the dress and the time taken away from other appointments for us to be there. With service and consultants like this, they have certainly lost a sale and will continue to lose business to online retailers.

I have been to another Bella Bridesmaid location and have never been treated like I was today. Im in a wedding this Fall, and the bride decided to use one of those bridesmaid dress rental websites. Since I was worried about fit, I was going to purchase the dress and went to Bella Bridesmaid to do so. Monica was so incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. The first thing she said (in an extremely irritated and sharp tone) was that I would be charged $20 for trying on the dress and the fitting. I dont know when stores started charging to try on clothes, but this seemed ridiculous. She said that if I purchased from them, theyd credit the $20 to the purchase. I get it, youre losing business to the rental sites, but youre losing even more business (mine and Im sure others) by your ill-mannered customer service. I will never go here for future dresses nor recommend them to other brides.

Great Selection of Bridesmaid dresses but the showroom is a little cramped and the some of the sales staff can be a bit snooty.
