I purchased $260 Lake Cycling shoes. Two weeks later, I had to call and text them to find out that the shoes were in and had been. When I came to pick up the shoes, I asked the gentleman if he could install new cleats to ensure they were done right. He told me he was too busy and I would have to come back. I live in Wesley Chapel so that wasn’t an option. This is a 10 minute job at most. After having spent $260, you’d think they could take 5 or 10 minutes out of their busy day to help me out. But no! Very poor customer service all around. (PS - don’t confuse Premier Cycling with Aeropro coaching, which shares space, is excellent and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service)

Had an awesome experience!! Fast, friendly, and great service on my husband’s bike. And, the shop is great! Cold brew coffee on tap and a welcoming environment. Definitely check it out!

Fantastic guys- fantastic place- I use my bike for everything in Tampa because I just moved here- its a hybrid mountain I bought used- after some hard riding I needed my crank fixed - my brake was rubbing and my presta valve tires were way too low on air- Ross dropped what he was working on- quickly fixed all of it- value and awesome service- !!!

Really great work. They got my bike in same week when the other shops were saying 2-3 weeks. The guy is super nice as well. Shop is chill and has a cool little coffee place inside as well.

What a great place to service your bicycle. Went in and Brian immediately started to diagnose and attend my specific needs. Very friendly and legit with the prices. Serviced my bicycle that same day. All other shops told me a week! Would definitely come here again despite my commute.

Best store ever

I have gone to Premier Cycling since they opened for my bike maintenance. They are great at fixing and maintaining bikes. They also sell bikes. Premier is my LBS! Highly recommended!

My wife and I took a rare day off from work, had our hearts set on a bike ride but her tire was flat. I visited or called 4 other bike shops and they were all too busy to be bothered with my situation, and most were even very rude. AJ at Premier Cycling couldn’t have been more different— he was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and he fixed my tire on the spot. I was particularly happy with my experience because my wife and I aren’t avid cyclists and our bikes are, frankly, pretty cheap and amateurish. I’ve gotten snickers when I’ve wheeled our bikes into other shops but again, not from AJ at Premier. AJ you won my loyalty as a customer today— I’ll be back!
